New Jersey Teachers Caught on Video: NJ Teacher Unions Gone Wild

James O'Keefe has new investigative videos out: New Jersey Teachers Gone Wild, which he says was taped by "citizen journalists," some of them actors, inside a meeting of the New Jersey Education Association. The videos are said to be undercover audio and camera footage from the NJEA summer leadership conference at the New Brunswick Hilton, as well as a phone conversation with a school principal regarding an issue of race.  A spokesman for the New Jersey Education Association, Steve Baker, appears briefly in the video twice, says "the whole thing is a complete fabrication, built on lies." The most shocking thing to me is in the first video, you hear that in collective bargaining, the NJEA "fixed some of those things," they did not agree with, after the "bargaining" was closed. The speaker said Christie was not aware that the bargaining had been "fixed," [changed].

You hear a man say he was educated at Rutgers, could be a principal, and could F**k with the kids!

In the video, you hear this chant, among others:

"Let's have a whiskey and get a little misty. Join me now and slander Chris Christie"

A woman seen in the video (and identified as a teacher from Passaic) is playing a video game:

"That's why we're laughing here, we're playing video games on their dime."

Another woman who identifies hereself as a teacher from Passaic, says:

"It's really hard to fire a teacher."

"like you have to seriously be in a hallway F-ing somebody." 

"...a tenured teacher would need to perform a sex act in a hallway in order to be fired."

You can also hear a chant, part of which is inaudible, but you clearly hear the group saying they will "kick Chris Christie in the toolbox."

If you have a child, or a grandchild, a niece or nephew in New Jersey schools, this has to make you both physically sick, as well as saddened that our schools employee teachers who are delighted knowing the taxpayer is funding their "play time," would call a child the "N" word, would illegally change an agreed upon contract, and use the "F" word in the same sentence with the word "kids."

These videos will be intensely scrutinized for editing and audio verification. It will be interesting to see how it shakes out, Governor Chris Christie said the videos are "distressing - and revealing - to say the least."

Department of Justice Lies About New Black Panthers Case Dismissal

While I was off having fun on Hilton Head Island, proof surfaced that the Department of Justice (you know the one...where "a creeping lawlessness" lives unencumbered) lied, and lied significantly about the dismissal of the case of voter intimidation against the New Black Panthers.

After two New Black Panthers stood guard over possible wayward voters at a Philadelphia polling place - complete with a nightstick, and proof via a video, the men were indicted and charges were brought by the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, over their menacing and intimidating presence on the day of the 2008 presidential election.  After the two men refused to show up at Court - 5 times, the DOJ dismissed the charges. 

Senator Charles Grassley was outraged and began an investigation. One of the prime DOJ attorneys on the case quit in protest and another was transferred out of Washington D.C. The attorney who quit, J. Christian Adams, joined Pajamas Media, testified at a hearing under oath, and has been making his case on talk shows that racism is rampant within the Department of Justice.

On September 20th, Judicial Watch forced disclosure of DOJ documents. First up is info that Democratic election lawyer Sam Hirsch was involved in the dismissal. Odd that, because Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, Thomas Perez, "swore" in testimony that "no political leadership was involved in the outrageous dismissal.

The “Vaughn index” describes documents responsive to the lawsuit currently being withheld in their entirety by the Justice Department. The index details a series of emails between Assistant Deputy Attorney General Steve Rosenbaum and Deputy Associate Attorney General Sam Hirsch, who was described by Slate magazine as a “DC election lawyer who represents a lot of Democrats” prior to joining the Justice Department.

The index describes eight email exchanges between Rosenbaum and Hirsch, taking place on April 30, 2009, the day before the Justice Department reversed course and declined to pursue much of the Black Panther case. 

 Perez, according to Judicial Watch, under sworn testimony said the whole issue was just "a case of career people disagree with the career people."Uh...right! the Blacks in some kind of military garb, brandishing a billy club had nothing to do with revered voter rights.

“These documents show the Obama Justice Department’s decision to drop the Black Panther case was certainly political and potentially corrupt,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Black Panther decision is a scandal for the Obama administration and it merits serious attention by investigators. Assistant Attorney General Perez seems to have been less than candid in his sworn testimony when he said no political appointees were involved in the decision. This scandal has just gotten a whole lot worse for the Obama Justice Department.”

J. Christian Adams, the man who has claimed "a creeping lawlessness" in the DOJ, said when the news from Judicial Watch broke it was a "bad for for the Justice Department, but a worse day for country."

If Congress ultimately suspects that they were lied to, they might scrutinize an undated entry: Karen Stevens is listed as an author of “talking points for the Attorney General regarding the DOJ’s handling of the NBPP litigation and the decision to drop charges.” She should get a subpoena from Congress next year also.

Similar entries evidencing the creation of an ultimately dishonest spin are throughout the log.

I would not be surprised if the log omitted documents. Inspector General Glenn Fine’s investigation of the Voting Section should include an inquiry into whether the Department is fully responsive to various requests from Congress, the press, and the Civil Rights Commission.

The log provided by DOJ to Judicial Watch contains numerous unidentified documents. The listing provides no information whatsoever about these documents, as the identity of both the authors and recipients are omitted. Congress might also demand to know what all the untitled, undated entries are in the log.

