Rush Limbaugh Sarah Spitz: Limbaugh Answers Sarah Spitz Wish to Watch Him Die: Megyn Kelly Journolist Video

Sarah Spitz is an NPR producer. That means at least a portion of her salary is subsidized by American taxpayers, giving her the comfort to make the news, rather than report the news. Today Sarah is making the news, and many are reporting it. Sarah wants Rush Limbaugh to die, and she would like to be around to watch. See a video below with Megyn Kelly interviewing Daily Caller publisher Neil Patel. See an update below and remarks from Sarah Spitz and a Daily Caller correction of her employer.

 Rush Limbaugh

Contrary to how most Americans would react to any person having a heart attack, even our enemies, Sarah Spitz said she would "Laugh loudly like a maniac and watch his eyes bug out...." Spitz commented that she didn't realize she had that "much hate" she had in her, but "he deserves it." Isn't that the Liberal way of thinking: I don't like him. He deserves to die. Here is a snippet of Limbaugh's response. There's more. Read it all here.
“Not having wished anyone dead, nor having fantasized about watching someone die, I cannot possibly relate to this,” Limbaugh responded.
I can only surmise. I think most people on the left live in a world where merit is irrelevant. Theirs is a world in which connections, networking, kissing ass and obedient sameness are rewarded. I am the antithesis of all that. I am a legitimate, achieved and accomplished Number One and I’ve made it on my own and without them and without having followed their proscriptions. I think they are also jealous that I just sold my NY condo for a 125 percent profit while their homes are worthlessly underwater.
Funny thing….a number of my friends sent me the Daily Caller piece and the most shocking thing to them in the story was the advocacy of having government shut down Fox News.  That the left wants me dead was not a big deal to them because it was nothing new to them. I think that’s hilarious.
From NewsBusters:
So much for the idea that NPR is an oasis of civil discourse in a desert of vituperation. Spitz is a producer for trendy-hot NPR station KCRW and its nationally distributed talk show Left Right and Center (which could be called Three Leftists and Tony Blankley). But Spitz has also done stories for NPR's evening newscast All Things Considered.
The Daily Caller first reported the online exchange between about 400 "elite" media, academia and activists. This group is known as JournoList and they say they chat about sports, and "non-incendiary subjects." But what The Caller found when they obtained copies of the exchanges, is a group of people who worked hard to elect Barack Obama and deflect his detractors - especially the Not-Very-Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor. The truthful way to say this is, the group decided not to print the truth, or even print both sides and let the people decide what was truthful and what was not.

The Caller shows that some on the JournoList tried to turn focus on what Wright was saying by attacking prominent media and White House employees by calling them racist. Both Fred Barnes and Karl Rove were specifically targeted for the "racist" tag. We are naive to think they stopped at Jeremiah Wright. Volumes of real news, and real investigative reports never made it to sunshine because the media would not risk Obama losing. Read excerpts from JournoList here.

The JournoList even discussed how the FCC might pull Fox News' broadcasting license. Here's Limbaugh's response to that:
...how about the LAW professor who thinks the FCC can pull Fox’s license? Fox does not have a license. The FCC does not grant Fox its right to exist. And this guy teaches law.
The people on the JournoList deemed themselves worthy of shaping the outcome of the 2008 elections. I believe the same was done as we tried to bring out Obama's Socialist/Marxist background, his close associations with radical Weatherman Bill Ayers, and of course, the birth certificate issue.

In the meantime, Rush Limbaugh lives. If there is any justice in this world, Sarah Spitz' career on the taxpayer dime will die.

Megyn Kelly and Neil Patel (video)

Sarah Spitz has issued an apology for her comments (see the Daily Caller link below):

I made poorly considered remarks about Rush Limbaugh to what I believed was a private email discussion group from my personal email account. As a publicist, I realize more than anyone that is no excuse for irresponsible behavior. I apologize to anyone I may have offended and I regret these comments greatly; they do not reflect the values by which I conduct my life.
The Daily Caller is correcting Sarah Spitz' employer. She is a producer for NPR-affiliated KCRW, but does not work for NPR. She has contributed six pieces to NPR's Morning Edition and All Things Considered.

