United Express Flight Cherry Capital Airport : Man Bomb Locked in Plane Bathroom

The Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City, Michigan is investigating United Express Flight 6036 on the runway with a California man locked in the bathroom. He says he has an explosive device. Passengers have safely deplaned. The United Express flight arrived from Chicago. Bomb-sniffing dogs are being brought to the site. The airport was shutdown but has reopened. Update - another report says the passenger has been arrested. At 3:44 p.m., the passenger is still being interviewed but NOT yet arrested.

FOXNews is reporting this minute that no bomb was found. The man's name has not been released.

From ABC:
Traverse City Police Capt. Steve Morgan says the passenger went into the bathroom "carrying an article" and left the bathroom without it on United Airlines Flight 6036 from Chicago Friday.

He says flight crew also reported a panel in the bathroom had been disturbed. Morgan says authorities came to the airport and detained the passenger.