To understand how important this case is, Adams testified that he heard someone inside Justice state that this administration will no prosecute Black wrongdoers," for any kind of voter fraud or intimidation. Al Sharpton Rallies Racism: Ben Jealous NAACP: Beck Crowd Would Not Applaud I Have a Dream Speech

 Al Sharpton's White-hate Reclaim the Dream rally, only yards away from Glenn Beck's Restoring Honor gathering, was intended to protect the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, who if alive today may have been standing on the stage with Beck, or at least as his niece, Dr. Alveda King said: "would like," what was said on August 28th on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. In the video below, hear Ben Jealous, the president of the NAACP, say if MLK's speech been read at Restoring Honor, the crowd would not have applauded.

Sharpton's embarrassment hasn't been this high-profile since he evoked Tawana Brawley's fake rape. He couldn't rally a significant crowd even with help from The U.S. Department of Education, which sent out 4000 emails, on federal computers, using federal employees, urging them to attend Al Sharpton's hate rally. Sharpton is claiming a crowd of 30,000, but some who stopped by both rallies are saying, huh-uh.  Joe Schoffstall at Eyeblast says 30,000 attendees are impossible - and points out the bleachers are at a high-school  athletic field and cannot hold anywhere near 30,000:

Sharpton’s website claims that 30,000 people made the 5-mile march to the MLK memorial, but I find that a little hard to believe. Those are high school football bleachers. There is nowhere near 30,000 people there.

So far, I have found no aerial shots of the Sharpton White-hate rally, but it is clear  Sharpton the Reverend Sharpton knows nothing of Grace. You cannot see it and you cannot hear it in this rally or in any interviews Sharpton has done since. Dittos Ben Jealous, the chairman of the NAACP, who says had the MLK I have a Dream speech been read at Beck's event, the crowd would not have applauded.

Blacks Target Hispanics in New York City: There Goes the Neighborhoods

Who knew this was a big problem in New York City. Blacks are attacking Hispanics. In one Staten Island neighborhood there are 11 suspected attacks.

There is some real irony here. Democrats promise Blacks entitlements to gain their votes. Democrats lobby to keep Hispanics in the country, legally or illegally - their votes are considered a Democrat-right.  Now Blacks, like jealous children are unhappy with the new stepchildren in the neighborhood. What did they call the same when Whites were uncomfortable with Blacks moving into their neighborhoods? Oh, I remember now, it was and still is, racism.

Of seven attacks sent to a Grand Jury, all but one was investigated as a "bias" crime - not a "hate crime." Does anyone out there know the difference, and wasn't a law passed to make "hate" a crime - not "bias?" I have a bias for the brand of ice cream I buy, but I don't hate the other brands.

And although most of the suspects were described as young black men and investigated for bias crimes, a grand jury has indicted only one of seven people arrested on a hate-crime charge.

But Isaias Lozano, a day laborer, said he knows why he was attacked and robbed in December by "morenos" - the Spanish word he uses to describe his black neighbors.

"They hate us because we're Mexicans," he said while sitting at El Centro del Inmigrante, a center for immigrant day workers. "They aren't robbing just anybody."...

In the last quote above, the man is described as an "immigrant day worker," but is he really an immigrant or an illegal migrant? According to the writer of the article linked above, America is trying to figure out how different ethnicity's can learn to live together. I assume Blacks calling Hispanics racists, doesn't resonate.

Others blame it on the illegal migrant debate, and particularly on Arizona:

Some community leaders here blame the attacks on hoodlums preying on day laborers, who are perceived as easy targets because they often carry cash home from work. Others say the Arizona law is stirring up a climate of intolerance, even these thousands of miles away.

"It's a cascading effect," said the Rev. Terry Troia, a board member of El Centro del Inmigrante. "There are negative impulses being put out there both nationally and locally. People on the fringe catch a piece of that, and they are acting on it."

A teacher says the presence of the newcomer's has "touched a nerve," and has "changed the texture of the neighborhood." Translated: "There goes the neighborhood." Get used to it. Help us send illegals home by voting Republican.

Curtis Everett Gatewood Organizes NAACP Rally: Obama Booed - Called "N" Word: Black is Back Rally

The NAACP rally in the video below is basically a call to war. It was organized by  Reverend Curtis Everette Gatewood, and the rally calls to "whup" Obama's ass. The president is called a "coon,"and a "ni**er," and the idea behind the get-together is "Black is Back."

The organization led by Gatewood and the Durham NAACP chapter,  - just four days after 9/11 "implied that the victims murdered in the World Trade Towers were "racists, and he called upon African-Americans not to fight in any wars against terrorism." See a video below.

The “statement” of the coalition includes a direct swipe at President Obama:

“We are determined to shatter the silence and the assumption of universal support for U.S. imperialism within our community because white power is now represented to the world in black face (Obama).”

You'll remember that the NAACP recently accused the TEA parties of racism. Then Andrew Breitbart released an unedited, but less than complete video of Shirley Sherrod speaking to an NAACP meeting. The firestorm that erupted declared Shirley Sherrod to be a Civil Rights icon, a heroine of unusual character and integrity, until we learned that she and her husband abused teenager farmers on the Sherrod New Community farm.

But there's always another side to the story...isn't there? At Gatewood's website you find this message:

Curtis Everette Gatewood is Facilitator and Founder of "secure the Obama Presidency (S.T.O.P, a non-partisan grassroots campaign to ensure the 44th President, Barack H. Obama, the first African American to hold such a position, is treated fairly, given a chance to succeed, and kept safe."

