Cuba Iran Korea Review U.S. Human Rights Violations: Obama's Voluntary Shellacking

Barack Obama joined the U.N. Human Rights Council in 2009 and thus put us on the road to "universal periodic review" of this country's human rights.

For several hours, some 56 countries took to the podium and condemned the U.S.  Unbelievably, the hate for our republicanism is so intense, many "stood in line overnight to be near the top of the list of speakers.

Cuba said the U.S. blockade against them is a "crime of genocide." They harangued us about our "violations against migrants," and they didn't forget our rampant brutality against our mentally ill. We were advised to feed our people and keep them healthy.

Iran is deeply concerned by "systematic widespread violations" in the U.S. and warned us about our abuses against women.

North Korea wants us to take care of our "housing inequalities," and prohibit violence of law enforcement.

Libya points to our "racism.

In the Bush years, the U.S. delegation refused to join this farcical Commission, populated by the most heinously cruel human rights violators on the planet.

The Obama administration could not wait to subject us to the scrutiny of tyrants. Now they have until  Tuesday to accept or reject the recommendations also coming from Russia, Venezuela, Nicaragua and Bolivia:
The whole list of criticisms and recommendations, as well as our response, will be put together in a document distributed globally by the U.N. for the edification of America-bashers around the world.
The United Nations is a pit of vipers. We stroke them and coddle them, and fund their atrocities. We make a mockery of our own democracy by acknowledging their right of communist and totalitarian states to address the human rights of any other country. While their people starve, are tortured in prisons for speaking out about their oppressors, live with no electricity, have their children taken from them, and see women so unspeakably abused  - we submit to their scrutiny. Why would we join this hateful coalition?

At some point we must pull out of the United Nations, and form a body of true democratic countries. The sooner the better. Maybe the next President will have a heart for the benevolence of the U.S. and move to dump this obscene United Nations.

Missiles in a Shipping Box: Game Changing Weaponry: Club-K Container Missile Program:

New technology to hit surface and land targets is being developed by a Russian company, and will allow rogue nations like Iran to purchase cruise missiles built into standard 40' shipping containers. The containers can travel by 18-wheelers, rail and sea. See an excellent video below, showing clearly what these missiles can do.

Missiles in Shipping Containers

This weapon is clearly intended for anti-American countries or individuals. In the video below you'll see how Iran, Syria and Palestine might even the playing field with the Club-K Container Missile Program. How about Yemen? How about al-Qaeda?
Priced at an estimated £10 million, each container is fitted with four cruise anti-ship or land attack missiles. The system represents an affordable "strategic level weapon"...
"This is ballistic missile proliferation on a scale we have not seen before because now you cannot readily identify what's being used as a launcher because it's very carefully disguised.
"Someone could sail off your shore looking innocuous then the next minute big explosions are going off at your military installations."
FrontPage Magazine: A Game Changing Weapon:
The Russian company Concern Morinformsystem-Agat is marketing a deadly new weapon, one that can allow a rogue state to overcome the technological superiority of Western militaries. The system can even be used to carry out devastating attacks on the U.S. homeland with little means of defense...

In addition, these vehicles can cross borders, making it more difficult to identify the perpetrator of an attack and impossible to predict where an attack might come from. The missiles might from a shipping vessel off the coast or a truck that crossed via the Mexican border. With a range of 220 kilometers, or about 136 miles, they can either be fired from a safe distance from the border or the distance can be minimized by getting close to the target by being hidden.

Warlords, Iranian Spies Hired to Guard US Troops in Afghanistan

Barack Obama refused to send the Afghanistan command the full measure of troops asked for. Is this why "Iranian spies," "Warlords" "thugs," AND "TALIBAN COMMANDERS" are hired to protect our troops? Why can't our troops protect themselves?