From NewsBusters:

As the Spitz story shows, there is a bit of blur inside the public-radio system when it comes to the programming and the payroll. Spitz worked for KCRW, but she offered freelance reports for NPR. KCRW gets taxpayer money from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and sends some of it back to NPR in fees for its news programming. Spitz's show Left Right & Center is on the NPR Podcast directory and airs across the country on almost 40 NPR affiliates.

Megyn Kelly Smacks Kirsten Powers with Facts: Rep. Brad Sherman Shames HimselfVideo

Kirsten Powers IS a Liberal, but this video shows she has partaken of a full vat of Kool-Aid just before a chat with Megyn Kelly. Oh wow! You haven't seen this before, and there can be no mystery about which blonde bombs. The conversation is about the Department of Justice (DOJ) dismissing the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party (NBPP). The video begins with a California townhall hosted by Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA-27th) and a constituent telling Sherman she is concerned about the DOJ and the NBPP. Sherman bring on the shame and doesn't know a  thing, bless his heart, about a Black Panther case, and he is certain the DOJ plans to prosecute any Blacks he finds intimidating voters. You can imagine what the crowd does, then Kelly and Powers provide the entertainment. Kirsten is definitely not ready for the big tent. See related background info below video.

Gustus Bozarth is Flag Rescuer: Homeless Man Gustus Bozarth Rescues Flag

A El Paso security camera caught Gustus Bozarth rescuing the American flag, which had fallen in a storm. The videotape showed Mr. Bozarth in a driving rain, carefully folding the flag military-style, on the hood of a pick-up truck, and then leaving it and the pole in a safe place on the property. Across the country, people are responding to his plight and offering help. See the video below.

Gustus Bozarth

The owner of the flag is METI Inc., a federal contracting company. According to their spokesperson, METI has had a "heart warming" response to the story, with offers to help with donations. KFOX is also working with an agency to provide aid.

METI employees were shocked to find the downed-flag not strewn on the ground in front of their building, but neatly and properly folded. That's when they checked the security tape showing Gustus Bozarth at 1:40 a.m. folding the flag in a driving rainstorm.

KFOX14 quotes Bozarth:
It's a small respect, folding the flag like that," he said. Bozarth said he learned to fold the flag when he worked as a security officer in Tampa, FL.
WoundedTimes says Gustus lives in the back of a warehouse just feet from where the fallen flag was found.

METI Inc. at first refused to take donations for Gustus until they could a arrange a way to keep the funds safe. According to the video below, a fund has now been set-up. For details contact METI Inc. at 915-772-4975 or KFOX14 at 915-833-8585.

Megyn Kelly Christian Adams: DOJ Bias for Black Wrong-doers: No Charges Against Blacks with White Victim

Megyn Kelly today aired the second portion of an interview with J. Christian Adams, a former Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney. Adams says a mandate within the DOJ requires no charges will be made against blacks with a white victim accuses them of  voter intimidation. The DOJ's answer to Adams' charges is simply that Adams is a Conservative. When does voter intimidation hinge on a political persuasion?

Megyn Kelly - America Live

You'll remember that the New Black Panthers stood outside a Philadelphia polling place in November 2008, one with a nightstick. A poll minder who served as Robert Kennedy's campaign aide was there and says there was definitely intimidation going on, and others said the same. From Adam's resignation letter, we learn that these men threatened the attorneys inside DOJ.

King Samir Shabazz (above and below with nightstick)

Adams resigned his position after a DOJ Civil Rights Division head instructed the attorneys on the case to dismiss it, even though a default judgement had been brought. Evidence was strong against the New Black Panther Party members. For five months they refused to answer the court or show up for court, thus the default judgement.

