Tiger Woods Jaimee Grubbs Condo, Job, Criminal Record? Rachel Uchitel Talks about Tiger

NBC is reporting that Tiger Woods' alleged mistress has a criminal record from 2004 when she was arrested for grand theft after shoplifting from a San Diego Nordstrom's when she was 18 years old. A Grubbs acquaintance says Tiger offered Grubbs a free place to live in LasVegas in exchange for her managing the property for him. Update 12-03-09 - ooooooh, there's more. see below. Remember the voicemail Grubbs says is Tiger calling. He asked her to take her name off of her cell phone so that future calls will show her number, but not her name - because his wife, Elin Woods just went through his phone, say her name, and he told Grubbs, his wife might call her. Grubbs says she has not received a call from Elin Woods. We know more about this today. According to this story, Rachel Uchitel, who until now has denied ever being with Woods, was texting with Woods, while tiger was in his own home, with Elin present.

Rachel Uchitel has publicly denied she had sexual relations with Tiger Woods, but we've learned she has said she did indeed have an affair with the golfer. And, we're told it was her -- not Jaimee Grubbs -- who caused an argument between Tiger and his wife, Elin Nordegren, that immediately preceded Tiger's SUV crash.

Sources say less than an hour before Tiger's accident, Rachel and Tiger were texting each other. Elin confronted Tiger and asked whom he was texting. She grabbed the phone and we're told she called Rachel to confront her. According to sources, Tiger and Elin began arguing and the phone broke in the process.

After that incident, I guess Tiger had to search his database to call others. In otherwords, he was not texting or talking to Grubbs. That was not what prompted the call to ask her to remove his name. It was Elin finding Rachel Uchitel on his phone that motivated the man to call at least Grubbs, and perhaps others. What a shame for Elin Nordegren Woods and her children.

SanDiegoMSNBC says that Grubbs was sentenced to a full day in jail and a fine of $563 and ordered to complete a Shoplifter's Education course. She was also banned from Nordstroms. She allegedly failed to complete the Shoplifters course and another arrest warrant was issued. She completed the course two months later.

A friend of Grubbs is shocked that she enter into a relationship that would destroy a marriage:

Just a real good person. Sweet person, not someone that would… wreck a home,” All girls want attention… But she would never do it at the expense of a marriage or a person's reputation.

Obviously, this "friend" has a poor track record of judging character, just as I did when judging Tiger Woods. Grubbs shoplifted! Then she flipped off the court! And then she was the first to tell her story - sell her story, I'm sure. Just a real sweet person? A former boyfriend is claiming Grubbs made a sex tape with him, which he later destroyed.

Update 12-03-09:

TMZ is on Greta's On the Record: About Rachel Uchitel, TMZ says that Elin Woods actually spoke on the phone with Rache Uchitel after she grabbed the phone out of Tiger's hand, just before Tiger strode out of the house and wrecked the Escalade. According to TMZ, there is damage inside the Woods "vestibule."

TMZ says that Tiger and Rachel Uchitel talked on the telephone last night - Wednesday December 2nd.

Also saying that other women are coming out of the woodwork - and who knows if their stories are true.
