Moscow Black Widow Bombers - 21 More Expected

Moscow believes there are 21 Black Widow Bombers preparing to attack the country. Thirty women are alleged to have received training in Turkey. Nine have already died. Thirty-nine citizens died in the attack of a Moscow metro station.

Norman Leboon Eric Cantor Threat Released

Do a Google search for "Norman Leboon indictment" and you get 30 listings of 'Norman Leboon Sr - This site may harm your computer.' Odd. What do we do if we want or need to talk about the indictment of Norman Leboon? Leboon is the Leftist-loon Muslim-convert who posted a life-threatening video against Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) and his family on YouTube.

My Congressman Eric Cantor, and you and your cupcake evil wife..." "Remember Eric...our judgment time, the final Yom Kippur has been given. You are a liar, you're a Lucifer, you're a pig, a greedy [effing] pig, you're an abomination, you receive my bullets in your  "you receive my bullets in your office, remember they will be placed in your heads. You and your children are Lucifer's abominations." 

Leboon is charged with (a) threatening to kill U.S. Congressman Eric Cantor and his family; (b) threats to assault, kidnap or murder a U.S. official...." I don't think anyone knows why Leboon claimed Rep. Cantor as his Congressman, as Leboon is in Pennsylvania. Cantor represents Virginia's 7th District.

Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) has signaled that he does not have the conviction to believe the new health care law is unconstitutional. He is leaning more and more to reworking health care, and focusing on jobs. What is it that our legislators do understand about "unconstitutional," thus "illegal?" He is buying the Democrat load of poo, and while the government adds to its payroll, the private sector will struggle to stay alive - everything will come at the behest of the government. To make the point right of the gate: Sallie Mae has announced the government takeover of student loans is forcing them to layoff  2,500. Friends, the government creates absolutely no wealth. What happens to a government with no wealth producers? Take a look at 90% of the world's countries living with no private sector wealth. This is unthinkable for America, yet with this president, it is a possibility.

Democrats are doing what they do best. Selling. Cornyn is buying. Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) publicly said that the issue of "repeal" is a sticky one for Republicans, because it is telling people something will be taken away from them. Menendez is not talking about the money out of our pockets, the loss of privacy between us and our doctors, the loss of control of our medical records, the loss of quality health care, the loss of employment as physicians retire and go elsewhere, and the loss of the relevance of the Constitution.

Cornyn has clearly relegated the U.S. Constitution to his "I'll get to it later" pile, or worse, to the trash heap of inconvenient rules and regs. 

Cornyn wants to focus on the "misplaced priorities of the administration." He wants to focus on jobs.

Can't we focus on more than one attack on our citizens at a time? Pound them on both, and "up" the talk on immigration, please. The Democrats do it. We can too. Repeal the bill, and then put the portions you want to keep back into the new legislation. The American people trust nothing in this bill. Start over and get some conviction! If you don't believe the legislation is unconstitutional, we do. What if we are right?

Think about it, Cornyn. ObamaKare is a job killer AND it is unconstitutional. Sallie Mae is sounding a warning bell. Come out and tell the American people minorities will be the beneficiary of our tax money by funding government loans, minorities schools will be the beneficiary of our tax money, and once graduated, all loans will be forgiven if you go to work for the government for a certain period of time. Here is a frightening thought: Cornyn is the head of the committee that choses which Republican candidates to support with GOP monies, and which will be not be supported. We need to watch this man like a hawk. He supported Charlie Crist and DeDe Scozzafava.

Gen. James Conway: Heterosexual Homosexual Marines Will Not Room Together

General James Conway says no matter what happens to military policy, he will do everything possible to keep heterosexual Marines from rooming with homosexual Marines.

In an article on Military.com, Gen. Conway said the policy means "we have to build BEQ's [bachelor enlisted quarters] and have single rooms.

The Stars and Stripes published a letter by Army Lt. Gen. Benjamin Mixon asking military and civilians to write their Congressmen and urge them oppose repeal of the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy. Mixon received a reprimand from Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, and Admiral Mike Mullen said Mixon should considering resigning over his statement. This is a portion of Gen. Mixon's letter:

If those of us who are in favor of retaining the current policy do not speak up, there is no chance to retain the current policy...

Also on March 25, Pentagon chief Robert Gates announced new guidelines intended to make it more difficult to boot someone from the service under DADT, including elevating the grade of officers able to separate gay servicemembers to flag and general officers only. Previously, O-6s could separate members determined to have committed homosexual conduct, according to a Defense Department statement.

In this case, I would want to reserve the right of a Marine that thinks he or she wouldn't want to [share a room with a homosexual]. And again that's the overwhelming...number of people that say that they wouldn't like to do so.

