Telegraph Top 20 Conservatives: Sarah Palin No. 4 Top 20 Conservatives

I'm loving this list of the Top 20 Influential conservatives from the UK's Telegraph. This is the way Britain sees America - with Dick Cheney the No. 1 most influential US conservative. This is Sarah Palin's first year on the list and she is No. 4. Love Rush at No. 3. The full list from 1 -100 is below.

The Telegraph says this list covers the year from the day Barack Obama took office until now. Their description of conservative is "people identifiably - though not always self-described - as right of center.

A few of my thoughts:

What's up with Mark Sanford, disgraced governor of South Carolina showing anywhere on the list - even in last place?

Michelle Malkin deserves to be much higher.

Mary Matalin has not been an influential conservative for some time now.

Richard Lugar? Hardly influential. Dittos Olympia Snowe. Both influence no one. They just vote with Democrats
Peggy Noonan no longer influences, as she once did.
Love Dick Cheney being No. 1! There is no truer conservative, and when he speaks, his words count with many of us.
On the list of 100 Influential Liberals, Obama is No. 1. His dog, Bo is No. 80, not far down the list from Keith Olbermann.

If two numbers are shown, the second number, in parentheses (), is the 2007 ranking.
