New Polling in Florida moves the state's Senate race to Solid GOP from Leans GOP in the Rasmussen Reports Election 2010 Balance of Power rankings.
...in West Virginia, the state moved to Leans GOP from Toss-Up
Four states are in the Toss-Up category (CaliforniaIllinoisNevada, and Washington). All four Toss-Ups are seats currently held by Democrats.
Republicans have the edge in seven Democratic-held Senate seats--Arkansas,ColoradoIndianaNorth DakotaPennsylvaniaWest Virginia and Wisconsin.
