Wanted: Public Opposition to HR 1024 and S 424

If there is anyone out there who believes the Democratic party is concerned about the rule of law, secure borders or illegal immigration the introduction of HR 1024 in the US House of Representatives and S 424 in the US Senate and the hearing scheduled below demonstrates what is important to them. The top priority for Democrats, aka liberals, this year on the issue of immigration is adding the terms or phrase 'permanent partner(s)' to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act. The Senate hearing is being held by the Committee on the Judiciary and it just so happens the Chairman is Senator Patrick Leahy who is also the sponsor of the Senate bill S. 424. There are 17 co-sponsors of the bill and with the exception of Sanders (officially an independent), also from Vermont like Leahy, the remainder are all Democrats. The House bill, HR 1024 is sponsored by Democratic party Congressman Jerrold Nadler of the NY 8th and co-sponsored by 102 Democrats. As stated earlier the liberal priorities on secure borders, illegal immigration, the rule of law and national security overall are demonstrated by their published agenda. They have learned nothing from past history and if allowed to continue without at least strong objection from the public will be free to further damage national security and defense as well as adding to the crippling economic effects of unrestrained illegal immigration. This post is simply a call to all citizens to express your opinion to your elected representatives in the strongest terms. Pursuing such policy and legislation for political purposes while ignoring the very real risks to this nation is at best foolish and at worst, criminal. As much as conservative principles fall on deaf liberal ears the awakening to the sensible action it advocates may come too late without sufficient public outrage. The opposition party known as the GOP has weakened their position to a point where public pressure is all that stands between a strong United States and further weakened world power awash with liberal dreams. Take a stand, put pressure on those in Washington to do the right thing. Eliminate these bills or at least put them on the back burner until the borders are secure, illegal immigration is eliminated and national security and defense are again second to none.
