Joran van der Sloot Dead? Joran van der Sloot Commits Suicide?

There are reports which I cannot confirm, that Joran van der Sloot, the Dutch man involved in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, has been found dead near the Peru border in an apparent suicide. A young Lima woman, Stephany Tatiana Flores Ramirez was found dead in a Lima hotel room registered to Joran, according to the Hotel Tac. I'll have details as they become available.

6-3-10 4:25 p.m. EDT: Joran van der Sloot was apprehended and arrested today in Chile today. Read ongoing details here.

Riehl World View is reporting the story as 'breaking news.' I see a couple of additional sites with the report but none with a confirming link. It might be real, it might be a hoax.

Update 6-2-10, 12:35 EDT:
CNN is now reporting the same information with no confirming links.
