Faulkner is back on this minute saying local Morehead police are saying PETN may be involved in the punctured containers. PETN is the same explosive hidden in the underpants of the Christmas Bomber, Abdulmutallab. Faulkner points out that she has not yet confirmed the report, and is working to do so.

She reports that there is no foot traffic in downtown Morehead, and the police are recommending everyone leave, but have apparently not issued a formal evacuation order.
