PMW reports: On the day before the Gaza flotilla confronted the Israeli navy, Al-Jazeera TV documented the pre-battle atmosphere created by men on board the flotilla, chanting a well known Islamic battle cry invoking the killing and defeat of Jews in battle:

"[Remember] Khaibar, Khaibar, oh Jews! The army of Muhammad will return!"

The flotilla's goal:

Al-Jazeera also interviewed a woman who said that the flotilla participants' goal was "one of two happy endings: either Martyrdom or reaching Gaza."

A few days ago, President Obama said the War on Terror is over, and we learned that Syria has 1,000 ballistic missiles pointed at Israel, courtesy of Iran. In the same time span, Hizballah received 1,000 rockets, courtesy of Iran. Israel is the only country that will receive these rockets - intended for launch into Israel. Also a few days ago, Israel was notified that a "six boat flotilla" of ships carrying "aid" to Gaza would pass through their blockade. Israel considered the "flotilla" "an act of provocation," and notified Turkey the "flotilla" would be searched at their port at Ashdod. In the past, numerous ships carrying supposed aid to Gaza have been stopped and found to be carrying weapons. Apparently the "flotilla" had no plans to be search. See a revealing video below - and remember, Israel had the right to board the ship, even though the ship was in international waters.

Israeli commandos boarded one of the ships and there were deaths on both sides. There is a blockade in place. This incident was not about humanitarian aid, but was about putting Israel in a terrible place in the eyes of the world. How many journalists were aboard that Turkish cruise ship?

The Israeli Navy contacted the ships and warned them they would not allowed to break the blockade, as provided by the Oslo Accords:

International law allows for countries to ask suspicious boats to identify themselves. The vessels' passengers did not cooperate and called the move "scare tactics" on their streamed broadcasts.

The request was refused. Here's what happened next:

The IDF searched the boats for arms immediately after the takeover. The soldiers were forced to use tear gas after they were attacked with knives, daggers and cudgels, putting their lives in danger. Unofficial reports that ten persons have been killed and another ten wounded were admitted to Rambam Hospital in Haifa were changed by the Arab television station Al Jazeera, to two killed and four wounded. An Al Jazeera reporter on one of the boats reported hearing gunshots. 

Israel was set-up for a peaceful search. There was no way for Israel to discern the truth without boarding the ship.

 The preparations included a compound at the Ashdod port consisting of air conditioned tents equipped with computerized stations, metal detectors, and seating for the activists manning the ships. The IDF is preparing for the arrival of some 800 peace activists. The IDF said that they were ready to carry out the government's decision to prevent the ships from reaching the Gaza shore.

The IDF said Thursday that much thought was put into the preparations for the convoy's arrival. The plans include trained navy forces boarding the ships, with the aid of dogs, to search for weapons and explosives as well as wanted terrorists. The IDF said that they did not know whether the ships carried these items or people, but that they were preparing for any possible scenario to prevent potential catastrophes.  

Nine activists agitators terrorists are reported dead. Seven IDF are injured, two gravely.  An Israeli IDF who boarded the ship said the activists tried to take hostages - Israeli hostages are the dream of Palestinians. In the video below, you will see an Israeli Navy Seal thrown overboard. This ship knew the search would be peaceful. The terrorists aboard laid-in-wait and attacked before the Israeli's feet hit the deck. Israel had the right to search!

He [Netanyahu] says hundreds of people on board that ship beat, clubbed and stabbed soldiers, and there was a report of gunfire. He says that forced soldiers to attack.

With the defection of the U.S., the world's governments have finally fallen into the footsteps of the Islamic-dominated U.N. The U.N. is meeting to discuss the horror of Israel's deeds. The world is now positioned against Israel. The War on Terror continues. The video below shows the violence against the IDF, and this IDF video is even better.

“The ACLU, SEIU and the Muslim American Society are calling the shots at the Justice Department.  The ‘draft complaint’ DOJ has prepared to challenge the Arizona law is a ‘cut & paste’ version of the class-action lawsuit the ACLU filed in United States District Court on May 17^th.

