Saturday Rule 5 on Friday: Good Witch Bad Witch Round-Up
I had such fun with my first Saturday Rule 5 last week, I'm going for my second. This is Saturday Rule 5 on Friday: Good Witch - Bad Witch Round-up. Can you guess the identity of the Bad Witch? See a very entertaining look into witchcraft in the video below.
If you are not familiar with Rule 5 posts, R.S. McCain at The Other McCain came up with 5 rules to make a blog successful. Rule 5 specifically addresses the fact that everybody loves a pretty girl, all politics all the time gets boring after awhile, sex sells, and feminism sucks.
I will be linking other Rule 5 posts here as soon as they pop on my radar. A word of caution: my Rule 5 is...well, not as overtly sensual as some you may see, should you click some other Rule 5 link. What's that? Oh...you ARE looking for "overt sensuality," then run over to Bob's posts at The Camp of the Saints and keep checking back for links to more.
My Rule 5 mentor, Opus_6 at American Perspective:Lindsay Lohan, Mean Girl/Sweet Girl/Troubled Girl.
Donald Douglas at American Power Blog: Alana Blanchard Rule 5 Encore and a bonus: Marisa Miller Rule 5 Roundup!
Rule 5 Founder: The Other McCain: Rule 5 Sunday Halloween Extra
For a different twist on Rule 5, republicanMother has her first today, with a great song by Johnnie Cash.
Theo Spark serves up a Sunday Totty.....
William Teach at Pirate's Cove Sunday Pinup - Happy Halloween!
The Classic Liberal likes Alessandra Ambrosio - a lot!
My first Rule 5 is here.

Disappearing Car Door - Rotary Drop Door: Amazing New Technology
This comes from my artist friend David Lemon at Clay to Bronze. The disappearing car door is known as the Rotary Drop Door. I believe the cars shown are the Lincoln Mark VIII. JAtech is the developer. It appears both Ford and GM have prototypes of the Rotary Drop Door. See the video below.

Good Grief. Is that a Panty Line or...a Thong: FLOTUS Does Wal-Mart
Who is advising FLOTUS? Doesn't she have a 'dresser,' and a hairdresser and a mirror? Is that a...a...panty line for all the world to see...on the First Lady of the United States of America? Good grief!
Thanks to my biggest little brother.

Exercising - Meeting My Goal - What's Next?
Most of you have figured out by now that my exercise routine stops at my pedometer and 10,000 steps. Now that the steps have become fairly easy, and mostly accomplished every day, I needed a new goal. You know how YouTube has something for everyone? This is what I'm working on now.

Democrats F*ck Tea - New Campaign: Coffee Cocoa Parties Failed
Carol at No Sheeples Here has once again produced the consummate video response to Liberals and their ugly rejoinder to everything honorable - and specifically TEA Parties. Democrats have organized a F*ck Tea Party campaign. Nice, huh? No Sheeples Here suggests they F*ck Kool-Aid. As you watch the video, pay attention to the music by Lily Allen. Of course, there is salty, but meaningful language throughout. Carol's Definite Opinion productions knocked it out of the ballpark, and suggests we simply F*ck Kool-Aid.
This from CBS:
A new progressive group called the F*ck Tea campaign. "Progress is the real American party," reads the campaign website's tag line.
"Set aside your good manners, your tolerance, your measured understanding of policy differences, and your earnest do-gooder ideas for a just a moment to join me in telling the Tea Party what you really think of them," Agenda Project founder Erica Payne said in a press release.
The Agenda Project describes itself as "a public policy organization dedicated to building a powerful, intelligent and well-connected political movement capable of identifying and advancing rational, effective, non-ideological ideas in the public debate."So you say, "hey Maggie - these people aren't Democrats" - "this has nothing to do with Democrats," well, my Liberal friend, you would be wrong:
While the Tea Party and the subsequent Coffee Party are grassroots, decentralized movements, Payne's Agenda Project is structured as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit. Payne is a former Democratic National Committee official who has founded other organizations like the Democracy Alliance, a group of liberal donors whose partners have invested over $100 million in progressive organizations. No Sheeples Here has some great commentary about F*uck-ing Tea. Follow her links to other pithy bloggers also talking about these people across the aisle who know not of honor.

