This comes from my artist friend David Lemon at Clay to Bronze. The disappearing car door is known as the Rotary Drop Door. I believe the cars shown are the Lincoln Mark VIII. JAtech is the developer. It appears both Ford and GM have prototypes of the Rotary Drop Door. See the video below.