In a video on his website he calls those opposing Obama's agenda, "blabber-mouthed racists."

So what's the truth? Did Obama win him over, or has the National NAACP hushed Gatewood? Why are we not hearing about Gatewood and the NAACP's march to Black Power? Visit Weasel Zippers linked above for more. Video language warning.

Jan Brewer Bans Ethnic Solidarity Classes - Bans Classes on Gov't Overthrow, Resentment of Others

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed into law a provision to ban all classes promoting ethnic solidarity, government overthrow and promoting one race over others in Arizona schools.

The law does not prohibit classes that are open to all students, so long as they do not promotie "ethnic resentment" or "solidarity." Phyllis Schlafly writing for Investors.com says:

Arizona's Superintendent of Public Instruction, Tom Horne, says the basic theme of the Mexican-American studies program is that Latino students "were and continue to be victims of a racist American society driven by the interests of middle- and upper-class whites."

Among the goals listed for the Mexican-American Studies are "social justice" and "Latino Critical Race Pedagogy." Pictures of the classroom showed the walls decorated with "heroes," such as Fidel Castro and Che Guevara.

Someone named Sean Arce runs a "solidarity" program in Tucson schools, and says, and I quote: "...students do better in school when presented with material that includes people who look like them." The thing is, America is teaching these kids that our country belongs to them, and is not intended to be shared with them by the rest of us. Is Jan Brewer a hero for America and our Republic, or what?

Ron Wilkins Shirley Sherrod: Wilkins Charges Sherrods with Underpaying and Mistreating Black Farmers

Ron Wilkins, now a professor at California State University, Dominguez Hills, infiltrated Shirley and Charles Sherrod's New Communities, Inc. farm on behalf of a group who was overseeing the farm's work. Wilkins later became an "organizer" for the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC), in which Charles Sherrod is considered a "key civil rights leader. Wilkins says Sherrod "misused" workers, most of whom were only 16 years old and did it on the very lands where her ancestors toiled as slaves.

Joe R. Hicks, a member of The National Leadership Network of Black Conservatives' Project 21 says Shirley Sherrod is alleged by Wilkins to have "presided over the crass exploitation of poor black workers on a southwest Georgia agricultural 'plantation.' Hicks said Wilkins "should know what he's talking about."

According to this bio of Charles Sherrod, he "began the agricultural cooperative known as New Communities, Inc.(NCI). Shirley Sherrod was the NCI store manager during the 1970's. She was a key member of the administrative team, which according to Wilkins "exploited and abused the workforce in the field on the 6,000 acre plantation." Wilkins says the plantation was touted through the '60's and '70's as" a land trust committed to improving the lives of the rural black poor."

Underneath this facade, the young and old worked long hours with few breaks, the pay averaged sixty-seven cents an hour, fieldwork behind equipment spraying pesticides was commonplace and workers expressing dissatisfaction were fired without recourse.

Wilkins claims he made $40 a week ($174 in 2009 dollars) at the time he was fired. His 2010 claims about conditions at the NCI farm and managers' anti-labor behavior are reported in a September 28, 1974 article in the United Farm Workers newspaper El Malcriado -- which specifically cites Charles Sherrod as a manager of the farm.

Wilkins said while he was working at NCI, attempting to "organize NCI workers, he was fired, evicted from a NCI-owned shack, and arrested on bogus charges.

Children Farm Workers Strike Black Co-op: Albany, Georgia (September 28, 1974)

The black eagle flag first flew over the fields of Georgia on August 19th, when 50 Black farm workers, most of them under 16 years of age, walked out on strike at Ne Communities, Inc., a farming cooperative near here.

As the strike enters its fourth week, only management and eight workers are gathering the harvest at this 6,000 acre farm.

The strikers walked out for a living wage and humane working conditions.

Not only must they work behind machines spraying lethal pesticides, but there is no definite pay scale.

Waged paid by New Communities vary from 67 cents to $1.63 per hour, and management pays each worker whatever they please, according to personal preference.

Strikers say they must put in unnecessary overtime, on a half-hour's notice, at ungodly hours because the farm is poorly managed.

The farm's manager, for instance, would accept a large produce order late in the afternoon and then require people to work late into the night so that the order would be filled the next morning.

Management had convinced the workers that they should not expect better pay or hours because the entire cooperative was losing money.

Robert Johnson, one of the employees, finally organized the current strike but as promptly fired.

The day after the strike began, the workers called on the United Farm Workers (UFW) field office in Avon Park, Florida for assistance.

Mack Lyons, Florida field office director and UFW National Executive Board member, met with the strikers in Georgia.

The workers signed UFW authorization cards (cards which name the UFW as the bargaining agent of their choice) and voted to demand a UFW contract with the protections of the union's Coca-Cola contract in Florida.

The union has already won back pay for workers who were not earning the minimum wage, sometimes amounting to as much as $500.

Through several of this Black cooperative's funding organizations are pressuring Charles Sherrod, the farm's manager, to reach a settlement with the strikers, he remains unwilling to negotiate.

With so few scabs left in New Community's fields, the UF's first strike in the southeast area (outside of Florida) may also bring the first of many UFW contracts to these fields that were once harvested by slave labor. End 

Joe Hicks says if these charges are true, Shirley Sherrod "owes an explanation and an apology -- not only to Wilkins but to the other black farm workers she misused." Keith Carter Sues NRSC: National Republican Senatorial Committee Racist?