U.S. Army Sgt. Sharanjit Dhaliwal helps one of his soldiers across a narrow path during a presence patrol in Zabul province, Afghanistan, Sept. 18, 2010. Dhaliwal is assigned to the 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment. U.S. Army photo by Spc. Joshua Grenietalion, 4th Infantry Regiment. U.S. Army photo by Spc. Joshua Grenier

The report, published by the Senate Armed Services Committee, says lax oversight and "systemic failures" have led to "grave risks' to US forces, including instances where contractors have employed Afghan subcontractors who were "linked to murder, kidnapping and bribery, as well as Taliban and anti-coalition activities." The chairman of the committee, Sen. Carl Levin, D.-Michigan, said the report was evidence that the US needs to reduce its reliance on contractors. "We need to shut off the spigot of US dollars flowing into the pockets of warlords and power brokers who act contrary to our interests," said Sen. Levin.
The chaotic system left US facilities and personnel vulnerable to attack. The report found that some Afghan security guards simply walked off their posts at remote forward operating bases.
Well, shout out to Senator Levin: do what the Generals have asked of you, and send them the troops needed to be safe in their own compounds.

Who can even conceive of Taliban commanders and Iranian spies standing guard over American military facilities?

Sarah Shourd $500,000 Bail Set

Sarah Shourd met for the first time with an attorney in Iran where she is held on charges of spying. Her bail is set at $500,000. Last week it was announced that Shourd would be released on September 11th, then that information changed to not being released at all, and today we hear that a $500,000.00 bail is required to bring her home. According to statements out of Iran, Shourd is being released due to a cancer risk. According to this source, she has a lump in her breast and a "pre-condition related to cancer." Sarah, along with Shane Bauer and Josh Fattal have been held in Evin prison in Tehran for over 13 months.

Iran Releases Sarah Shourd: Sarah Shourd Released

This morning we heard one of the American hikers imprisoned in Iran will be released soon, or Saturday, but did not know which of the three would be released: Sarah Shourd, Shane Bauer or Josh Fattal. Now we hear that Sarah Shourd will be coming home, or rather coming to the U.S. I believe her home is in Jordan. More as details are available. Posted by Maggie's Notebooktarget="_blank"

Shourd Bauer or Fattal: One of American Hikers Released from Iran?

News today that one of the three Americans, known as The Hikers, will be released from Iran. Sarah Shourd, Shane Bauer and Josh Fattal have been held in the Evin prison in Tehran for over a year. The three friends were hiking near the Iraq border with Iran. It is not known which of the three will be released. I'll have details when available.

Nasrin Soutoudeh Shirin Ebadi: Nasrin Soutoudeh Arrested Charged

Nasrin Soutoudeh, sometimes spelled Nasrine, is an Iranian female attorney representing Nobel Peace Prize laureate Shirin Ebadi. Soutoudeh received a warning from the Iranian intelligence officials that she would be arrested if she continued to represent Ebadi. Ebadi fled Iran one day before the elections, in June 2009 and is living in London. Soutoudeh was arrested last Saturday and is believed to be in Tehran's Evin prison.

Nasrin Sotoudeh

Charged with "propaganda against the regime" and "acting against national security," Soutoudeh is a member of the Iranian Human Rights movement, the One Million Signature Campaign, which is gathering names of Iranians opposed to the country's laws against women, and the Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (SPRC).

Nasrin's home and office were searched at the end of August. Her hard drives were confiscated and her assets frozen. She has a husband, who she says is a "modern man," and two children about 11 and 3 years old. In Iran, Human Rights attorneys receive no payment for representing human rights victims. She believes the regime is working to "limit the conditions for human rights defense, and says the "ultimate goal is to shut down all defense of human rights."

A few days before her arrest, Sotoudeh told the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran how the authorities were creating bogus tax problems for human rights lawyers as a way to provide pretexts for their prosecution.

“I was referred to the taxation bureau and while there I noticed in addition to my name, they are conducting special investigations into thirty human rights lawyers,” she said.

Soutoudeh said Shirin Ebadi paid hundreds of thousands of dollars on her 2003 Nobel Peace Prize money. She was the first Iranian to win the Nobel, and the first Muslim woman to receive the honor. In 2009 the regime confiscated the medal,  and diploma from her bank box and froze her assets.

Ebadi is also an Iranian lawyer, a human rights activist and the founder of Centre for the Defence of Human Rights in Iran.  Nasrin Soutoudeh has represented many victims of Human Rights atrocities, many of them Human Rights attorneys.

There are some conflicting stories about Soutoudeh, but in all, she is at the least missing. Some of the accounts say her attorney was told that "Soutoudeh would be interrogated for an indefinite time." Her husband says he has not seen her or heard from her.

