Henry Waxman in Rules Committee: Waxman Wants Roll Call Vote

Confirming Michelle Malkin's earlier tweet, Henry Waxman (D-CA-30th) has asked the House Rules Committee that "deem and pass"(Slaughter House Rule) not be used to pass health care. Waxman has asked for an up-or-down vote - as the U.S. Constitution requires.