Keith Carter worked for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) since 1995. He was fired in July 2010, has filed a lawsuit and is charging racism.

The lawsuit names Executive Director Rob Jesmer, Chief Counsel Sean Cairncross and Chief Financial Officer Jay Banning:

Carter, who is black, said he was referred to as “boy” and forced to clean up the feces of dogs white employees had brought to work.

He filed a lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court on Monday.

Brian Walsh, a spokesman for the NRSC, disputed the charges.

“This is an unfortunate action taken by a disgruntled former employee,” said Walsh. “The suit is meritless, and we look forward to its resolution.”

Carter was hired as a building engineer. He managed "the building" and says he was "often invited to participate in management meetings." He says his good relationship with NRSC ended in 2009, as he was "stripped of his supervisory responsibility and ordered to perform menial tasks."

The NRSC termination letter said Carter did not obey instructions, left work early and smoked in the basement:

Carter claims that when one Republican official asked him and his co-worker to do a job, he would often say: “Boys, we need you to … ”

Carter alleges he was instructed to clean up trash after political events, a task not previously included in his job description.

The complaint also states that Carter “was instructed to clean dog waste that other employees (who regularly bring their dogs to work) neglected to pick up.”

Carter said he was not allowed to remind the white employees to pick up after their own dogs.

Carter also claims he was “berated and cursed at” when he explained that he could not immediately fulfill a request to expand the political director’s office. Carter said he told a senior committee official the wall could not be moved without consultation with an electrician.

The complaint alleges the senior official who berated Carter “does not speak to any of the other white employees of the NRSC in this manner.”

The NRSC now has one Black employee. The article does not say who is paying Carter's attorney or if the ACLU is involved.

Bulldoze Maxine Waters and her Housing and Community Opportunity Subcommittee

An ethics watchdog is calling for Maxine Waters to give up her chairmanship of the Housing and Community Opportunity subcommittee. The House Ethics Committee says they will charge Waters with ethics violations for her cozy relationship with U.S. Treasury officials and the National Bankers Association involving the minority-owned bank, OneUnited Bank. Waters' husband served on the bank Board of Directors, was a "significant" shareholder. OneUnited received $12 million in TARP monies and donated $12,500 to Maxine's election campaign war chest.

Maxine is the Chairwoman of the Housing and Community Opportunity subcommittee of the House Banking and Finance Committee. She controls a type of housing affirmative action. Here is a portion of what Maxine's subcommittee does:

Committee Democrats place a high priority on fighting discrimination and expanding homeownership opportunities for minorities, low-income families, and those living in rural, urban and under-served areas. They support strong fair housing enforcement, the preservation of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA),

The CRA, a program mainly devised to make home loans to people perceived to have been discriminated against, and to force lenders to make loans considered riskier than usual, is the direct line to the housing market crisis. CRA likes to be known as enforcing fair lending standards. As Maxine crowed that Fannie Mae, especially, was as sound as could be, the house of cards came tumbling down, and none of it affected Ms. Waters and her husband Sydney Williams.

Waters (along with Rep. Frank) participated directly in pressuring the feds for OneUnited’s piece of the bailout pie. She personally contacted the Treasury Department last December requesting $50 million for the company– and failed to disclose her ties to the bank to them. The government ended up coughing up $12 million in TARP funding for OneUnited — despite another government agency rapping the bank in October 2008 for “operating without effective underwriting standards and practices,” “operating without an effective loan documentation program” and “engaging in speculative investment practices.”

Oh, and get this: The favored bank of Maxine Waters was also penalized for alleged excessive executive compensation. The FDIC ordered the bank to “sell all bank-owned automobiles,” require reimbursement for executives’ car purchases (according to the Boston Business Journal, OneUnited CEO Kevin Cohee was cruising around in a 2008 Porsche SUV), and cease payments on a $6 million Santa Monica beachfront home purchased by Cohee, his wife who served as bank president, and others.

Responding to scrutiny of the bank’s special treatment, Cohee is now accusing critics of — yep, you guessed it — racism.

The thousands of mortgage defaults and foreclosures in the "subprime" housing market (i.e., mortgage holders with poor credit ratings) is the direct result of thirty years of government policy that has forced banks to make bad loans to un-creditworthy borrowers. The policy in question is the 1977 Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), which compels banks to make loans to low-income borrowers and in what the supporters of the Act call "communities of color" that they might not otherwise make based on purely economic criteria.

The original lobbyists for the CRA were the hardcore leftists who supported the Carter administration and were often rewarded for their support with government grants and programs like the CRA that they benefited from. These included various "neighborhood organizations," as they like to call themselves, such as "ACORN" (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now). These organizations claim that over $1 trillion in CRA loans have been made, although no one seems to know the magnitude with much certainty. A U.S. Senate Banking Committee staffer told me about ten years ago that at least $100 billion in such loans had been made in the first twenty years of the Act.

While the House Ethics Committee makes a shallow show of determining whether Maxine Waters, her relationships and receipts were illegal, let us think about razzing the Housing and Community Opportunity subcommittee. If we take back the House, can we do that? Col. Allen West on Race, the NAACP and Integrity Video

Lt. Col. Allen B. West is vying for Florida's 22nd District U.S. House race. In the videos below he is asked how he will heal this country and he doesn't shy away from race or racism. In the second, he is asked to cite an instance in his life that would demonstrate his personal integrity. He had an easy answer about the end of his military career. He said he protected the men serving under him in Iraq. See two videos below.

