Andrew Breitbart Eric Holder: Breitbart More Tapes, Whistleblowers, Acorn and More

Andrew Breitbart helped expose the ACORN 'pimp and prostitute' investigation. After seven tapes, and billions of dollars to ACORN, Breitbart is outraged that Congress has not called for an investigation and neither has Attorney General, Eric Holder. Breitbart says there are more tapes, there whistleblowers just dying to get the word out, and oh...by the way, Breitbart has the skinny on someone...some organization...something...it's not just ACORN, according to Andrew Breitbart. There's breaking news that may explain why Holder is not investigating this corrupt organization:

On November 19th Breitbart appeared on Hannity and sent a message to Eric Holder (see video below):

And this message is to Attorney General Holder: I want you to know that we have more tapes, it’s not just ACORN, and we’re going to hold out until the next election cycle, or else if you want to do a clean investigation, we will give you the rest of what we have, we will comply with you, we will give you the documentation we have from countless ACORN whistleblowers who want to come forward but are fearful of this organization and the retribution that they fear that this is a dangerous organization.  So if you get into an investigation, we will give you the tapes; if you don’t give us the tapes, we will revisit these tapes come election time.
If you have missed the 'pimp and the prostitute,' or the 'prostitute and the boyfriend' investigation, the short story is James O'Keefe, posing as the pimp, and Hannah Giles posing as the prostitute, visited numerous ACORN offices across the U.S., seeking help with their business of 13 year old girls brought to the U.S. illegally, for prostitution. O'Keefe and Giles also wanted information on how to avoid the IRS.

The tapes are stunning. Never would I expect this kind of corruption and willingness to set up a business of this kind, using children - even from ACORN. But guess what, it happened over and over. - and remember millions of taxpayer dollars are funneled to ACORN every year.

Former California Governor, and currently California Attorney General, Jerry Brown, has announced an investigation - not into ACORN, but an investigation of Giles and O'Keefe. How bizarre is that? Listen to audio that seems to say that Brown has assured a San Diego ACORN representative that the investigation will show the fault lies with Giles and O'Keefe. Incredible!

So Breitbart threw the challenge out there. What's next? Well, The Hill has just reported that ACORN and its affiliates received $200,000 in Justice Department grants between 2002 and 2009," this according to "the department's inspector general.
No DOJ grants went directly to ACORN, but a handful of grants were awarded either to ACORN affiliates or to other organizations that sub-contracted projects to ACORN.

The report, requested by House Judiciary Committee ranking member Lamar Smith (R-Texas), also found a few instances of ACORN mismanagement of federally contracted work.
No wonder we don't have an investigation into ACORN.
For example, ACORN received a $20,000 sub-contract to do community outreach on crime prevention in New York.
The organization that contracted with ACORN has not released the funds yet, claiming that ACORN submitted reimbursements "outside the scope of the agreement," including "fringe benefits" for the salaried staffer working on the project.
Sub-contracting "to do community outreach on crime prevention?" Yet, underage prostitution of little girls smuggled into the country is okay by several ACORN offices? Note that these grants date back to 2002.
The DOJ did not audit the funds that went to ACORN or its affiliates, but did conduct an audit of one of the organizations that contracted with an ACORN affiliate. That audit concluded that the organization "did not properly manage the grant and did not adequately monitor some of its 36 sub-grantees, including the [American Institute of Social Justice]," an ACORN affiliate.
An Inspector General found these descrepancies, and tonight with this breaking news, I bet he is fearing for his job. Inspector General Gerald Walpin found AmeriCorp misused $75 million in taxpayer dollars, and that report branched out to implicate Sacramento, California Mayor, former NBA star, and Obama donor, Kevin Johnson and an alleged inappropriate behavior with three underage girls. Johnson also allegedly diverted AmeriCorp funds for his own personal use. IG Walpin turned in his report and was fired by the White House. These are dangerous days for Inspectors General simply doing their job.
Because the Justice Department’s review found only small amounts of taxpayer dollars going to ACORN, it is imperative that the Inspectors General from federal agencies that have provided millions to ACORN undertake the same kind of review. The Justice Department IG’s report may prove to be just the tip of an iceberg-sized fraud.
In the video below, you'll see Hannah and James in an LA ACORN office. Notice the sign on the door: Program for Torture Victims. What's up with that? Breitbart needs to back up his tapes and put them in several steel vaults.
