The Policeman in this video is the adult, and he is tasked with answering 9-1-1 calls. His actions may mean life or death for someone. The 17 year old girl is out-of-line, but he is the authority figure, and he holds in his hands the only hope this girl had at the moment. I know our police get more than weary at the foul language they hear, probably daily, but this wasn't the time to try to punish someone who he is paid to protect. The Chief of Police, however, rocks.