Thaddeus McCotter Supports $165 Billion Union Bailout: John Linder Supports $165 Billion Union Bailout

As we have been cautioned this week by various conservatives, headed by Ann Coulter, don't get comfortable with the conservative movement in America. There are always those claiming to be conservative, yet all to willing to do just about anything for a few votes.

Rep. Thaddeus McCotter (R-MI) heads my list. He is a man I have quoted numerous times and have admired. No longer.

According to Americas for Limited Government (ALG), McCotter is one of nine Republicans supporting H.R. 3936, the Preserve Benefits and Jobs Act of 2009. In fact, I find that McCotter is a co-sponsor along with 8 other Republicans: Virginia Brown-Waite (FL), Jo Ann Emerson (MO), Steve Latourette (OH), John Linder (GA), Tim Murphy (PA), Peter Roskam (IL), Aaron Schock (IL), and Patrick Tiberi (OH). The bill's sponsor is shown to be Earl Pomery (ND),

Rep. John Linder co-authored The Fair Tax with Neal Boortz, and is also a co-sponsor.

My question, in particular to McCotter and "The Fair Tax" guy, John Linder, is, how does this bill separate itself from redistributing my wealth? Check out McCotter's YouTube page, pick any video and you'll see the hypocrisy, and understand why I was sickened to see his name on this legislation.

The bill proposes to bailout unions, specifically multi-employer pension fund unions. Listed among them is the MLBPA (Major League Baseball Players Association, NFLPA (National FootballLeague Players Association and more than 100 other union-run funds, according to ALG. H.R. 3936 allows for bailouts of SEIU, Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) and the Teamsters. All are underfunded and they are coming at our wallets.

Barack Obama will be chuckling this Memorial Day weekend in Chicago, as he enjoys his visits his beloved pizza joint there - you know, that pizza that he serves at the White House - flies the chef in, and all that. If Democrats can get staunch Republicans like McCotter to sponsor this horrible legislation, what can't he do?

“HR 3936 does not require that a union cut benefits, have participants pay part of the pension costs, change retirement ages, limit access to younger employees, or use union dues to supplement the plan. It doesn’t require that unions negotiate for higher pension payments from employers in lieu of other benefits. Instead, it merely throws the unfunded liabilities onto the backs of taxpayers – a potential $165 billion dollar bailout,” Wilson explained.

Citing the hundreds of millions of dollars spent by labor bosses to support Obama, the Democratic majority, and the 9 House Republicans (see attachments below), Wilson decried unions’ “audacity to try to cash in on their political investment by foisting these unfunded liabilities accumulated under their watch onto the backs of taxpayers, who are struggling to fund their own retirements.”

The Senate version of the bill, SB 3157, was to be heard in the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee on May 27th. The Senate Committee titled their bill Building a Secure Future for Multi-employer Pension Plans or Create Jobs and Save Benefits Act of 2010. It shows a full Committee hearing but no report on those hearings. Democrat Sen. Robert Casey (PA) is the sponsor. ALL CO-SPONSORS ARE DEMOCRAT in the Senate.

The House version of the bill sits in the House Education and Labor Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions and in the House Ways and Mean Committee.

I don't care that the unions are under-funded. I don't care that some of these states, especially Michigan and Ohio are hard-hit. The fact is that it should be a criminal matter that legislators may tell me to come to the rescue with my hard earned dollars.

Among the PAC donations to McCotter, I notice there were many who really believed he believed in the tenets of our Republic, i.e. the Committee for the Preservation of Capitalism, the Free and Strong America PAC, the Freedom and Security PAC, the Freedom Project, Friends of Jeb Hensarling, Friends of John Boehner, the Growth and Prosperity Political Action PAC, Help America's Leaders PAC, the Texas Freedom Fund, and the Win Back America PAC.

Brennen Refers to Jerusalem by Arabic Name Al Quds, Speaks in Arabic: Defends Jihad

On May 26th, Obama Counterterrorism adivser Brennan defended 'jihad,' saying the following:

During a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, John Brennan described violent extremists as victims of "political, economic and social forces," but said that those plotting attacks on the United States should not be described in "religious terms." [But the truth is, Islam is a religion which governs and Islam is the only government governing Muslims in Muslim countries] 

He repeated the administration argument that the enemy is not "terrorism," because terrorism is a "tactic," and not terror, because terror is a "state of mind" -- though Brennan's title, deputy national security adviser for counterterrorism and homeland security, includes the word "terrorism" in it. But then Brennan said that the word "jihad" should not be applied either. 