In a Senate hearing, Gen. John Sheehan, a former senior Marine officer and Nato commander blamed "open homosexuality" in the Dutch Army for the failure to prevent the Srebrenica massacre in 1995. At the end of the cold war, the General said, there was:

...a focus on peacekeeping operation because they did not believe the Germans were going to attack again or the Soviets were coming back

The case in point that I'm referring to is when the Dutch were required to defend Srebrenica against the Serbs, he said, referrring to the UN peacekeeping force deployed to protect Bosnian Muslim civilians.

The battalion was understrength, poorly led, and the Serbs came into town, handcuffed the soldiers to the telephone poles, marched the Muslims off and executed them.

Senator Carl Levin, the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee asked Gen. Sheehan if the Dutch leaders told him the failure to defend was because there were gay soldiers there? Sheehan said "yes," "they included that as part of the problem.

Levin as much as called the General a liar. The Dutch defense minister said Sheehan's claims were "complete nonsense."

Finally some news about one of the most despicable child sexual predators in history. Frank M. Lombard, the Duke University employee who adopted a child, drugged him, sodomized him, and performed other lewd and lascivious acts on camera for the benefit of another pedophile in prison, has been sentenced to 27 years and 3 months in prison. Lombard's sentence came from one charge of producing child pornography.

Lombard, and his partner Ken Shipp, also a Duke University employee, adopted two black boys - or perhaps Lombard was the only adopter. The youngest son, who was 5 years old at the time Lombard was caught, was repeatedly abused by his father. After the crime was reported, everything...all information about Lombard was shutdown, and a thinking person just couldn't help but think the silence was because this was about gay adoption.

This report says that the sentence is for "producing child pornography." What about child endangerment, what about rape, what about assault, what about dereliction of parental obligation, what about drugging a child, time after time, and what about offering his son for sex to another man. I cannot understand only the one charge. I assume there was a plea deal, but justice was not done for this little boy.

Lombard was arrested in June 2009 after an FBI sting. He pleaded guilty in December. A news report says Lombard "was charged to a federal child sex charge." He was also sentenced to lifetime supervision after leaving prison. Wonderful. We know how well "supervision" works - not well usually. These predators end up wherever they want to be. Parole officers don't have a clue. John Couey, the kidnapper, raper and murderer of little Jessica Lunsford shows the folly of thinking these beasts can live among decent people.

In recommending the sentence, U.S. Attorney Ronald C. Machen, Jr. wrote, "The defendant betrayed the trust of his adopted child in the most deplorable way imaginable. His child became nothing more than a pawn in his persistent attempts to gratify himself by sexually molesting him and chatting online with as many other pedophiles as possible.

Frank M. Lombard served as an associate director of the center for Health Policy at Duke. The university terminated his employment. According to early reports, his partner Ken Shipp did not know about the rapes, the drugging, the molestations, or the child pornography in his own home.

There is a wealth of information coming from the Hutaree arrests, including info on weapons of mass destruction.

The Department of Justice indictment claims the members planned to kill an unidentified member of local law enforcement and then attack the law enforcement officers who gather in Michigan for the funeral.

According to the plan, the Hutaree would attack law enforcement vehicles during the funeral procession with Improvised Explosive Devices [IED] with Explosively Formed Projectiles, which, according to the indictment, constitute weapons of mass destruction.

Apparently President Bush will be exonerated for not finding WMD in Iraq...a country to this day still flush with IEDs.

 Listen, this is coming from our Department of Justice. So which is it? Is an IED a WMD...or not. Or are WMD redefined when Americans are charged? I mean, I just sayin'...WHICH IS IT?

Muslim Norman Leboon Arrested in Eric Cantor Threat

Muslim Norman Leboon, who says he is "a Shia Muslim who loves Allah," but also says in other videos "I am the Messiah," was arrested in Philadelphia for posting a YouTube video threatening Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) and his family. The video was pulled. More as details are available.

According to The Hill, Leboon has also made threats against Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senator Harry Reid (D-NV), yet donated twice to Barack Obama, totaling $505 in contributions. The DNC says they will donate any contributions made to Democrats by Leboon.

"Your punishment is coming, the swine, it will be severa, and you will beg for mercy to your god. It will be severe, you will know god's swine, god has warned you."

Over the weekend, law enforcement notified Cantor that there was a threat against his life, and was told authorities deemed the threat credible. Just a week ago, a window in Rep. Cantor's office was shot through.

Next Year In Jerusalem are the words that have ended each and every Passover sedar for the last 2000 years. It is in good times, a simple wish to have one sedar in ones life in the city of Jerusalem. In times of pogroms, and horror it was a prayer to The All Mighty, Blessed Be He, to redeem them to Israel, to Freedom as He did in the days of our bondage in Egypt.

The Administration suggested replacing it with “next year in peace” or “next year in Israel”, but leaving the final wording up to both the Israelis and Palestinians.

