Rob Andrews (D-NJ)  challenging host FOXNews' Gregg Jarrett on being Fair and Balanced, the issue is really Andrew's astounding lack of knowledge about the U.S. Constitution. Both  Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and Jarrett correct him. Andrews evokes "Federal police power."