"Nor do we describe our enemy as 'jihadists' or 'Islamists' because jihad is a holy struggle, a legitimate tenet of Islam, meaning to purify oneself or one's community, and there is nothing holy or legitimate or Islamic about murdering innocent men, women and children," Brennan said. [Who is "we?" Does he have a frog in his pocket? If Brennan wants to make us believe that there is nothing "holy" or "legitimate" or "Islamic" about murdering innocents, then how does he explain the murders of innocent Muslims, in the name of Allah - a practice that goes on in every Muslim country, everyday. The girl who walks in the street with a man who is not a relative, or a woman who refuses to cover her body and hair with appropriate Islamic clothing? What about the young gay man or lesbian woman who dies at the hands of mighty Muslims, in the name of Allah?]

The technical, broadest definition of jihad is a "struggle" in the name of Islam and the term does not connote "holy war" for all Muslims. However, jihad frequently connotes images of military combat or warfare, and some of the world's most wanted terrorists including Usama bin Laden commonly use the word to call for war against the West. [Yes, we all know about the Islamic word for "struggle," and it means the struggle against infidels. In the video linked under the photo above, Palestinians cheer, children included, and at the time of the video, they were not members of bin Laden's army. Today, they are probably a willing jihadist].

Brennan defined the enemy as members of bin Laden's Al Qaeda network and "its terrorist affiliates."

But Brennan argued that it would be "counterproductive" for the United States to use the term, as it would "play into the false perception" that the "murderers" leading war against the West are doing so in the name of a "holy cause." 

"Moreover, describing our enemy in religious terms would lend credence to the lie propagated by Al Qaeda and its affiliates to justify terrorism -- that the United States is somehow at war against Islam," he said. 

The comment comes after Brennan, in a February speech in which he described his respect for the tolerance and devotion of Middle Eastern nations, referred to Jerusalem on first reference by its Arabic name, Al-Quds. See this video below.

"In all my travels the city I have come to love most is al-Quds, Jerusalem, where three great faiths come together," Brennan said at an event co-sponsored by the White House Office of Public Engagement and the Islamic Center at New York University and the Islamic Law Students Association at NYU.

When Obama was crowned and moved into the White House, he brought a calculated crack the size of a canyon to our national security, and he surrounded himself with believers in Allah.

If Rahm Emanuel was involved as Greg Sargent at The Plum Line is reporting, we know that Obama had his Chicago hands all over it:

But the news that Clinton is at the center of this whole story is noteworthy on its own because of the former president's stature, and underscores how heavily invested the White House was in dissuading Sestak from running. The White House sent Clinton to talk to Sestak because Arlen Specter, constituting the 60th Dem vote in the Senate, was viewed as key to enacting Obama's agenda.

 Can it get any uglier than a former President doing this? Can you imagine George W. Bush offering a bribe like this - or any bribe for that matter?

1) There were "factual errors" in reporting
2) Sestak was not offered the job of Secretary of the Navy
3) At no time did Sestak seek the job of Secretary of the Navy
4) The offer was of uncompensated advisory board options
5) One option was for Sestak to stay in the house, and serve on advisory positions to President without compensation.
6) White House staff did not discuss the options with Sestak
7)Emanuel talked to Clinton about optional positions to offer
8) Nothing nefarious about it, and other administratons have done the same thing.

Just minutes ago [11:42 a.m.],  Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) was on Fox News and said the "Statute" says that nothing of value can be legally offered, either  directly or indirectly, He also said Sestak has said that the White House had conversations with his [Sestak's] brother, who is his campaign manager

Update 1:00 p.m. EDT:
So, the White House and Sestak have their story worked out on Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend - what a classy bunch - absolutely not respect for American voters:
Sestak has issued a statement, but I'm not yet finding it on line. Originally, Sestak said Clinton/Rahm Emanuel offered him a" job, not an "advisory position." Today's story from Sestak, however,  says he was only offered a position on a presidential board, with no compensation, while remaining a U.S. Representative in the House.

Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey on FOX said "this is politics as usual." To that comment, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) said if that is true, let it stop now, and he said he would stop it! Mukasey said this would only break one of the statutes if the offer was for a position created by Congress, such as Secretary of Navy. Others are seeing it differently.

Man's Country, Barack Obama, Kal Penn and HillBuzz

Well, well, well. HillBuzz was visited in Chicago by a US journalist wanting information about Man's Country in Andersonville, Illinois. This article states that Barack Obama was a frequent visitor until 2002 and Rahm Emanuel until 2008, according to their sources. HillBuzz tagged this article "bath houses."

A quick check on the Internet and what I find about Chicago's Man's Country is fairly disgusting. Read the reviews here, especially the one by Alberto M. who says Man's Country is "a gay Chicago icon...," but complains that there is always the chance of getting "cooties" in Man's Country.

Now, the article goes on to question the rags so busily working to tie Obama to an affair with Vera Baker, and the writer says something is fishy, and doesn't hesitate to explain. The side story is about Kal Penn, the actor who left House to serve the President. He also plays Kumar in the Harold and Kumar movies. In the White House, Penn goes by his real name, Kalpen Modi.

Why the sudden need to portray this current president as an insatiably heterosexual stud who just can’t get enough women?

Baker’s a diversionary tactic…designed to cover SOMETHING up…and we think that something is an affair Obama had with Kal Penn, which seems to have ended badly.  We also think Penn was mugged not by a street thug in Dupont Circle, but by someone working for either the DNC or Organizing for America (or any number of its umbrella thugs), because Penn’s phone had something in it that would prove some kind of romantic relationship between the president and a Hollywood actor with zero government experience who was plucked off a TV show unceremoniously and lifted into a high profile made-up position in the White House…so he could be close to Obama in Washington, where Obama wanted him.  Wanted in more than one sense.

Until he didn’t want him anymore.

And then someone needed to take his cell phone away, so that any pictures, texts, voicemails, or other interesting itts and bitts could be secured by those wishing to protect the current president.

You know, this is an astounding and gutsy story, whether true or false. HillBuzz has stepped "out there."  It is obvious from they have had some background on the story. Maybe they have blogged about this in the past, but the blog title is Someone in the national media is FINALLY interested in Man's Country in Andersonville.


My disclaimer: I'm printing this because the report comes from Chicago. I don't know if it's true, but unless the writer is lying about the national media coming specifically for info about Man's Country, it deserves to be known, and besides, HillBuzz is a reputable blog. I got to the HillBuzz story via Logistics Monster who indicates that many have known about this since 2007, so....

Dick Morris Joe Sestak: Dick Morris Suggestion to make White House and Sestak Talk

Deck Morris suggests, via an idea gleaned from Fox News' Judge Andrew Napolitano, that Pennsylvania Attorney General, Tom Corbett, convene a grand jury, bring in Rep. Joe Sestak (D-PA), maybe Rahm Emanuel, Obama's Chief-of-Staff and, maybe, Barack Obama to testify under oath.

The State of Pennsylvania and it's voters were obviously compromised if a job offer was made to Rep. Joe Sestak (D-PA) to step out of the U.S. Senate race to make smooth sailing for RINO defecter-turned-Democrat, Arlen Specter. If Sestak had taken the White House's offer, he would have tainted the election process - affected the race and the choices available to voters. The offer would be considered a bribe, and could amount to felony charges for someone. When the illegal offer was made, Joe Sestak was bound by House Rules to report it. He didn't. Instead, he was ticked at Obama for attempting to drum him out of a Senate seat, and made the claim to the press. Sestak's story hasn't wavered. Someone is lying - either Sestak or the White House.

Tom Corbett is a Republican running for Pennsylvania governor:

Corbett’s jurisdiction stems from the concept of universal jurisdiction, now accepted virtually everywhere.  The concept is simple.  If someone on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River fires a pistol across the Hudson and the bullet from the pistol hits someone on the NY side, where did the crime take place? For about 600 years, the answer would have been in NY, where the harm was caused. Under the Reagan administration, and in response to urgings from the Meese Justice Department, the courts began to accept the doctrine of universal jurisdiction. This principle gives jurisdiction to law enforcement in the place wherever any act occurred that may have resulted in a crime. Thus, under our scenario above, the shooter could be prosecuted in NJ or NY.