Rep. Frank Wolf tried (R-VA) tried to refile the case. He was denied the opportunity to interview the lead attorneys. Subpoenas were let, one for J. Christian Adams, and the DOJ refused to let him honor it. In Adams resignation letter he noted that he was forced to ignore lawful subpoenas:
...the subpoena is based on an explicit federal statute and seeks answers about why the case was dismissed. I have incurred significant personal expense in retaining a number of separate attorneys and firms regarding this subpoena in order to protect my interests and advise me about my personal legal obligations to comply with the subpoena.
The following is also in his letter of resignation:
As you also know, the defendants in the New Black Panther lawsuit have become increasingly belligerent in their rhetoric toward the attorneys who brought the case...

King Samir Shabazz (L) and Jerry Jackson (R)

So DOJ attorneys were threatened by the New Black Panthers and the answer from the DOJ was, hey we're not prosecuting any blacks for any voter intimidation crimes against whites.

Here's some information about the men accused:

Malik Zulu Shabazz is a Howard University Law School grad and a resident of Washington, D.C. Jerry Jackson is credentialed to be at a the polling place as he is a 14th Ward Democratic Committee member. "Minister" King Samir Shabazz says he is "about the total destruction of white people." Attorney Eric Holder is doing his part to help his brother. Is it too far out to believe they are serious in the intensity of whites? I don't think so, and now the government we put in place has their back.

For the record, Christian Adams says there is a "creeping lawlessness" inside the Department of Justice.

Christian Adams with Megyn Kelly: DOJ Atty Resigns DOJ in Black Panther Protest Video

Megyn Kelly interviewed J. Christian Adams, the Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney who was the lead attorney in the prosecution of the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation at a Philadelphia poll place. In what Adams says is the clearest example of voter intimidation in the history of his career was judged guilty, then DOJ Civil Rights Division was ordered to dismiss the charges and drop the case. See the video below.

New Black Panthers - Voter Intimidation in Philadelphia

Adams resigned his position and left the DOJ for private practice in May 2010. This quote is from his commentary in The Washington Times:
Most disturbing, the dismissal is part of a creeping lawlessness infusing our government institutions. Citizens would be shocked to learn about the open and pervasive hostility within the Justice Department to bringing civil rights cases against nonwhite defendants on behalf of white victims....Open contempt is voiced for these types of cases.
In The Washington Times, Adams made these points:

1) The dismissal of the Black Panther case "was motivated by a lawless hostility toward equal enforcement of the law."

2) Some in the Department "abetted wrongdoers and abandoned law-abiding citizens victimized by the New black Panthers.

3) Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, Tom Perez "inaccurately" testified to the House Judiciary Committee

4) "Most corrupt of all, the lawyers who ordered the dismissal - Loretta King, the Obama-appointed acting head of the Civil Rights Division, and Steve Rosenbaum....
5) Some inside Justice say this is an isolated incident, but other similar cases happened at polling places in Philadelphia, including one targeting Hillary Rodham Clinton. Adams says "the law clearly prohibits even isolated incidents of voter intimidation.
6) The evidence shows that voters were affected by intimidation, but even if it didn't, the law demands punishment of "an attempt."
7) Some co-workers argued the law should not be used against black wrongdoers because of the long history of slavery and segregation. "Some called it payback time.

Note that Kelly asked for a statement from the DOJ, and part of their answer to Adams is that he "is a Conservative." What does being Conservative or Liberal have to do with Human Rights? (Thanks to Lonely Conservative for the video)

Megyn Kelly Joy Behar Elton John: Megyn Kelly Schools Joy Behar Video

Joy-less Behar and the "ladies" of The View discussed the Limbaugh wedding. Behar said both Kathryn Rogers Limbaugh and Elton John were there for Rush's "wallet." See the video below.

E.D. Hill, formerly the gal-pal on Fox and Friends with Doocy and Kilmeade, sat in on the petty-fest. She thinks Sir Elton may have agreed to perform for "money." Whoopi said Elton is married to a man in London, but they are not "married," and for whatever reason, Sir Elton doesn't believe same sex-marriage should be legalized.

Megyn Kelly attended the wedding with her husband. Here's the video.