Allen B. West

West was talking about a specific incident in Taji on August 20, 2003.  A civilian Iraqi police officer was being interrograted. The man was thought to have information about attacks on American soldiers.

Here's the story at The National Review:

Lt. Col. Allen B. West was told the policeman was uncooperative, so he took a few of his men to the interrogation area to see for himself, where he found the prisoner being questioned by two female officers. They told him the man was belligerent, and wasn't giving them any information. (Surprise, surprise. The idiocy of having women question male Arab prisoners is apparent to everyone except the army commanders.) West entered the room, sat across from the man, drew his pistol, and placed it in his lap. 

West told him he had come to either get information, or to kill him. The prisoner responded by smiling and saying, "I love you." The interrogation continued, and one of West's troops lost his temper and started slapping the man. West then had his men take the prisoner outside, where he again threatened the man, telling him that he would kill him on the count of five if he didn't tell what he knew. The prisoner refused, and West fired his pistol into the air.

The interrogation continued, but not the beating. After about 20 more minutes of useless questioning, West grabbed the man, held him down near a box full of sand used to discharge jammed weapons, and said something like, "This is it. I'm going to count to five again, and if you don't give me what I want, I'm going to kill you." West held the man down, counted to five, and then fired his pistol into the discharging box about a foot from the Iraqi's head. He began talking. Over the next few minutes, the prisoner gave very specific information about the plot. He named the conspirators, gave times and dates of the assassination plan, and even described how attacks would be made.

After the Iraqi spilled the beans about a planned attack on the Colonel's convoy, there were no more attacks on U.S. forces.

A couple of months later, West was relieved of his campaign. He was told he would go through an Article 32, which is about the same as a Grand Jury hearing. At the hearing he was asked if he would do the same thing again. West replied "if it's about the lives of my men and their safety, I'd go through hell with a gasoline can."Congress sent a letter to the Secretary of the Army in support of him with 95 signatories. West retired and began teaching school.


West is in a very tight race for the 22nd District seat. The incumbent is Democrat Ron Kelin. Everyone in the race, including the other Republican, believes the U.S. cannot win the War on Terror and they want us out of Iraq and Afghanistan now. West says we are helping the enemy by announcing our departure date and says the Rules of Engagement are too restrictive. The primary is August 24th. Newt Gingrich Howard Dean Video: Howard Dean Mike Wallace on Sherrod and Racism

Conversations like this one leave me speechless. I'll address just one point: Mike Wallace zings Newt for saying Supreme Court Justice, then nominee, Sonia Sotomayor was racist. Sotomayor was absolutely racist. She is a member of LaRaza which wants to take and claim the lower half of the U.S. for Hispanics, and that's not the only evidence of racism. About Shirley Sherrod, Howard Dean doesn't care about the facts in the Sherrod case, and continues to maintain that Fox News is responsible for her firing - it's hilarious. Mike Wallace over and over states the facts. Dean doesn't care. Note that Dean seems surprised that Fox News didn't talk about Shirley Sherrod or air the video until she had been fired and it was widely known that the White House was behind her firing. Democrats don't know &^$#)@*. Apparently they never read anything except their mainstream White House-controlled propaganda squad.

Shirley Sherrod Andrew Breitbart: Sherrod: Breitbart After a Black President

Shirley Sherrod shows us how racism will be kept alive and well. Yesterday she said Andrew Breitbart was a "racist," I doubt she can produce one single fact to show racism from Breitbart. Rather than come up with a "fact," she challenges Breitbart to show her how he is NOT racist. The burden is not on her to prove he is racist, because she is a Liberal. As with every Liberal viewpoint, they accuse and we have to prove. I am at Breitbart's website regularly and I have seen no signs of racism. Sherrod needs to prove her accusation, and shame on Anderson Cooper for not making her do so in the video interview below.

After releasing the snippets of the Shirley Sherrod video when she spoke to the NAACP in March 2010, Breitbart's goal was to show the racism in the NAACP - the audience laughed that she did not do all that she could for a White man who came to her - a government paid worker - to save his farm. Breitbart's intention to show racism in the NAACP was due to their charges of racism against Tea Parties.

I would like to hear how what she said about the White farmer is not racist. Yes, he and his wife came forward later, and said Sherrod was helpful and they had remained friends, but she did not tell the NAACP that. She obviously thought her audience would champion her for getting Whitey.

Had a White person from the Department of Agriculture said the same things, they would not only be fired, they would likely lose their retirement benefits. And had Sherrod been White, and the farmer been Black, once the Black farmer came forward, he would be tainted forever by his "own kind," as Sherrod would say, for supporting a White man.

The one thing Sherrod said that shows her clear racist agenda is the dishonest claim that Republicans do not want ObamaCare because Obama is Black. We hate the unconstitutional legislation, and there are hundreds of thousands of pages explaining why we hate it and oppose it. Sherrod obviously knows naught about the Constitution. None of it has anything to do with a Black president. It has everything to do with a Marxist president.

