I reported this earlier in the week, but Mark Levin, a Constitutional attorney and the President of Landmark Legal Foundation confirmed to CNSNews that he will file an immediate lawsuit if House Democrats use an "unconstitutional" manuever to pass the Senate Health Care bill without actually voting on it, a process now dubbed the Slaughter Rule. See a video below.
Levin said he wants to "put the marker down," and make the members of the House aware that they will have an immediate legal challenge "the moment the House acts."
Visit Landmark Legal to see a draft pdf of the complaint. See Levin's statement on why the Slaughter Rule is unconstitutional here.