Last summer Pharaoh Obama President Obama demanded that Israel turn over the Old City to the Arabs as a goodwill gesture.  Benjamin Netanyahu sent a little gesture back.  There is no way, no how, no even understanding that will ever mean the purposeful destruction of Jewish homes, schools, synagogues, and even the Kotel.

Shamnesty Arguments Fool Weak Minds

More than a week has passed since some of those seeking shamnesty organized another 'rally' in our nation's capitol. Images seen from this blog suggest those participating may have learned one thing in two years. Don't display Mexican flags when promoting shamnesty for illegal immigrants (like the 2007 photo above). But the MSM learned little, as they did not minimize estimates of the turnout as they had for Tea Party gatherings.

A report from VOA displayed this title. ' Thousands Rally in US Capital, Demanding Immigration Reform.' A quote from that report is an example of what angers many Americans. "It's a lost, because like the president is saying he is going to do something and he never do it, we are waiting for that," she said. "And we want justice."

That is one skewed definition of justice. It demonstrates a perverse feeling of entitlement and failure to recognize the difference between legal and illegal immigration. As if to say, okay, I'm here, now gimme my stuff. Additional excerpts from the VOA report illuminate the problem.

Leyda Lopez came to Sunday's rally with her mother who entered the country illegally from Equador nearly two decades ago. Leyda says she is concerned about the state of the immigration reform debate.

This is the same woman quoted earlier. Her mother was here for two decades illegally (not long after Ronald Reagan allowed a one time only amnesty which obviously was a mistake) and now Leyda wants 'justice'?

Leyda's mother, Mely, says that because of her status, she has been unable to return to Equador to see the rest of her family for 18 years.

Can you believe the arrogance or ignorance of this thought process? Not only here illegally for two decades but the daughter expecting 'justice' and the mother obviously complaining that because she is illegal she is unwilling to risk detection by traveling in and out of the country.

That is the kind of twisted argument that can make most Americans absolutely wild. And it gets better (that would be sarcasm).

Yulmi says many work 15-16 hours a day, holding two jobs and are underpaid because they are undocumented. He says frequently they are taken advantage of and exploited and that is not just.

Who do they expect to believe this? No, they are NOT undocumented. That is the liberal euphemism!! They are here illegally and that makes them illegal which means their first act when crossing the border was to break the law. No respect for the rule of law and now they 'want justice'?

Justice for illegal immigrants is one, deportation, two, incarceration and/or three, sanctions against their home countries that cause severe consequences or a combination of all three. Where people like Lindsey Graham and Chuck Schumer get the idea that anything else is reasonable defies logic. If people like those described above are representative of those here illegally they certainly do not qualify for the good citizenship award. If they genuinely believe what they are saying there is no hope for them ever understanding what they did and are doing wrong. That inability precludes legal immigration or citizenship.

If they are simply running a game by saying what they do they are equally unfit to be legal immigrants or citizens. Any legal citizen of the US who does not understand that is a civics moron unworthy of their citizenship status. Something else we need to correct.

Did You Hear What Charlie Crist Said Today?

Florida Governor Charlie Crist and Marco Rubio were on FOX News Sunday today with Chris Wallace. Wallace asked Crist who his favorite senators were. Crist answered "John McCain and Lindsay Graham." Deadman Walking. Death knell tolling.

Obviously, that's a reference to Crist's political aspirations - not a threat. I mean, we have to explain these things today, don't we?

Hutaree Christian Militia Raided: Hutaree CAIR Involved: Hutaree Message Board Intrigue: Christians Make Janet Napolitano's Day

Sealed warrants. Raids. Searches. A small army of helicopters swarming. Neighbors shocked to find that it is Janet Napolitano's lucky day because those right-wing Christians are misbehaving, just as she said they would. Allegedly, the arrests are of members of a group known as Hutaree, are a part of something known as the Colonial Christian Republic, and are described as a Christian militia. But there is far more to this story. The Council on Islamic Relations (CAIR) has made a statement, and a woman "on the run" has left a message of intrigue - complete with the FBI hijacking the website of another militia. See Update 3-29-10 below.

While warrants are sealed and the names of the arrested are unknown, someone knows something because "a network journalist" called CAIR executive director, Dawud Walid -- while he attended a banquet and the "network journalist" knew enough to make the Muslims in the banquet hall "gasp" when Walid  told the crowd of "alleged threat against Muslims." I'll make a prediction that someone from a Michigan mosque went to the FBI. Am I jaded? Probably. Maybe not.

But remember, you and I know next to nothing - but the "network" journalist knows enough to call CAIR.

The raids by the FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Force and Homeland Security, were a part of an investigation in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, with arrests made in Adrian, Michigan, and others in Ohio and Illinois.