Whale Hits Boat Video: Action Video of Whale Slamming onto Boat
Today there is video of a whale hitting - jumping on - a sailboat. Previously, we had a still shot, but a catamaran apparently caught the live action. The second video is unrelated, but an awesome view of a whale in Hawaiian waters hitting a sailboat to redirect her baby. There's lots of action. It is date-stamped April 2010.

Walter Curley Watson is 100 Yr Old Gynecologist Still Working Video
Dr. Walter Watson of Augusta, Georgia is 100 years old. He is the chairman of the Gynecology Department of an Augusta hospital, and he still drives to work a couple of times a week. He still practices but no longer delivers children. Unbelievably, Dr. Watson is estimated to have delivered 10 percent of Augusta's babies, and he is considered the oldest physician in the U.S.
The good Doctor is more of a presence at University Hospital than an active physician in the hospital today:
The staff clearly loves him, and he loves them. But it's the patients who seem to most appreciate Dr. Watson and his tireless, unending devotion to medicine. Between 1944, when Dr. Watson delivered his first baby, and 1995 when he stopped doing obstetrics, Dr. Watson ushered in a small army of satisfied customers.
Today, they're known simply as the "Watson babies." They range in age from 15 to 66 and their ranks are innumerable.
So how many babies has Dr. Watson delivered?
"Somewhere between 15,000 and 18,000," Dr. Watson said.Curley is also the oldest living graduate of The Citadel," The Military College of South Carolina."
In the second video he says he has delivered plenty of twins but no triplets. Dr. Watson's wife, Audrey, is 85 years old and looks smashing. They have 5 children, 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren. He attributes a loving family, eating right, good genes and a lot of exercise for his long healthy life.
In these days of political turmoil, the following videos are a vitamin for the soul.

Ennis Montana July 4th Parade: Bozeman Tea Party Wins Float Contest
The annual Bozeman, Montana TEA Party won first place in the Ennis, Montana Independence Day float contest. The parade did not offer a 2nd or 3rd place, just the coveted 1st, and it went a TEA Party. How's that for patriotism? The photo below is a man in bronze covering his heart at the Veteran's Memorial.
Among the entries was Terri and Ron and their Rusty Cowboy entry of a Sheepherder's Wagon. Ron had lived in this wagon for over 20 years. If you have a wondering heart, it's up for sale.
The Bozeman TEA Party prevailed by winning the 1st place award for their float. They had a live singing group on the float, many flags. It shouted 4th of July. The judges were from out-of-town, knew no one in the parade, and the vote was not considered political. According to my tipster, it will take some time for one or two local entries to get over losing to outsiders (said with a chuckle).
I have to say, that wagon is impressive
The heroic Parade Grande Marshall, Johnny France, is famous nationwide for rescuing a young female athlete from two genuine mountain men crazies, Don and Dan Nichols. Kari Swenson of Bozeman was wounded by a shot to her chest during her rescue. She survived and later that same year, won an Olympic Gold Medal in the Biathlon Championships in 1985.
The Nichols, father and son, escaped. One of France's deputies was shot and died. It took the Sheriff about 5 months to track them down. The father is serving an 85-year sentence. The son received 20-years but was paroled in 1991.
Johnny France wrote a book, Incident at Big Sky. My tipster is critical of two made-for-TV-movies about the kidnapping, saying it incorrectly portrayed France as a redneck. In the video, you'll see that the Ennis residents love Johnny France.
It was a beautiful day for a parade, and this one had it all: bagpipes, gorgeous horses, vintage cars, pretty girls, kids on bikes and in strollers, kids walking with livestock, little kids on big horses, fife and drum, American flags everywhere, and America the Beautiful...on the Bozeman TEA Party float (about 6 minutes in).
At the beginning of the video, you see the Ennis Veteran's Memorial and a bronze statue done by my tipster. Can you guess who the tipster might be? If you are a regular reader, you've probably guessed by now. After watching the parade video below visit my storytelling tipster, who produced a prop for an A and E special on the Nichols abduction and capture, and also attended the premier showing.
The parade is all an Independence Day parade should be. If you have children, they will love watching this video.

Obama First Female President - Offensive to all Conservative Women
Bill Clinton was the first black president in the U.S. The Washington Post posits that Obama may be the first woman president. On behalf of all Conservative women, I take umbrage and say this is incredibly offensive to each of us. To the Washington Post, make it clear, puh-leese that Obama may be the first Democrat female president, but in no way resembles any Conservative woman.

