Nancy Pelosi Not Enough Votes to Pass Senate Health Care Bill

FOXNews is just announcing Nancy Pelosi admits she does not have the votes to pass the Senate health care bill.

This after emphatically saying only yesterday she will go forward and health care will get done.

"Let's remove all doubt, we will have health care -- one way or another," Pelosi told reporters in San Francisco.
But House Democrats say they can’t do that because they simply don’t have the votes to pass Senate bill (recall that House passed its own bill by a narrow 220-215 margin, and since then, one of those 220, Democrat Robert Wexler, has left the House and won’t be replaced until April).

Speculating on the impact of Republican victory, one Democratic leadership aide in the Senate told me today, ““The most likely outcome is that health care reform dies.”