Here's the video of Sherrod saying Breitbart is "after a Black president." If her claim was accurate, it would be "a large part of the U.S. is after an incompetent, Constitutional-destroying president."  Accusation after accusation that Breibart is racist - without a single attempt to prove what she is saying...just slamming Breitbart and running on to the next baseless accusation. O'Reilly's show on Thursday night revolved around the Shirley Sherrod story. Some other networks had a few things to say to about Fox News and Shirley Sherrod. Maddow made some odd statements, including saying the ACORN story [remember the pimp and prostitute] was "fake," and she wrapped it up with "Fox does what Fox does" to which O'Reilly answered "which is kick your network's butt every single day." Rush Limbaugh Sarah Spitz: Limbaugh Answers Sarah Spitz Wish to Watch Him Die: Megyn Kelly Journolist Video

Sarah Spitz is an NPR producer. That means at least a portion of her salary is subsidized by American taxpayers, giving her the comfort to make the news, rather than report the news. Today Sarah is making the news, and many are reporting it. Sarah wants Rush Limbaugh to die, and she would like to be around to watch. Contrary to how most Americans would react to any person having a heart attack, even our enemies, Sarah Spitz said she would "Laugh loudly like a maniac and watch his eyes bug out...." Spitz commented that she didn't realize she had that "much hate" she had in her, but "he deserves it." Isn't that the Liberal way of thinking: I don't like him. He deserves to die. I can only surmise. I think most people on the left live in a world where merit is irrelevant. Theirs is a world in which connections, networking, kissing ass and obedient sameness are rewarded. I am the antithesis of all that. I am a legitimate, achieved and accomplished Number One and I’ve made it on my own and without them and without having followed their proscriptions. I think they are also jealous that I just sold my NY condo for a 125 percent profit while their homes are worthlessly underwater.

Funny thing….a number of my friends sent me the Daily Caller piece and the most shocking thing to them in the story was the advocacy of having government shut down Fox News.  That the left wants me dead was not a big deal to them because it was nothing new to them. I think that’s hilarious.

So much for the idea that NPR is an oasis of civil discourse in a desert of vituperation. Spitz is a producer for trendy-hot NPR station KCRW and its nationally distributed talk show Left Right and Center (which could be called Three Leftists and Tony Blankley). But Spitz has also done stories for NPR's evening newscast All Things Considered.

The Daily Caller first reported the online exchange between about 400 "elite" media, academia and activists. This group is known as JournoList and they say they chat about sports, and "non-incendiary subjects." But what The Caller found when they obtained copies of the exchanges, is a group of people who worked hard to elect Barack Obama and deflect his detractors - especially the Not-Very-Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor. The truthful way to say this is, the group decided not to print the truth, or even print both sides and let the people decide what was truthful and what was not.

The Caller shows that some on the JournoList tried to turn focus on what Wright was saying by attacking prominent media and White House employees by calling them racist. Both Fred Barnes and Karl Rove were specifically targeted for the "racist" tag. We are naive to think they stopped at Jeremiah Wright. Volumes of real news, and real investigative reports never made it to sunshine because the media would not risk Obama losing. Read excerpts from JournoList here.

The JournoList even discussed how the FCC might pull Fox News' broadcasting license. Here's Limbaugh's response to that:

...how about the LAW professor who thinks the FCC can pull Fox’s license? Fox does not have a license. The FCC does not grant Fox its right to exist. And this guy teaches law.

The people on the JournoList deemed themselves worthy of shaping the outcome of the 2008 elections. I believe the same was done as we tried to bring out Obama's Socialist/Marxist background, his close associations with radical Weatherman Bill Ayers, and of course, the birth certificate issue.

In the meantime, Rush Limbaugh lives. If there is any justice in this world, Sarah Spitz' career on the taxpayer dime will die.

I made poorly considered remarks about Rush Limbaugh to what I believed was a private email discussion group from my personal email account. As a publicist, I realize more than anyone that is no excuse for irresponsible behavior. I apologize to anyone I may have offended and I regret these comments greatly; they do not reflect the values by which I conduct my life.

 The Daily Caller is correcting Sarah Spitz' employer. She is a producer for NPR-affiliated KCRW, but does not work for NPR. She has contributed six pieces to NPR's Morning Edition and All Things Considered.

As the Spitz story shows, there is a bit of blur inside the public-radio system when it comes to the programming and the payroll. Spitz worked for KCRW, but she offered freelance reports for NPR. KCRW gets taxpayer money from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and sends some of it back to NPR in fees for its news programming. Spitz's show Left Right & Center is on the NPR Podcast directory and airs across the country on almost 40 NPR affiliates.

GOP Ignores Bias Against Whites and Christians at Colleges Universities

A new report shows at some of the private universities considered among our finest, Blacks and Hispanics are given a sizable advantage over White conservatives and Christians. The writer of this piece points out the GOP knows this and has shamefully done nothing about it, said nothing about it, and when doling out the taxpayer dollars, racism is not a factor.

The Espenshade-Radford study compiled information from eight "highly competitive private colleges and universities with freshman SAT entering scores of 1360. Black and Hispanics were expected to each have a 5% to 7% presence on campus. Apparently, races are handicapped:

"Being Hispanic conferred an admissions boost over being white ... equivalent to 130 SAT points (out of 1,600), while being black rather than white conferred a 310-point SAT advantage. Asians, however, suffered an admissions penalty compared to whites equivalent to 140 SAT points."