Obama at the Driving Range: Obama's Shankapotamous Moments
Thanks to The Lonely Conservative for the video. There's a male voice you'll hear making a disparaging remark. Must be a member of the press pool. I wonder if he still has his press pass?
Someone needs to school him on that little dip he makes. I think the E-Trade baby can do it.

Gaza Flotilla Terror Choir: We Con The World Video
I've seen some funny political videos but this one goes way beyond funny. Thanks to ChicagoRay for this delightful piece of musicality, filmography and breaking news. (My apologies - it appears the video has not been working for my readers. I think George Bush did it, but it's fixed now. Republished on 6-12-10
6-12-10: Today YouTube removed We Con The World. Stellar blogger Velvet Hammer at Ironic Surrealism v3.0 found another copy, so you can view it below or visit Velvet Hammer and say Thank You! You can also ready the story of the original YouTube removal after 3 million hits in about 1 week.
Just love that guy with the green headband!

6-14-10: I just embeded the Eyeblast video, in anticipation that YouTube will take it down again. Thanks to Red at Caught Him with a Corndog. Enjoy!
There comes a time
When we need to make a show
For the world, the Web and CNN
There’s no people dying,
so the best that we can do
Is create the greatest bluff of all
That in Gaza, there’s crisis, hunger and plague
Coz the billion bucks in aid won’t buy their basic needs
Like some cheese and missiles for the kids
Abandon reason
We’ll make them all believe that the Hamas
Is Momma Theresa
We are peaceful travelers
With guns and our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV
They are soldiers, no one cares
We are small, and we took some pictures with doves
As Allah showed us, for facts there’s no demand
So we will always gain the upper hand
Abandon reason
We’ll make them all believe that the Hamas
Is Momma Theresa
We are peaceful travelers
we’re waving our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV
But you worry that it may not look so good
Well well well well don’t you realize
You just gotta call yourself
An activist for peace and human aid
Abandon reason
We’ll make them all believe that the Hamas
Is Momma Theresa
We are peaceful travelers
We’re waving our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV
We con the people
We’ll make them all believe the IDF is Jack the Ripper
We are peaceful travelers
We’re waving our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV
We con the world (Bruce: we con the world…)
We con the people (Bruce: we con the people…)
We’ll make them all believe the IDF is Jack the Ripper
We are peaceful travelers
We’re waving our own knives
The truth will never find its way to your TV

Kung Fu Bear Video
If you have children, they must see this. There are others out there that say they are not edited, but I'm not sure. They added some music (Kung Fu Fighting, of course), but I think is the real thing.

New Billboard I-95 North - Now it's personal: Billboards Against Obama
From Andrea Shea King, this billboard is up on I-95 North, after the US1 exit north of Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach.
Billboard courtesy of volusia912.org,where you can find information on how to fund the We the People billboards
Also found this quote of the day:
Find Andrea Shea King at The Radio Patriot
And just for fun, remember this one?
"Do you love freedom? Do you love independence? If the current administration completes the process they are racing to achieve, all of this will be gone! To stop the madness, we must speak out now. BILLBOARDS AGAINST OBAMA is a practical and effective way to join the battle, be seen, be heard, before it's too late."Three standard messages can be purchased from the group, with prices ranging from $2,500-$3,500 per month. Examples of the vitriolic slogans on offer include "Now It's Personal! America's Coming for You Congress! Vote Liberals Out in 2010!" and "If You're Not Outraged, You're Not Paying Attention."The owners of the web site told 11Alive News today that they would not reveal who they are or where they are based, and that they will only communicate by e-mail. It is unclear whether they are driven primarily by ideology, financial interest or a combination of the two.

Obama Portland Maine: No Black Faces in the Crowd
Tea Parties are accused of having no Black faces in their midst. Take a look at this in Portland, Maine - and note the little girl, thoroughly grossed-out as someone (probably her grandmother) practically crushes the child trying to get to the One. Source and photo credit: The Daily Mail.

Congress Exempt from Health Care Should be Illegal under a 28th Amendment
Barack Obama, a Constitutional attorney, signed health care into law despite the 28th Amendment. Some Congressional staffers are exempted from health care as well. Health care is illegal under the 28th Amendment, OR SHOULD BE.
Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States. This is a perfect day to start talking about a 28th Amendment.
