Democrat Congressman Mike McMahon (NY-13th) has fired an aide after it was revealed that his campaign's Finance Director compiled a list of names titled "Jewish Money Q2." McMahon's Communications Director planned a campaign around the list, taken from Republican opponent Mike Grimm's (R-NY-13th) donor list. The list was to show Jewish donors to Grimm from outside the state of New York. The McMahon Finance Director is said to be Jewish. Palin-endorsed Mike Grimm is vying for McMahon's House seat from New York's 13th congressional district.

"The fact that a U.S. Congressman would separate out any group by religion or even by ethnicity is nothing short of outrageous," he told the paper. "This goes beyond politics."
McMahon's campaign communications director, Jennifer Nelson, has been fired along with her campaign tag line: Where is Grimm's money coming from?"