Thus, if Cong. Sestak was in one of his homes, in PA or VA, when he received a telephone call offering him a job if he withdrew from the PA Senate primary against Sen. Arlen Specter, law enforcement authorities in PA and VA — both of which have Republican state Attorneys General — can subpoena Cong. Sestak to testify before a state grand jury and compel him to answer the who, what, when, and where that everyone has a right to know.i

Apparently it is too much to expect Sestak to do the right and lawful thing. He either lied, or he didn't. He needs to 'speak' it because he brought it out. Now he needs to put it to bed. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) is pushing for an investigation separate from the White House or the Department of Justice. This sounds like a jewel of a plan - if the offer was made to Sestak while he was in the state of Pennsylvania.

Rush Limbaugh Kathryn Rogers: Rush Marries Kathryn Rogers Next Week?

Rush has been dieting and losing weight - sure sign that something's up. I'm hearing that he will marry Kathryn Rogers in an "intimate" ceremony at his home, on the beach, at his North Palm Beach home. Rush Limbaugh and Kathryn Rogers

Rush is 59. Ms. Rogers, said to be a direct descendant of John Adams, is 33. She was or is a party planner for the South Florida Super Bowl host committee.

Rogers and Rush met in 2004. At that time, she worked for golfer Gary Player. Rush was a celebrity guest at the tournament. The gossip is that Rush was in the middle of a divorce from 'Marta.' Rogers and Rush began dating after the Rush-Marta divorce in summer 2007.

Remember the "heart attack" Rush had in Hawaii last January? He was there to meet Kathryn's parents.

If this story is true, I wish Rush and Ms. Rogers every happiness. It cannot be easy to be married and be Rush Limbaugh, and it cannot be easy to be married to Rush - not because of Rush's personality, but because he is a huge talent who knows what he is talking about, is insightful beyond any norm - and thus is a target of every Liberal, all of whom want to be him,  can't get to first base and settle for an unattractive shade of green adorning their faces. Well if Limbaugh and Rogers married, we don't know it. An article in Politico in November 2009 said the wedding was set for July 4th. So a few more weeks and we'll see. I think a July 4th wedding is a date Rush would love. OR...

Just saw on Rush's website an announcement that he will be off the show beginning Thursday, until Tuesday, June 15th. No other information. This must be it.

Harry Reid Just Voted Against Border Fence via Jim DeMint via Twitter

Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) tweets that Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) just voted AGAINST the border fence. DeMint proposed an ammendment to suspend a rule that governs how legislation is voted on, in order to get the fence moving. Democrats have voted down completing the border fencing over and over, and today was no different. See the list of Senators voting against Sen. WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina) today announced that he will seek a vote on his amendment to the supplemental appropriations bill to require the completion of 700 miles of double-layer physical fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border within one year. The amendment is cosponsored by U.S. Senators John McCain (R-Arizona), Tom Coburn (R-Oklahoma), David Vitter (R-Louisiana) and Mike Johanns (R-Nebraska).

Democrats have already twice blocked Senator DeMint’s amendment to finish the border fence from receiving a vote. To ensure a vote on this critical issue, Senator DeMint will now move to suspend the rules of the Senate to allow passage of the border fence amendment, requiring 67 votes for passage.

“Democrats killed this amendment behind closed doors last year and they’ve blocked a simple vote for weeks, but today we’ll see who is serious about border security,” said Senator DeMint. “We have a national security emergency at our Southern border and we must act immediately. Violence and crime are rampant near the border, including drug cartels, human trafficking, gang activity, kidnapping and murder. Yesterday, we learned a terrorist group linked to Al Qaeda may have entered the U.S. through Mexico. And reports indicate that tens of thousands of people entered the U.S. illegally last year from nations around the globe, including from Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan and Yemen.”

“The President’s move to send National Guard troops to the border is a temporary and insufficient solution to a long-term problem. And the virtual fence has been a virtual disaster. We need a real layered fence that has proven effective, and we need it now. A layered border fence will not solve the problems of illegal immigration and violence on the border overnight, but it is an essential step to controlling our borders and gaining Americans’ trust to finally reform our legal immigration system,” said Senator DeMint.

