One ad is aimed at Rep. Suzanne Kosmas (D-FL-24th), who represents a district east of Orlando, and the other targets Rep. Allen Boyd (D-FL-2nd), who covers the eastern half of the Florida Panhandle. Both have been included in the NRCC's "flip-flop five" for their helalth care votes and both are in districts considered competitive for the November election, according to the Cook Political Report.
The House passed the health care measure 220-215 in November and 219-212 when it came up for a final vote last month. Roll calls are here and here.
