Harry Reid is such a [insert expletive here] dirt bag, he's actually accusing Republicans of getting our troops killed. Pundit Press's Aurelius notes that facts mean nothing to guys with no shame.

There was so much news this week. You might have missed these stories.

Bloviating Zeppelin wrote a major piece this week, with much thought and research behind it. The US Constitution: Manipulated by Leftists examines Obama's goal, and the culmination involves the federal courts. Very interesting. His Memorial Day 2010 is a montage of photos: "Strong in the strength of the Lord , we who fight in the people's cause will never stop until that cause is won."

ChicagoRay has an awesome post about the rain in Chicago, Obama's canceled Memorial Day address, a Blackhawks game, and a great video of Ray-man playing guitar and singing the National Anthem, with a very personal message at the end, and another fine tribute here.

Conservative Blogs Central says:

Ticker at Jus' Sayin' Talks of The Rise and Fall of a Nation and asks Where are we? As always at Ticker's, the comments add to the commentary.

Chris at WyBlog says the "three sweetest words ever to be said will be "former President Obama," and then quotes Tom Kean, the chairman of the 9/11 Commission who says "if we don't get our act together, we're going to be in serious trouble." Kean compares the Nation's danger point on 9/11 to now.

Ms. Sparky links to a page that memorializes American contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan who have died in support of our military, and says for them and their families "there is no ceremonial return."

TOTUS brings the unbelievable news that the UK is banning pictures of Western Wall in Israeli Tourism brochures.

Butch at 123Beta has a video of  7-year-old Rhema Marvanne singing Amazing Grace. Treat yourself to the extraordinary, really extraordinary voice of this little girl.

Chicago Ray's beautiful new blog, Chicago Ray's Conservative Chronicles, has a great video of the late George Carlin talking about Earth Day. If the "F" word offends you, you might want to pass this one by, but honestly, this is not what you would expect from Carlin. It's hilarious and spot-on.

The Lonely Conservative has the the depressing latest on Obama's Debt Panel (The National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform). You know what's coming...right?

Ol' Broad got it on video that Obama is deeply distressed about bloggers. Listen to this and pat yourself on the back. But that's not all, read about how Kate gauges her intelligence. It works for me.

The European Union Times quotes Sarkozy calling Obama “a  dangerous[ly] aliéné,” which means "insane person," - look it up.  I did. Another from Western Journalism Center says Obama "seems to be slipping into a slightly more delusional state these days."

Reaganite Republican asks "How Obama will explain-away his former Illinois seat going Republican?" Friends, Mark Kirk is someone we need to know more about, and Reaganite Republican has all the details.

This US Senate seat - the same one Blago tried to sell - is in increasing danger of being taken by Republican Mark Kirk after it was reported that the Gianoullias family's Broadway Bank had lent $20 million to Chicago criminals...

 Always on Watch tells of the Obama's attendance at a D.C. church on Easter Sunday. I don't want to give this one away, but you really need to know what happened when the First Family entered the sanctuary.

TeresaAmerica has two videos of Barack Obama's cousin, Dr. Milton Wolf, speaking against the new health care law. Bet you have not heard about this! The second video shows an articulate Dr. Wolfe (he looks 'clean' too) speaking passionately and convincingly without the help of a teleprompter - while saying ObamaKare is "flawed to the core."

Amerisrael looks at the moral indictment against the entire world for "failure to act," if Israel must go-it-alone against Iran - "the stark reality world leaders need to wake up to."

Bloviating Zeppelin examines everything that this country cannot afford, and ends with a another incredible Reagan quote "querying the people" about what they are willing to do about spending, and helping doctors fight against socialized medicine. From 1964 - incredible!

Social Sense writes about Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and our military. While we think we would recognize TBI...maybe not. Read and have a better understanding of what our military and their families face all too often.

Storm'n Norm'n has more about our veterans who need you to call your Senator about payments to TRICARE. Without action, millions of seniors and military beneficiaries" may be left without a primary care provider. Norm has the details.

Right Reading Round-up 3-28-10 at Maggie's Notebook

Here are some gems found in the blogosphere this week:

 Liberty 1776 Blog - a new blog with stirring commentary on liberty and freedom in the very first post. There are several videos - one not to be missed is a former citizen of the Soviet Union, now in America and married to an America, and her alarm at what is happening in American today (she mentions our Senators). Mrs. Barzel's uncle spent 25 years behind bars in Siberia.