Muslim women in the U.S. and across the West, live in a large measure of freedom, or at least the opportunity of freedom,  and never utter a word about their sisters existing in abject tyranny. Soutoudeh is just one of many. Give me one reason Islam is to be respected...anywhere in the world. Just one.

Hillary Clinton Global Warming: Ecclesiastes 10:2 Irans Fuels Up:

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton issued a solemn declaration yesterday, blaming the devastating floods in Pakistan on global warming. Who knew? She also issued a stunning warning to Iran a couple of weeks ago: "it would be premature to go ahead with this project at this time." She really knows how to handle Iran and calm our fears at the same time. Now that Iran has begun fueling their nuclear reactor, in spite of her warning, I know she will have something profound to say about it...eventually. The President has promised to talk about Iran just as soon as he gets back from vacation. Both Hillary and Obama will, undoubtedly, go down as the fiercest defenders in history of our beloved country. In keeping with the same theme, its Sunday morning. Here is one of my favorite Bible verses from the Book of Ecclesiastes:

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama

Ecclesiastes 10:2
The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left
Continuing with Ecclesiastes 10: 3-5
Even as he walks along the road the fool lacks sense and shows everyone how stupid he is. If a ruler's anger rises against you, do not leave your post; calmness can lay great errors to rest. There is an evil I have seen under the sun., the sort of error that arises from a ruler.
God, please help us help You to bless this great Nation. Amen

Iran Air 744 Secret Pipeline to US: Iran Air Iranian Agents Exclusive Flight

Iran Air 744 flies bi-monthly from Tehran to Caracas, with some stops in Damascus and Beirut, and has been doing so since February 2007. The flight is exclusively reserved for Iranian agents, Hezbollah, and Iran's Revolutionary Guard. A real concern is that Iran is "schooling" the Venezuelan military. U.S. intelligence believes the flight is a secret pipeline of weapons and spies coming to America, and perhaps uranium heading back to Iran on the Boeing 747SP.

Iran Air 744

We are concerned about this flight, and how these agents might get into the U.S. from Caracas, Damascus and Beirut, or how staging sites may be established for attacks against us from Venezuela. Apparently we've watched this, and worried about it for 3-1/2 years.
Current and former U.S. intelligence official fear the flight is a shadowy way to move people and weapons to locations in Latin America that can be used as staging points for retaliatory attacks against the U.S. or its interests in the event Iranian nuclear sites are struck by U.S. or Israeli military forces.
"My understanding is that this flight not only goes from Caracas to Damascus to Tehran perhaps twice a month, but it also occasionally makes stops in Lebanon as well, and the passengers on that flight are not processed through normal Venezuelan immigrations or customs. They are processed separately when they come into the country," says Peter Brookes, senior fellow for National Security Affairs at the Heritage Foundation.
The 16-hour flight typically leaves Tehran and stops at Damascus International Airport (DAM), which is Syria's busiest. In 2009, almost 4.5 million passengers used the airport.
After a 90-minute layover, the flight continues the remaining 14 hours to Venezuela's Caracas Maiquetía International Airport (CCS). Upon arrival, the plane is met by special Venezuelan forces and sequestered from other arrivals.
"It says that something secretive or clandestine is going on that they don't want the international community to know about," says Brookes, a former deputy assistant defense secretary for Asian and Pacific Affairs and CIA employee.
"The fact that there is a flight is of course of interest, but the fact that not anybody can gain access to this flight or buy a ticket for that flight is of particular curiosity and should be of concern to the United States."
In addition to speculation about who is aboard, there are significant concerns that the Boeing 747SP airplane might be transporting uranium to Tehran on the return flight. The U.S. government has enacted strong sanctions against Iran because of its nuclear program and there are worries the flight might provide an opportunity to skirt the embargo against materials that might be used for the program.
The major concern is the direct flight from Tehran to Caracas. The "special" passengers of Iran Air 744 "may not even need visas."

August 21 Deadline for Dropping One on Iran Without Radiation Release

Fox News' David Asman and for U.S. U.N. Ambassador John Bolton have a detailed conversation about Iran's announced launch of the first of ten nuclear reactors. The real news here is that a strike on Iran before August 21st can be done without releasing radiation into the atmosphere. According to Bolton, after August 21st radiation is an issue for the area. Bolton doesn't believe Israel or anyone will drop the big one on Iran's nuclear facilities. [Disclaimer: In my title, "Dropping One" does not refer to Dropping The One] See the video below. See an update below.

