I'm not sure National Health Care has died. Rahm Emanuel is said to be hunkered down in the White House stripping down the ObamaKare bill. Since Republicans have repeatedly said they want health care, just not this health care, Emanuel is planning to force Republicans to vote. And, Reconciliation looms, needing only 51 votes.
