Lance Baxter Threatens to Sue Freedom Works: Megyn Kelly Matt Tibbe Video

Lance Baxter, also known as C.D. Douglas was fired from Geico for leaving a creepy voicemail message at Freedom Works (and leaving his phone number as well). Freedom Works milked it, as they should have, because this guy isn't working with a full deck, and because enough is enough. Now, the thoroughly humiliated and unemployed Baxter, is threatening to sue Freedom Works. Here is a Megyn Kelly's video with Matt Kibbe the president of Freedom Works:

Baxter said he should be free to leave nasty voicemails without losing his job. Don't you think he should be talking to Geico about that?

Lance Baxter Geico Spokesman Fired for Negative Tea Party Voicemail: DC Douglas is Lance Baxter

One of Geico's top advertising voice-over spokesmen has reportedly been fired for verbally attacking Tea Partiers and Freedom Works. The allegations are that Lance Baxter, also known as D.C. Douglas (not the voice of the Gekko), called Freedom Works and left a voice that among other things asks: (see a video below). New video added - hear Baxter's voicemail to Freedom Works. "what percentage of people are mentally retarded?" (asks this twice)

"what are your going to do if someone starts killing somebody?" In the voicemail message

Baxter asks how Freedom Works will "spin it." He is the voice that claims:

15 min could save you 15% or more on car insurance.

Baxter/Douglas' voicemail, which included his phone number can be heard at BigGovernment, which also published Geico's customer service line.

Freedom Works also published the voicemails. Megyn Kelly on Fox America Live reports that Baxter, on his own website, is furious that his privacy has been breached by Freedom Works. Baxter/Douglas has two websites and both are down at the moment. He's getting a little bit of attention. He should love that. Apparently Geico did not. Freedom Works asked their volunteers to call Baxter/Douglas and explain that they are not "mentally retarded." I'm just hearing on Fox that Baxter says what Freedom Works did is "sleazy."