John Bolton
News that Russia will load nuclear fuel rods into an Iranian reactor has touched off a countdown to a point of no return, a deadline by which Israel would have to launch an attack on Iran's Bushehr reactor before it becomes effectively "immune" to any assault, says former Bush administration U.N. Ambassador John R. Bolton.
Once the fuel rods are loaded, Bolton told Fox News on Friday afternoon, "it makes it essentially immune from attack by Israel. Because once the rods are in the reactor an attack on the reactor risks spreading radiation in the air, and perhaps into the water of the Persian Gulf."
Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit has more information.

Update 8-17-10:
This report from The Jerusalem Post says if the Bushehr plant is hit after the fueling begins, the radiation can reach as far as the waters of the Persian Gulf.

Saudi Clears Air Space for Israeli Air Force - Iran in-Site

In a very smart move, Saudi Arabia has cleared air space for Israeli Air Force or missiles to cross their airspace to get to Iran's nuclear sites. In fact, they have "conducted tests" to make sure their own air defenses are standing down. See a video below.

Israel and Saudi Arabia
Israel is the tiny slice of land in the rusty orange color, bordered by Egypt

Obama, and presumably, Iraq, has not given Israel permission to fly over Iraq, and now it's clear that he has no plans to help our best ally and the only democracy in the Middle East. What a enraging situation for Americans, and a shameful one for Obama, but then he is a man who knows no shame. I hope Jewish Americans are paying attention.

From TimesOnline:
In the week that the UN Security Council imposed a new round of sanctions on Tehran, defence sources in the Gulf say that Riyadh has agreed to allow Israel to use a narrow corridor of its airspace in the north of the country to shorten the distance for a bombing run on Iran.
To ensure the Israeli bombers pass unmolested, Riyadh has carried out tests to make certain its own jets are not scrambled and missile defence systems not activated. Once the Israelis are through, the kingdom’s air defences will return to full alert.
“The Saudis have given their permission for the Israelis to pass over and they will look the other way,” said a US defence source in the area. “They have already done tests to make sure their own jets aren’t scrambled and no one gets shot down. This has all been done with the agreement of the [US] State Department.”
No one in the Middle East feels safe from the Iranian Mullahs, although most will not speak out about it:
Sources in Saudi Arabia say it is common knowledge within defence circles in the kingdom that an arrangement is in place if Israel decides to launch the raid. Despite the tension between the two governments, they share a mutual loathing of the regime in Tehran and a common fear of Iran’s nuclear ambitions. “We all know this. We will let them [the Israelis] through and see nothing,” said one.
It's an interesting article, with info about specific Iranian nuclear targets. Update 11:30 p.m 6-12-10. YNetNews reports that Saudia Arabia denies the Times report on airspace clearance. I guess I would deny it too, if I were running things there. I noted in the Times article, said "The Times can reveal."

UN Security Councils Votes for Sanctions on Iran

The U.N. Security Council just passed a resolution for stricter sanctions against Iran. Twelve countries voted for fourth round sanctions. Turkey and Brazil voted against. There was one abstention. The abstaining country was not named.

U.N. Security Council

The downside is that Iran has promised to discontinue further nuclear talks if sanctions are imposed...bwahahahahahahhahahaha.

According to the BBC, there are "no crippling economic sanction," and "no oil embargo."
Those passed include prohibiting Iran from buying heavy weapons such as attack helicopters and missiles.
They also toughen rules on financial transactions with Iranian banks and increased the number of Iranian individuals and companies that are targeted with asset freezes and travel bans.
Al Jazeera English quotes Hillary Clinton saying the sanctions are "the most significant" ever against Iran. Now, see, that's the problem. We Mickey Mouse around and spread the sanctions out. One good, very tough sanction, in the beginning, would have had assured no nuclear program, and we wouldn't need a fourth round.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Iran's deals with Turkey and Brazil (who tried to help their nasty friend) might be off if the resolution passes. Brazil said the sanctions are counterproductive in three ways. Paraphrased they are:

1) will shut down the Turkey-Brazil adventure

2) will increase domestic support for Ahmadinejad and the Revolutionary Guard because the people will see major powers as treating Iran badly and

3) the economic sanctions will affect the leadership in many ways, but will not impede the development of nuclear power.