Senator DeMint's amendment was already approved last year by the Senate in a bipartisan 54-44 vote, with 21 Democrats joining 33 Republicans in support of the measure. However, Democrat leaders gutted the amendment behind closed doors after “the Obama administration had opposed rapid expansion of the fence.”

Senator DeMint's amendment follows through on the four-year-old promise made by Congress to secure the border under the Secure Fence Act of 2006. According to staff at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), just a fraction of double-layer fencing has been completed to date, with only 34.3 miles of double layer fencing in total (11.8 in California, 9.1 in Arizona, and 13.4 in Texas). Areas where layered fencing has been completed in Arizona and California have shown significant drops in the level of border crossings.

If Senator DeMint’s amendment is signed into law, DHS Secretary Napolitano will be required to submit a report to Congress within six months (or 180 days) after enactment of the law on the progress made and her plans for completing the fence within twelve months.

Fox News just announced that after a pause, BP has begun the 'Top Kill' once again. I have no idea why that is not reflected in the video, but it would obviously take some time to feed the mud in the device said to be 5-stories long.

Defeated Senator Arlen Specter (D-PA), who won't be coming back to the Senate after this session is hinting that he may begin voting more like a Republican than a Democrat:

Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ-8th) agreed with Republicans. Outstanding! Giffords' district borders a border. Her constituents are living a nightmare of drugs, filth, trash, trespassers and smugglers. One of her constituents was Rob Krentz, the rancher murdered by illegal aliens on his own property.

Is the fancy restaurants and Olympic-size pools kept hidden from the West!

Yes that is the truth. Some Concentration Camp!  That is what the Main Stream Media and the pro-Palestinian anti-Semites in the Free Gaza Movement call Gaza: The World's Largest Concentration Camp!

What they (The Main Stream Media) won’t tell you about are the fancy new restaurants and swimming pools of Gaza, or about the wind surfing competitions on Gaza beaches, or the Strip’s crowded shops and markets. Many Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza live a middle class (and in some cases an upper class) lifestyle that western journalists refuse to report on because it doesn’t fit with the simplistic story they were sent to write.

Here, courtesy of the Palestinian Ma’an news agency, is a report on Gaza’s new Olympic-sized swimming pool . (Most Israeli towns don’t have Olympic-size swimming pools. One wonders how an area that claims to be starved of water and building materials and depends on humanitarian aid builds an Olympic size swimming pool and creates a luxury lifestyle for some while others are forced to live in abject poverty as political pawn refugees?)

If you pop into the Roots Club in Gaza, according to the Lonely Planet guidebook, you can “dine on steak au poivre and chicken cordon bleu”.

The restaurant’s website in Arabic gives a window into middle class dining and the lifestyle of Hamas officials in Gaza. And here it is in English, for all the journalists, UN types and NGO staff who regularly frequent this and other nice Gaza restaurants (but don’t tell their readers about them).

And here is a promotional video of the club restaurant . In case anyone doubts the authenticity of this video, I just called the club in Gaza City and had a nice chat with the manager who proudly confirmed business is booming and many Palestinians and international guests are dining there.

In a piece for The Wall Street Journal last year, I documented the “after effects” of a previous “emergency Gaza boat flotilla,” when the arrivals were seen afterwards purchasing souvenirs in well-stocked shops. (You can also scroll down here for more pictures of Gaza’s “impoverished” shops.)

But the mainstream liberal international media won’t report on any of this. Playing the manipulative game of the BBC is easy: if we had their vast taxpayer funded resources, we too could produce reports about parts of London, Manchester and Glasgow and make it look as though there is a humanitarian catastrophe throughout the UK. We could produce the same effect by selectively filming seedy parts of Paris and Rome and New York and Los Angeles too.

Of course there is poverty in Gaza. There is poverty in parts of Israel too. (When was the last time a foreign journalist based in Israel left the pampered lounge bars and restaurants of the King David and American Colony hotels in Jerusalem and went to check out the slum-like areas of southern Tel Aviv? Or the hard-hit Negev towns of Netivot or Rahat?)

