Brad Pitt Angelina Jolie Split: Pitt Jolie Split and Joint Custody:

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie allegedly visited with a "divorce attorney" in December, and the word across the pond is they have agreed to joint custody of their children - "in the event of a split, and the split of their $322 million estate.

After five years, three adopted children and three natural children, the unmarried couple may be going their own way. This article says the children will live with Jolie full-time.
According to the News of the World, a source told them: "The document was signed in early January. Both Brad and Angelina had signed it.

"The contract was like a tailor-made version of a pre-nuptial agreement except for an unmarried couple's split."
The power couple had a reason for not marrying, according to TimesOnLine. 
The couple are not married; they said they would marry only when American homosexuals were also able to wed.

Brad Pitt, 49, was once engaged to Gwyneth Paltrow, married to actress Jennifer Anniston...then he filmed Mr. and Mrs. Smith with Angelina, and that was the end of the marriage. Did he cheat? Pitt has reportedly purchased a home next door to the couple's Los Angeles mansion at a cost of $1.3 million.

Angelina Jolie, 34, was married first to Trainspotting's Johnny Lee Miller for 18 months, then to actor Bill Bob Thornton for three years.
And last month she [Jolie] said fidelity was over-rated - and if she or Brad had an affair it would not be a problem.
Jolie is a UN Goodwill Ambassador for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Her father is actor John Voight.