Staci at Bliss has a dead-pan post on health care in and out of Canada that had me belly-laughing (something rare for me), and there's a mention of "two inches of black root rot," in the hair of a former friend - not to mention an astute thought about the racism against taxing tanning salons.

teresaamerica has a great Cavuto video with Ted Nugent calling out the Democrat pigs. It doesn't get any better than this! Another follows with Pink Floyd and Flying Pigs doing the same. As the Nugent video rolls, note the right side of the screen. You and I certainly thought this communist health care bill could only pass in America when pigs fly, and you'll see they have.

Doug Ross says 2 million union retirees are unaware of the pending disaster coming their way in a short 9 months...when they lose their private health care.

Holger Awakens, my war blogging friend, has a very intense and personal essay on tyranny. It's very, very good. I hope you will read it and then click over to read that the Pakistan Air Force bombed a mosque, a madrassa and a seminary. Phenomenal! Found this pithy billboard at Holger's.

Michelle Malkin says Andrew Breitbart is offering $10,000 to the United Negro College Fund for concrete proof that the "N" word was used at Sunday's protests in Washington, D.C. (as the Congressional Black Caucus) - and he doesn't need proof of the word being chanted 15 times as Rep. Andre Carson said happened - just one time will send the $10,000 to the UNCF.

James at Reaganite Republican is talking about Rep. Alan Grayson and his wish for a world without Republicans. See a great video interview with Ed Schultz and the congressman. You'll remember Grayson for numerous reason - latest his surprise that the health care bill he voted for provides funds to Native American child sex abusers. Yeah, that Alan Grayson. Two more things about Reaganite Republican. He was mentioned by Rush about 10 days ago - CONGRATULATIONS!, and about once a week (maybe on Fridays) James puts up a Rock-n-Roll Oldie. This week it stars the incomparable Joe Cocker. You'll find it here.

Storm'n Norm'n writes of the atrocities at the United Nations and their record on human rights. While we have been so wrapped up in ObamaKare, the U.N. is going about their dastardly business.

Right Reading Round-up 2-21-10 at Maggie's Notebook

Have you received an American Community Survey (ACS) from your government? Snarky Basterd at Feed Your ADHD has. This is not the census, but he is ordered to fill it out and return it. The survey asks how much your rent or mortgage payment is, your retirement or pension amount and when you last married. There's much more, including a $5000 penalty if you do not comply. Read what Snarky plans to do, the message he plans to send, and let me know if you were also selected ordered to complete an ACS.

Daniel Greenfield, writing for CanadaFreePress says There is No End to Jihad, and the assault is not coming only from Islam. This is a hilarious and incredulous look at the mess we are in today, beginning with Joe Stack's attack on the IRS and the Tea Party movement, to the Atlanta Progressive News which fired a reporter for displaying objectivity in his writing, to Mitch Romney's 'vulcan grip" on the rapper, Sky Blu, and how a Palestinian official's sexual escapade is blamed on Israel.  And then perhaps the most important piece of news: the attempted corrupting of a U.S. Congressman by the White House. Ron at TOTUS has an incredible video of Steve Reicher, a Marine sniper, who made a kill shot from over one mile away and takes out a terrorist. The History Channel recreated the important story.

Ms Sparky pays homage to Sgt. Klayton Thomas and his short and fatal struggle against lung cancer. His death occurred just two weeks after the military acknowledged a "probable link" between Iraq's "burn pits" and various respiratory illnesses shared by far too many of our military. Whoa! An Ol' Broad's Rambling says former Democrat Congressman, James Traficant, from Ohio plans to run for office again as an Independent. With a 7-year prison sentence behind him, he wants to get into your business yet again. Kate also has a fine essay up on the Second Amendment.

Reaganite Republican has a complete commentary on today's most important issues...through cartoons. James always has the best Sunday Funnies...and they always speak to reality. Instead of reading and weeping, you read, nod wisely and belly laugh. While I often link to this site's pithy work, I was honored this week to be The Reaganite Republican's Featured Blogger - complete with my very own beloved Liberty Bell Banner.
