These days we all need a nice story. This is one. Susan Boyle the Britain's Got Talent first runner-up is still taking the world by storm with her powerful voice. She is raking in the money and she is buying her longtime home in West Lothian. Adding to the nice story, a video of a very attractive Susan Boyle singing at age 23 has been unearthed.
Ms.Boyle, 48, signed with Simon Cowell's Syco recording label. She was born in Blackburn, West Lothian, Scotland, the home where she lived with her cat, until famed knocked at her door. The house is known as a "pebble-dashed" house, and appropriately, her cat is named "Pebbles." While Susan now lives in Kensington, West London, she has told the West Lothian Council that she wants to buy her home. The town is planning ways to "commemorate" her success, maybe a Susan Boyle statue. Watch Susan Boyle 25 years ago at about the age 23. Gerry McGuinnes was in the audience one night when Susan performed in a local contest at Motherwell FC's social club, singing I Don't Know How to Love Him (Jesus Christ, Superstar). Mr. McGuinnes said she was a head-turner back then, very attractive and very shy. Remember that audio may be less than desirable but she still sounds great. To hear Ms. Boyle today, view this.