Lance Baxter Threatens to Sue Freedom Works: Megyn Kelly Matt Tibbe Video

Lance Baxter, also known as C.D. Douglas was fired from Geico for leaving a creepy voicemail message at Freedom Works (and leaving his phone number as well). Freedom Works milked it, as they should have, because this guy isn't working with a full deck, and because enough is enough. Now, the thoroughly humiliated and unemployed Baxter, is threatening to sue Freedom Works. Here is a Megyn Kelly's video with Matt Kibbe the president of Freedom Works:

Baxter said he should be free to leave nasty voicemails without losing his job. Don't you think he should be talking to Geico about that?

Megyn Kelly Howard Stern: Megyn Marries Sean, Sleeps with Bill and Kills Glenn: Megyn Kelly on The View

Fox News America Live host, Megyn Kelly went on the Howard Stern show for some reason, I cannot phantom. She also appeared on The View this morning. See that video below. Stern has a little game he likes to play known as "Marry, F, Kill." Stern gave Kelly three names, and she had to choose which she would do what "to" or "with." You don't even have to guess at the names: they were of course Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck. Megyn chose to marry Sean, sleep with Bill, and kill Glenn.

 Megyn Kelly

I predict we will see Bill O'Reilly preening his way through the Talking Points tonight. Also of interest, if you haven't seen it, take a look at the exchange between Megyn Kelly and Bill Burton in this video.

Sonia Sotomayor White House: White House Window Dressing, Deception, Deviants

How hilarious is this? Sonia Sotomayor showed up for the congressional hearings to confirming her position as justice on the U.S. Supreme Court wearing clothing that she says the White House chose for her. That's what this White House is all about - window dressing, deception, and deviants.

Sonia Sotomayor - White House Window Dressing, with Megyn Kelly

I remember Megyn Kelly, FOX News anchor (and attorney) covering the proceedings and she and Sotomayor were wearing the same suit, on the same day.
The Yale Law School grad talked about shopping for clothes to wear to her acceptance ceremony, but government officials took over the fashion decisions. They told her to bring five suits and then recommended which one she should wear, Meyer said.
Unbelievably, there was no concern that Sotomayor is a member of the hateful LaRaz organization, but much concern that she cannot dress herself.

This Oval Office operates by window dressing, deception and deviants.

Buddy Caldwell Wade Rathke: Louisiana - Rathke New Supoena in ACORN Embezzlement?

Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell issued a subpoena today in an ACORN investigation that has grown from a suspected $1 million embezzlement to a possible $5 million embezzlement. The new subpoena again eyes the Rathkes. See video with Rathke and Megyn Kelly below.

Wade Rathke

Wade Rathke, a co-founder of ACORN, helped cover up a "loan" to his brother Dale of almost $1 million. After an investigation, the "loan" was renamed "embezzled monies." The Rathke family repaid the money - or Dale repaid the money. It is not clear whose pocket the repayment came from.

The funds from ACORN to Dale Rathke was carried on the books as a "loan," and never reported to the ACORN Board. Citizens Consulting, Inc., who kept the books for ACORN, was actually just...Wade and Dale Rathke.

The previous investigation prompted new subpoenas today, specifically regarding a $5 million embezzlement.
An internal review by the board of directors of the community organization ACORN determined that the amount allegedly embezzled from the community organization was $5 million, well more than the previously reported amount of nearly $1 million, according to a new subpoena in an investigation by Louisiana  Attorney General Buddy Caldwell.
From today's subpoena:
Current high ranking members of ACORN have publicly acknowledged that embezzlement did in fact occur, but the exact amount of the embezzlement was unknown until it was recently acknowledged in a board of directors meeting on Oct. 17, 2008, by Bertha Lewis and Liz Wolf that an internal review had determined that the amount embezzled was $5 million," the new subpoena says.
With ACORN, nothing is straight forward. This from nola.com:
ACORN Chief Executive Officer Bertha Lewis said the new accusation about the embezzlement is "completely false." She said she would comment further after she and ACORN attorneys have a chance to review the subpoena.
So, Ms. Lewis has quite a conundrum to work her way through. In 2008 she reported to the ACORN Board that $5 million has been embezzled, but today she says the accusation by subpoena is "completely false."