But the way that many prominent Western news media are deliberately misleading global audiences and systematically creating the false impression that people are somehow starving in Gaza, and that it is all Israel’s fault, can only serve to increase hatred for the Jewish state – which one suspects was the goal of many of the editors and reporters involved in the first place.

These children look starved, malnourished, and depressed!

Depression really has taken hold on these children of  Gaza.

Compare those pictures to these of actual starving children.

These children starved to death. There have been no reports of massive starvation or malnutrition coming out of Gaza. If anyone can show me reputable source (None Palestinian or Free Gaza loonies.  WHO, or International Red Cross is acceptable.) I will post a retraction.  But they don't
acknowledge any incidents.

Before one condemns, one should learn all the facts.

Obama Skips Memorial Day Wreath-Laying at Arlington Cemetery

There has been a plethora of disrespectful activity out of the Obama White House, but this goes to the top of the list. Barack Obama has chosen to take a "long holiday weekend" in Chicago rather than attending and laying a remembrance wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday, May 30th.

No, President Obama is not the first President to miss the ceremony. There have been a couple of others, but he is the first to skip it just because he wanted a vacation...just because it is inconvenient. If a President cannot manage to stay in town, or arrive back into town, for this tribute on behalf of the American people from the highest office in the land, to those who made the ultimate sacrifice...well, I'm speechless and ashamed for this man and his family. I predict a pox on him coming directly from ballot boxes all over the country.

Brit Ordered to Undergo Cancer Surgery: Patient will be Sedated in Home

A British judge has ruled a 55-year-old woman does not have the right to decide for or against cancer surgery. She will have the surgery, and will be sedated in her own home if necessary, to get her to the hospital for the procedure.

The woman has advanced uterine cancer according a "women's hospital" which applied for the right to tend to the woman in the way they deem best.

The woman previously decided to have the surgery, then changed her mind. The article claims she has learning disabilities. Just my opinion here, but a person with learning disabilities has the right to determine the care of her health. If family cannot change her mind, if she does not have family, if she does not have a guardian - she should have the right to decide, even if her decision is the wrong one - and how can anyone else know what is right and what is wrong for another human?

This is a living example of Big Brother deciding your fate for you. Free will, assuming your will is not harming another living being, is no longer a right across the pond, and we are heading for the same consequences with Obama healthcare, although it is likely you will lose your right to surgery, rather than being forced to have it.  Read the appalling story here.

Greg Craig Offered Judgeship to Leave White House Counsel Quietly

It apparently is a habit, deeply ingrained - probably from years in Chicago politics and sleeping with a woman (Michelle Obama) who worked in Mayor Daley's office. President Obama, currently under fire for  offering Rep. Joe Sestak (D-PA) a "job" to drop out of the Pennsylvania Senate race to make it smooth sailing for the ridiculous Arlen Specter, offered White House counsel Greg Craig a judgeship to quietly leave his White House position - all this according to a new book by Jonathan Alter.

Craig was blamed for Obama's failure to sell the closing of Guantanamo, and he infamously made the late night call to Inspector General Gerald Walpin...firing him because Obama had "lost confidence" in him. Nevermind that Inspector Generals cannot be "fired" in such a manner. And it was also about Walpin ringing the alarm bell about Obama's pet AmeriCorp and his friend, Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson (former NBA star) and the misuse of millions of taxpayer monies.

Well, let's hope we don't become immune to these serious allegations.

The real scoop in Alter's book, The Promise: President Obama, Year One, is billed as the first to dish on the White House environment surrounding the President daily, and seems to have plenty to say about Rahm Emanuel, the President's Chief of Staff:

Certain employees loved when “Rahmbo” called them “princess.” Others didn’t.

 “Take your f—ing tampon out and tell me what you have to say,” Emanuel told an unnamed male aide during a meeting in his office, wrote Alter, who asserts that reports Emanuel “mellowed over time were untrue.” 

Charming.

Rep. Darrell Issa is attempting to get some answers on the Sestak job offer. The story is finally gaining legs. It's an important issue. We have the need to know.

Everyone letting this White House degrade the presidency, including Barack Obama, deserves the humiliating loss coming their way in the next two years.