From the NYT:
The United States had sought broader measures against Iranian banks, its insurance industry and other trade, but China and Russia were adamant that the sanctions not affect the day-to-day economy.
No comment, however, on how a nuclear attack on Israel will affect the day-to-day economy there.

U.S. United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice showed up for this vote. When does the fifth round of U.N. sanctions begin?

Osama bin Laden in Savzevar, Iran with Ayman al-Zawahiri: What do we do now?

Not surprising, but what do we do now that we know? Bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri have enjoyed Iranian hospitality for 5 years, along with three other unnamed "high-ranking" al Qaeda members. Home to bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri has been the town of Savzevar or Sabzevar

Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri

Turkey has been in on the secret, according to Kuwaiti sources:
Savzevar, a small town of about a quarter of a million inhabitants, is connected by road toTehran and Mashhad and has a small airport. A center for producing grapes and raisins, its location is remote and difficult to access because it is enclosed by lofty mountains and a salt desert 50,000 square kilometers in area.
DEBKAfile's counter-terror sources disclose that the purpose of airing their precise whereabouts at this time, aside from implicating the Turkish leader, was first, to warn al Qaeda's leaders that their hideout was blown and they had better move on - which would make them easier to catch; and, second, to nudge US president Barak Obama into a decision to go after them.
Really, what do we do now? Bin Laden is in Iran...and we know it, and...what do we do now? Read the story at DEBKAfile, including what American intelligence knew about American targets by mid-May, 2010. As you will read in the DEBKAfile, they have a theory about why this story is breaking now, and that basically is, since Kuwait broke the story to get these two scumbags on the run so they can be hunted down by the good guys. Holger Awakens, on the other hand, has another theory. Read it at Holger Awakens.

John Bolton: Time for Israel to Strike Iran

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, says now is the time for Israel to strike Iran, and if they do not, nothing will stop the Mullah's nuclear facilities.

Israeli Air Force

Bolton (I think I would vote for him for U.S. President) sees no possibility of the Obama administration taking any meaningful action - translated: If Israel does not do it, who will?

This is an important story, and the hard work has been done for us. James at Reaganite Republican Resistance has the story, and has done major research on the subject. He lays out Israel's capabilities, Iran's capabilities, and the lack of them, and why the IDF's recent tepid responses will not be duplicated when dealing with the regime . He explains the issue of Israeli air space, which we hear will be forbidden to them, and tells us just how many targets Israel must hit for the strike to be effective.

Read the research on and Israeli strike against Iran, and tell me what you think. Click the link under The Reaganite Republican's banner above, or click here.

Sarah Shourd Shane Bauer Engaged: Sarah Shourd Ashamed of America

If American hikers Sarah Shourd was my daughter, or if Shane Bauer was my son, and was stashed away in the terrifying Evin prison in Tehran by the Iranian government, I would advise them to announce their engagement, since they have been lovers for some time now...long  before being arrested for breaching the Iranian border from Iraq. Being held in an Iranian prison is no longer news, but a love story is. Everyone loves a love story, maybe even Mahmoud Achmadinejad. Update: 9-15-10: Sarah was released from Iran yesterday, September 14th and reunited with her mother, Nora Shourd, in Oman, Jordan. She will receive a medical checkup in Oman.

Josh Fattal, Sarah Shourd, Shane Bauer

Both Shourd and Bauer have lived together in Damascus, Syria. Shourd and a male friend, perhaps Shane Bauer...or not, visited Yemen and while there, Sarah Shourd told an Iraqi family she is ashamed everyday of what "my country [United States], has done to [Iraq]."

She has obvious sympathies for Palestinians and their treatment by Israel. Ms Shourd visited Yemen and in 2009 and won third place in a writing contest about the country and people. She wanted to the trip to be "memorable:"
Of course there were the security concerns, westerners being kidnapped and sometimes even killed, but I decided that it was more likely I would get hit by a car while riding my bicycle at home, and bought my plane ticket.
While in Sana'a, Shourd noticed that the "love of God keeps people in line."
The separation of the sexes is widely understood as an attempt to protect women, and I have to admit, the streets do feel safe. Men leave you alone as long as you are covered; in a bizarre way it is less of a hassle being a woman here than anywhere I've ever been.
While in Yemen, Ms. Shourd visited Aden. She speaks of a male friend with her who is reading "The Shia Revival." Sarah and her friend are invited to dinner at the home of an Iraqi family who fled the country. Shourd apologizes to the family for what the United States has done to the country.