Wade Rathke kept his brother's continuously on-going "loan" from the family business, ACORN, a secret:
He [Wade]...defended his secrecy saying the group worried the news would be "weaponized" to hurt ACORN.

"Any misstep within the organization might become a threat to its very survival," he said. "That's what's happening now."

This same report also says that the $1 million repayment of funds came from Dale Rathke and a "donor."

Dale Rathke was fired. Wade is currently "chief organizer" for ACORN International, but after the "loan" scandal, he stepped down from his position as ACORN "chief organizer." LOL.

ACORN was founded in New Orleans, the subpoenas were issued by Caldwell in New Orleans, the New Orleans headquarters building is up for sale, and the organization's headquarters are relocating to Washington, D.C. The following video is Megyn Kelly's interview with Wade Rathke (a 'special' currently running on FOX News Channel). Kelly says this is the first and only "in-depth" interview Rathke has granted.

Megyn Kelly Bill Burton: Bill Burton Megyn Kelly White House Email List Video

Listen as FOX News' Megyn asks White House Deputy Press Secretary if, when someone reports (snitches) someone by email to the White House, does the White House delete the name and address of the "snitcher." Burton will not answer. Over and over Burton refuses to answer, Burton obfuscates. Kelly asks: "Do you purge and delete the emails?

Before you leave this page, read about Megyn on Howard Stern. She had to choose which of three Fox News men she would marry, sleep with and kill. Read it here.

April 20, 2010: Readers, another reader just notified me that the Kelly-Burton video was no longer working. I apologize, and have replaced it. You should be able to see the Kelly-Burton dustup below.

Megyn Kelly
Amazing thing. As Megyn asks the question, do you purge and delete the email of the sender, Burton looks to his right, points both fingers (Bill O'Reilly we need your body language expert, Tonya Reiman, to get on this one) and says "I'm glad you brought up the death panels." What? the "death panel" discussion had nothing to do with Burton. Deception is inbred in this White House.

The Presidential Records Act requires that the White House keep every email that enters the White House. Burton knew the White House would keep the emails, the name of the emailer and the address of the emailer. Ace of Spades reported yesterday "The White House is reversing a nine-year old policy forbidding the use of tracking cookies on those who visit federal websites." In other words, the White House can now track you on the web. A nine year policy folks.

As Ace said "Tracking Terrorists on the Internet: Bad.
Tracking American Citizens on the Internet: Good" From the ACLU:
Since 2000, it has been the policy of the federal government not to use such technology. But the OMB is now seeking to change that policy and is considering the use of cookies for tracking web visitors across multiple sessions and storing their unique preferences and surfing habits. Though this is a major shift in policy, the announcement of this program consists of only a single page from the federal register that contains almost no detail.
“This is a sea change in government privacy policy,” said Michael Macleod-Ball, Acting Director of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office. “Without explaining this reversal of policy, the OMB is seeking to allow the mass collection of personal information of every user of a federal government website. Until the OMB answers the multitude of questions surrounding this policy shift, we will continue to raise our strenuous objections.”
The use of cookies allows a website to differentiate between users and build a database of each user’s viewing habits and the information they share with the site. Since web surfers frequently share information like their name or email address (if they’ve signed up for a service) or search request terms, the use of cookies frequently allows a user’s identity and web surfing habits to be linked. In addition, websites can allow third parties, such as advertisers, to also place cookies on a user’s computer.
“Americans rely on the information from the federal government to research politics, medical issues and legal requirements. The OMB is now asking to retain the personal and identifiable information we leave behind,” said Christopher Calabrese, Counsel for the ACLU Technology and Liberty Project. “No American should have to sacrifice privacy or risk surveillance in order to access free government information. No policy change should be adopted without wide ranging debate including information on the restrictions and uses of cookies as well as impact on privacy.”
Imagine that. Even the ACLU is stunned!
