This video is Part 5 of Judge Napolitano's History of Liberty series covering "Big Government and Tea Parties." Napolitano speaks of the Bush administration's lack of "fidelity" to the U.S. Constitution and how conservatism actually embraced Big Government. Declaring "This is a pivotal moment" in our history, he says TEA parties are fundamentally libertarian, and he suggests that  Republicans and Democrats may end up embracing the TEA party call for limits to government power. Wouldn't that be a welcome miracle?