Shourd says she took risks in Yemen, as does everyone in "this brazen, tumultuous corner of our world."

In Damascus, Shourd teaches English in the Iraqi Student Project. She is reportedly learning the Arabic language. Sarah is a writer. A bio on one of her articles says she is a "teacher-activist-writer from California currently based in the Middle East."

The mothers of Shourd and Bauer, along with Laura Fattal, the mother of Josh Fattal who is held in Iran with his friends, were granted a visa to visit to their children. Of course, they hoped to bring the three back home with them, but predictably, that didn't happen. Instead, they brought back the news that Sarah and Shane will marry as soon as their freedom is granted. Josh will be the best man.

The best way to get these three home is to talk of the love story. I hope it works. I hope these three return safely to the US and their families soon. When that happens, I hope they pay their respects to the many, many Americans who have prayed for them, and worried about them by re-examining the meaning of freedom, democracy and decency. This unmarried western woman who lived with her boyfriend in an Arab country, must know that she is despised there; and outside of the American program she works for, she has no respect. Islam frowns on western women, let alone unmarried western women living in their midst with any man. Her shame for her country will gain her no favor in the eyes of Iranians. At the tender age of 31, Ms. Shourd and her friends are learning the difficult lesson that no matter where their sympathies lie, they are blessed to be citizens of the greatest and most benevolent country ever on the face of the earth, but...they are still infidels.

Too Horrible To Contemplate!

By Findalis of Monkey in the Middle

I received this via an e-mail and did some checking up on the facts I am about to present to you.  Most of this I have been able to confirm through my own sources.

Earlier today I posted about the warning Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely issued about the grave danger Israel is in. Following that, I received this from a colleague who has close friends in Israel. Here’s what she wrote:

I have just received this: from my friend in Israel who moves in high circles there.

No attribution possible. It’s from a very trustworthy source who was himself the recipient and knows these people. They send him information clandestinely and they remain incognito, so that they can safely inform Americans of what is actually happening. I’m sure that they would be pleased to have the information disseminated.

Incidentally, in my opinion, this is what appears to be happening. Obama has made secret deals with the Iranian mullahcracy to facilitate the weakening of both the USA and Israel, even the planned destruction of Israel, in exchange for promises from Iran and now the Turkish leadership that ‘all they want’ – à la Munich, 1938 – is their individual MidEast Sudentenland, each of them.

Turkey and Iran have decided to split the ME between them – East and West. Turkey will recreate a new Sunni-controlled Ottoman Empire, and Iran will be allowed its own ‘greater Iran’ hegemony…i.e. a new Shiite Caliphate stretching beyond its current borders.

Obama, who is a Muslim, agrees with this plan and has pledged to help throw Israel – along with all American national security interests – to the wolves.

This appears to me to be what is currently happening, and Americans had better awaken to this reality long before November, 2012, or we won’t have a country, or an Israel, to save any longer.

***
Tonight Clive and I heard very disturbing information – we heard it from a consultant to the United States who meets once a month with the President in the White house. He is in the know. This is what actually has happened with the relationship with Israel and the USA and it is not pretty:

1. Israel during the Bush and Clinton Administrations – had landing rights in Turkey, and in the USA bases in the middle east and more recently under George Bush, in Iraq. This was in case they were invaded by Iran , or Saudi or any other Arab country. Obama has withdrawn those landing rights. Israel now has nowhere to refuel in the Middle East.

2. Netanyahu was instructed to come to the White House for a meeting. He was brought in through a servants entrance – the only head of state ever in US history to be given that disgraceful treatment. He was not offered even a cup of tea – but was lectured to by Obama who told him that he is not permitted to attack Iran and that he has to withdraw all forces from the West Bank and may not build any more settlements ( neighborhoods) in East Jerusalem.

