Art Linkletter Dies

Breaking news that Art Linkletter is dead at the age of 97. A family member says he died today at home in Bel Air. Linkletter was famous for many things, but the one that comes to mind is his ease with children and getting them to say "the darndest things."

Mr. Linkletter had one of the longest marriages in Hollywood and is survived by his wife Lois who he married in 1935. He hosted People are Funny, Art Linkletter's House Party, Kid's Say the Darndest Things and authored numerous books.