"To have the same chance of gaining admission as a black student with a SAT score of 1100, a Hispanic student otherwise equally matched in background characteristics would have to have 1230, a white student a 1410, and an Asian student a 1550."

Note that Asians are expected to have a perfect SAT score to gain entry with a "Jamaican or Kenyan" with an 1150? If the student is a member of Future Farmers of America, the 4-H Clubs or Junior ROTC, that will lower your odds of admission by over 50%. Let that secret stay with the family.

Why are SAT scores manipulated in 2010?

Our American sons and daughters, nieces and nephews, Black and White, Asian or other have never experienced slavery, and those same American sons and daughters, nieces and nephews, have never enslaved anyone - and never wanted to.

For these young people, grandparents may have been a part of the civil rights movement, if not physically, in spirit. I understand that Blacks lost businesses, homes - many terrible things over the years, but these American sons and daughters are applying to very prestigious schools. Slavery is in the past - no matter what Black Panther King Samir Shabazz says standing on a street corner somewhere. It's done for these young people. They're on their way and they got there with help of family and teachers - maybe aunts and uncles and neighbors and pastors.

Again, why are SAT scores being manipulated in 2010?

White kids from poor families who score as well as white kids from wealthy families – think George W. Bush – not only get no break, they seem to be the most undesirable and unwanted of all students.

For these schools are not interested in a diversity that would include "born-again Christians from the Bible belt, students from Appalachia and other rural and small-town areas, people who have served in the U.S. military, those who have grown up on farms or ranches, Mormons, Pentecostals, Jehovah's Witnesses, lower- and middle-class Catholics, working class 'white ethnics,' social and political conservatives, wheelchair users, married students, married students with children or older students just starting into college and raising children."

"Lower-class whites prove to be all-around losers" at the elite schools. They are rarely accepted. Lower-class Hispanics and blacks are eight to 10 times more likely to get in with the same scores.

The article I'm quoting from is by Patrick Buchanan, and I know how his name brings scowls and clenched fists, but it isn't his study. He's just reporting it and he makes an excellent point:

That such bigotry is pervasive in 2010 at institutions that preen about how progressive they are is disgusting. That a GOP which purports to represents Middle America, whose young are bearing the brunt of this bigotry, has remained largely silent is shameful.

 If we care about our families, and their futures, we will do something about this - like deny our taxpayer federal dollars - more revolts on the steps of Congress until something gets done.

Having said that, who wants their kids in racist schools like this anyway?  Do we really think these unnamed schools are worth the well-being of our children? The GOP needs to hear from us. This must become an issue, and I suggest we get to it after the November elections, whether we have children or not. Fake Tea Party Videos Linked to White House?

Yesterday RightKlik had a post up with a video supposedly showing vile racists involved in the TEA Party movement. RightKlik went on to verify where every scene in the liberal Think Progress video originated from, and guess what? It wasn't a TEA partier. Today, Gateway Pundit shows a likely connection to the White House through the Soros-funded CAP organization and John Podesta.

This is vile stuff. Yesterday at RightKlik's I left a comment that he should be in the running for a Pulitzer for  investigative reporting. Visit RightKlik to see the extent of the lies and then Gateway Pundit to finish the story.

DOJ Consulted NAACP on Black Panther Case: Direct Ties NAACP DOJ Black Panther Case

The DOJ Black Panther whistleblower, J. Christian Adams, was prompted to answer a critical question by the U.S. Civil Rights Commission. The Commission General Counsel David Blackwood directly asked Adams if the DOJ was consulting with the NAACP on the dismissal of the Black Panther voter intimidation case. See a video below with the Memphis TEA party's Mark Skoda, saying the movement has asked the NAACP for videos or other proof showing racism, and offered to provide requested info to the NAACP. The NAACP ignored the request.

This is particularly pertinent because the NAACP has just voted on a "resolution" saying the TEA party movement is "racist." Once that news was out, brought to light because of Michelle Obama's keynote speech at the NAACP, the St. Louis, Missouri TEA party released their own, detailed resolution condemning the NAACP for their ironic racism.

Adams answered that his information was secondhand, and that he was told the NAACP was at the DOJ in March of 2009 asking when the case against the militants would be dismissed. Adams characterized this as "interesting," because there had never been any discussion of dismissing the case he was lead attorney on.

It was first reported here at the Washington Times that "Kristen Clarke, director of political participation at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund in Washington, however, confirmed to The Times that she talked about the case with lawyers at the Justice Department and shared copies of the complaint with several persons. She said, however, her organization was 'not involved in the decision to dismiss the civil complaint.'"

Ms. Clarke testified to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights a few months back that that account was wrong. But J. Christian Adams, the main lawyer who built the case against the Black Panthers, contradicted her when he testified to the commission on July 6. 

Blackwood knew about Kristen Clarke's comment in The Washington Times, and also knew that Clarke denied it before his Commission. Watch

The NAACP is one of the most racist organizations to meet on this planet, ranking second to the current U.S. Department of Justice. In the video below you'll hear Mark Skoda, the Memphis TEA party founder and Hilary Shelton, the Washington  Bureau NAACP director, decide they will meet and try to work things out. Note that Shelton confined the charges of TEA Party racism to "fringe elements" of the movement. Undoubtedly, they are backpedalling. They have no proof, and especially in the face of Skoda saying they have asked for NAACP videos showing TEA Party racism and received nothing.