3. Israel found out that there were four terrorists meeting in Dubai . As they have done for the past 62 years, they informed the US of that and said that these terrorists had to be dealt with. Obama said under no circumstances. Israel decided to go ahead. They killed the one terrorist who showed up. However the CIA was sent there to film the entire event by Obama – and then a concerted PR campaign was waged by the White house to discredit Israel and what they did – this kind of action has taken place with US support for the past 62 years since we have common enemies.

4. Obama has refused to oppose Syria’s rearming of Hezbollah and Hamas – Israel now sits in imminent danger from the amounts of missiles that can be sent into her territory.

5. Israel will never tell the US again of its plans – since they cannot trust us.

6. Israel intends to attack Iran –there are over 30 installations of which 4 have underground bunkers that contain nuclear weapons. Israel cannot wait any longer. The US is no longer supporting Israel ’s self defense.

7. This is the same man that gave the White House a full file on the 9.11 attack – his warnings and proof were laughed at.

8. He believes that the next attacks in the USA will be mass transportation – subways and malls – especially the largest malls where the most people can be killed – and that Vegas and wherever there are conventions of employees will be a huge target. We are not prepared and are naive in our lack thereof.

9. Once Israel attacks Iran , every Jew and Jewish institution will be at risk – temples, religious schools etc. We must be prepared.

10. This kept a room of 200 people spellbound. It is not fiction. It is fact.

What can be done?

It is essential that everyone who doesn’t know yet, now understands that the protection and survival of Israel is not on Obama’s list – and he is now taking ACTUAL steps to move all protections away – no more landing rights, negotiating with Iran and Syria, making nice to the Muslim World in the face of allies of long standing and he is no friend of the Jewish people and Israel.

We must be sure that we elect politicians who protect Israel as well as the USA – our interests are intertwined. Please forward to everyone you know.
I was able to verify through my own sources every one of the 10 points cited here. Yet Barack Hussein Obama is sending his Kapos

With this happening, no wonder Netanyahu is on edge!

Something for all of us to remember:

On this date, 5 Sivan 5741 (June 7, 1981), Israel bombed and destroyed the Iraqi nuclear reactor in Baghdad. Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein had pronounced himself as the reincarnation of Babylonian tyrant Nebuchadnezzar, and named the nuclear reactor "Tammuz" -- the name of the calamitous Jewish month when Nebuchadnezzar's troops laid siege on Jerusalem 2,500 years earlier. Ilan Ramon (later to become Israel's first astronaut, who died in the explosion of the Space Shuttle Columbia) and seven other pilots executed the daring raid -- flying over enemy Arab territory for hours, and avoiding detection with their tight formation that emitted a radar signal resembling a commercial airliner. However, even as Israel celebrated the successful raid, condemnation was nearly universal. One prominent U.S. senator called it "one of the most provocative, ill-timed and internationally illegal actions taken in that nation's history." Two decades later, as the world feared Saddam's weapons of mass destruction, the Israeli action was vindicated.

Operation Opera

Israel will do what is necessary to survive regardless of what Barack Hussein Obama want them to do, even if it costs them funding and/or support.

Iran Not Nuclear for At Least a Year According to Robert Gates

Mark this down in your memory: The U.S. Secretary of Defense says he doesn't believe Iran will have a nuclear weapon for at least one year, maybe more. It is unimaginable that an high-ranking American official can casually chat with reporters about the world being one year away from a nuclear Iran. If you think our government will make some kind of move to stop this rogue country's nuclear ambitions, then you are seriously naive. If you know we will do nothing - not a single thing that will stop the nuclear aggression, then you will join me in cursing this administration's inept handling of national security - of which we will have no need of after Iran finishes with us and Israel. Bauer Shourd Fattal: Iran Accuses Americans of US Intel Links

Things became even more complicated today for imprisoned Americans in Iran Shane Bauer, Sarah Shourd and Joshua Fattal. Iran's Intelligence Minister, Heidar Moslehi told Iranian television that Tehran has "credible evidence" the three young people have links to US intelligence services. See a video below.

Sarah Shourd and Shane Bauer were living in Damascus, Syria and were on vaction. Both of them are Arab speakers. Josh Fattal came from the States to visit them. The three friends were hiking in the Kurdish region of northern Iraq near the resort town of Ahmed Awa. They unknowingly wondered across the Iranian border where they were taken into custody on July 31st, 2009.
Ahmed Awa police spotted the hikers at one point on Friday, Ahmed said, and warned them that they were near the Iranian border - which is not marked in the area - and that they should be careful...

Mudhafer Mohammed, owner of the Nirwan Hotel, told CNN that the hikeers said they had come to the area because they heard it was safe...But, he said, he advised them against it.

"I warned them many times," Mohammed told CNN.

"When they told me that they are planning to go to Ahmed Awa, I told them, 'Don't go there because it is unsafe for you because you're American and Ahmed Awa is very close tot he Iranian border," he said.
A fourth American, Shon Meckfessel from Seattle, was ill that day and stayed behind in the Nirwan Hotel in Sulaimaniya. Some reports say the trio was able to reach Meckfessel by phone to tell him about the arrest. Reportedly, he left the hotel unannounced, leaving luggage behind and made it safely to the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.

Shane Bauer is from the San Francisco area. He is a contributor to New American Media, is an accomplished writer and photographer. His work has appeared in The Nation and Pacific News Service.

Sarah Shourd is a writer and contributor to New America Media, and Matador Pulse, and is believed to be from the San Francisco area. According to a Facebook profile, she is a volunteer English teacher for the Iraqi Students Project Connections - a program for Iraqi student refugees in Syria. At the time of her arrest, the profile said was "currently based in the Middle East.

As of February 2010, none of the parents have had any contact with their children.  This from Sarah's mother:
Nora Shourd: Well, you know, Sarah was over there looking for a way to kind of give back. Part of, you know, what they talked about when they went to the Middle East was, you know, what can we do for this part of the world?
Joshua Fattal is from near Cottage Grove, Oregon. He was the internship coordinator at Aprovecho Research Center, a nonprofit research and education center.

The video below are the mothers of Shane Bauer's, Cindy Hickey, Nora Shourd, Sarah's mother and Laura Fattal, Josh's Mother.

Obama Vows to Ratchet-up Pressure on Iran: Funniest Quote of the Year

Funniest quote of the year: "The idea here is to keep on turning up the pressure" ~ Barack Obama.  The operative word is "keep." We have not been ratcheting up pressure on Iran, so we cannot "keep" ratcheting up the pressure, especially with the veto powers of Commies China and Russia sitting on the U.N. Security Council.

Barack Obama
No worries...no rush. Just let this Iranian banty rooster continue to kill our military, his own citizens and threaten people everywhere.

More:
"In our talks with China it was agreed that tools such as sanctions have lost their effectiveness," he told reporters in Beijing.
I would like to see an American leader say to the Security Council, "screw you, strong letter to follow." I will get a coalition of nations to isolate Iran, thus making my country safer , Israel safer and the surrounding Islamic countries safer. If I fail, then so be it, but it won't be because I didn't try."

Oh, but wait...US Ambassador to the U.N., Susan Rice, said Thursday that China is now ready for "serious" talks. Ridiculous. How many times has we gone through this? The answer is over and over, and year after year.

In February, Iranian president Mahmoud Achmadinejad said his country had begun the enrichment of fuel at 20%:
...experts say Iran could convert a stockpile of 20% enriched uranium to weapons grade material within six months.
Former UN Ambassador John Bolton said this week that Obama is naive in thinking sanctions can now stop the country from acquiring a nuclear arsenal:
The test is, can you pass a sanctions resolution that will stop Iran from continuing to pursue nuclear weapons, and the unambiguous answer is no. This continued talk about sanctions is counterproductive because it gives people the kind of a warm and fuzzy and comfortable feeling that we're doing something when in reality we're not."
We let the IAEA's now retired Mohamed El-Baradei, and a Nobel Peace prize awardee,  lie to the world for years about Iran's nuclear aggression, and just one month ago, just before he was set to exit the world eye, he said "Iran has not implemented any of the measures called for by the Security Council...." In May 2008, El-Baradei said Iran was not after a bomb:
"We haven't seen indications or any concrete evidence that Iran is building a nuclear weapon and I've been saying that consistently for the last five years," ElBaradei asserted.
The bottom line is this: we have let the U.N. Security Council be dominated by Islamic nations, and we allowed a Muslim to watch the hen house.