St. Louis Tea Party NAACP: Tea Party Resolution Condemns NAACP Racism

The St. Louis TEA Party has passed a resolution condemning NAACP racism. Yesterday I reported that the NAACP was passing a resolution stating the extreme racism of the TEA Party movement. Michelle Obama delivered the keynote address at that occasion for the racist organization. Don't tell me she did not know the agenda for the 101st Annual meeting of the NAACP.

Whereas, the National Coalition for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) was founded to advance the position of minority groups, and 

Whereas a hallmark of the NAACP has been to do the important work of identifying and exposing remaining vestiges of racism and discrimination, and 

Whereas the NAACP vocally stands against the discriminatory and harmful practice of labeling people with a broad brush, and 

Whereas the NAACP decided to launch their 101st National Convention with a resolution condemning the Tea Party movement and labeling millions of their fellow Americans who subscribe to the movement as “racists”, and 

Whereas the “Tea Party movement” is a label applied to patriotic Americans who have expressed their political free speech in the grand tradition of all that is American, that being the spirited expression of viewpoints in a 100% peaceful manner, and 

Whereas, it is a hallmark of America that we settle our disputes civilly and avoid the gutter tactic of attempting to silence opponents by inflammatory name-calling, and 

Whereas the very term “racist” has diminished meaning due to its overuse by political partisans including members of the NAACP, and 

Whereas, the NAACP had an opportunity to preserve some semblance of legitimacy by standing up for Ken Gladney, the victim of a vicious racist battery conducted by a black avowed communist, even labeling him an “Uncle Tom”, but chose instead to use the opportunity to mock the St. Louis Tea Party, and 

Whereas, the NAACP has refused to denounce the New Black Panther’s call to murder white cops and their babies, and 

Whereas, the NAACP does its entire membership a grave disservice by hypocritically engaging in the very conduct it purports to oppose, 

Now therefore be it resolved that the St. Louis Tea Party condemns the NAACP for lowering itself to the dishonorable position of a partisan political attack dog organization, and,

Be it further resolved that the St. Louis Tea Party calls on similar organizations to join in unanimous condemnation of this despicable behavior, and 

Be it further resolved that we demand that the NAACP withdrawal their bigoted, false and inflammatory resolution against the tea party for any further consideration, and

Be it further resolved that these organizations call on the Internal Revenue Service to evenly apply their standards and consider the tax-exempt status of the NAACP considering the degree to which they are engaging in habitual partisan political behavior. 

Adopted unanimously, this day, July 12th, in the year of our Lord, 2010.

Michelle Obama NAACP: Michelle Obama Supports NAACP 'Resolving' Tea Parties Racist

The NAACP is formally "resolving" that TEA Parties are racist, and First Lady Michelle Obama helped "energize" the crowd when she appeared before them, the Nation's premier racists. She talked about obese children according to the press, but "roused" the crowd nevertheless.

...She spoke impassionedly about signs and posters members of the group displayed that were intended to degrade people of color."

From another Examiner report on Michelle and the NAACP, Lisa Carter speaks from experience and says the NAACP's Los Angeles division threatened her for "going against their liberal victimization philosophy.

I've avoided the "Obama isn't my President" claim, but I will tell you today, this man and his administration are not my President or my administration.

The FLOTUS agreed to appear before the NAACP and give the keynote address on the the occasion of the resolve against racist TEA Parties, which in part says this:

[Tea Party members have used] "racial epithets," have verbally abused black members of Congress and threatened them, and protestors have engaged in "explicitly racist behavior" and "displayed signs and posters intended to degrade people of color generally and President Barack Obama, specifically," according to the proposed resolution.

"We're deeply concerned about elements that are trying to move the country back, trying to reverse progress that we've made," NAACP spokeswoman Leila McDowell told ABC News. "We are asking that the law-abiding members of the Tea Party repudiate those racist elements, that they recognize the historic and present racist elements that are within the Tea Party movement."

This is an outlandish lie, and I am sick of it. I think every White person, and many Blacks are sick of it. There is no proof of TEA Parties and racism, not even a hint of any of the above charges. It's a lie - a Democrat lie.

I want to know why ABC, CBS, NBC are not reporting the dangerously explosive racism in our Department of Justice, the refusal to tell the story of the New Black Panthers intimidating voters on election day in Philadelphia, and Eric Holder and the DOJ threatening attornies if they honor subpoenas, telling them the victims of Black wrongdoers will not be prosecuted, that no motor voter crimes will be investigated. Where are the stories?

Where are the stories, and I mean far more than a token report, at ABC, CBS, NBC? Yet they will litter the internet with "resolutions" of the lying, deceitful, racist NAACP, and tell us the FLOTUS has "roused" the members.

To top it off, CBS' Bob Schieffer, who should hang it up, turn-out the lights, and let the studio door spanking his bottom be his goodbye party. Schieffer had Attorney General Eric Holder on his show for a full 30-minutes today and didn't ask Holder a single question about the New Black Panther Case - which should be known as the case of Black and White people stopped from voting at a legitimate polling place by The New Black Panther Party (NBPP). Where are the reports of King Samir Shabazz calling for death to Whites, including their children?

Whose fault is it that we have failing schools? The liberals, unions and Democrats have controlled education for decades! Whose policies are hurting the African American community?