Detroit News says the group describes themselves as "Christian soldiers preparing for the arrival and battle with the anti-Christ." And the story is, Hutaree (meaning Christian soldier) made a threat, or threats against some Islamic organization.

Reports make it obvious that authorities prepared to battle these "Christian soldiers."

WXYZ-TV reports that helicopters were spotted in the sky for much of Saturday night, and agents set up checkpoints through the area. Witnesses told the station that it was like a small army had descended on the area. 

There are official Michigan militias: Michiganmilitia.com and The Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia. Neither of these groups were a part of the raid. A spokesman for Michiganmilitia.com, Mike Lackomar, said he was told by "other militia members" that the:

 "FBI targeted the Hutaree after it's members made threats of violence against Islamic organizations.

One of the Hutaree members called a Michigan militia leader for assistance Saturday after federal agents had already began their raid, Lackomar said, but the militia member -- who is of Islamic decent and had heard about the threats -- declined to offer help. That Michigan militia leader is now working with federal officials to provide information on the Hutaree member for the investigation, Lackomar said Sunday.

"They are more of a survivalist group and in an emergency they withdraw and stand their ground. They are actively training to be alongside Jesus," he said.

The Michigan Messenger is reporting a Hutaree member (Anna) whose home was raided by the FBI is on the run with her child. She allegedly placed a message on a message board:

The Federal Authorities have raided not only our group but also the Michigan Militia. They had hijacked their website and placed word there that they were not raided.

We need some help please. This has to stop. I am enroute south with my children using the wifi's as I can.

They were catching others as they came to their rallying points, they broke into homes and took children and used the tasers on wives, my son who is 12 and I got out by crawling through the creeks behind our house.

My husband and others are taken, please call the press and tell them, if any in the Michigan Militia is still free please rally with them. Please help.

Well, yeah, I bet there is a lot of enthusiasm for "rallying" with a Michigan militia group.

The Hutatree website shows the photo above, and a video on the homepage shows members running through the woods, shooting from behind a dilapidated auto...etc. On their 'About Us' page, it begins with this statement:

The website has a little bit of rock and roll on a webpage identified as Poker Face's Patriot Rock, and if you watch the video, the song begins with "I'm not a Democrat or Republican."  Under a sources link, as few interesting ones are WorldNetDaily, Financial Times, Asia Time, Jack Van Impe Ministries, The European Union Army, and others. A page titled Misc. Links shows The Patriot Broadcasting Network (Liberty Tree Radio), and militias in Michigan, Ohio and Idaho. There is an open forum link. The website has John 15:13 displayed at the top: "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."

Israel Destroys Gaza Tunnels

Israeli tanks and bulldozers crossed into Gaza today to destroy tunnels believed to be used in another attempt to capture Israeli soldiers. Two Israeli soldiers died, none captured.

In the southern Khan Yunis area, Israeli equipment dug large trenches to collapse the tunnels about 500 metres inside Gaza. An unexploded device was found and detonated, and a dead body was discovered.

There is not a lot of information about this operation or the tunnels used to get inside Israel, but it reminded me of one of my most popular posts, How the Gaza Tunnels into Egypt Work. I was stunned at how the tunnels are used. In one instance, a bride traveled through a tunnel from Egypt to marry a man in Gaza. Laptops, money, chemicals, weapons...all of these and more travel through Palestinian tunnels.

Israel has said over and over, stop attacking us, and we will open the borders, but Palestine will make no peace treaties with the people they have vowed to banish from the face of the earth.

Obama Mortgage Relief: Democrat Jackie Speier Slams HAMP

Obama is out to save the world again. I read a great quote about that today at ChicagoRay's by H.L. Mencken: The urge to save humanity is always a false front for the urge to rule it." You probably heard last week that President Obama has ordered mortage bankers to accommodate customers who are out of work and delay or lower their mortgage payments for awhile. You probably know that a similar program, known as HAMP, has been in effect for a year. Democrat Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) says HAMP has has failed miserably.

The program started over one year ago and is known as the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). Designed to provide permanent payment relief, only 116,000 of 1.7 million possibly eligible completed the paperwork or qualified.

This week the announcement came that mortgage lenders will have to reduce payments to NO MORE THAN 31% of a borrower's income. Weren't many of these loans the result of no money down and no qualification requirements? Disaster happens when we allow Barney Frank and Maxine Waters to tell lenders what to do. Frank should be out of office and behind bars.

Borrowers who are in bankruptcy will not be eligible for mortgage relief under the federal program. Lenders also are being directed to evaluate delinquent borrowers for the program before referring them to foreclosure.

Payments may be reduced to as low as 2% interest for five years and loans might be extended out to 40 years. Lenders reducing the principal owed on a loan if the amount if 15% more than the home is worth, will see some "financial" (taxpayer) "incentives." That's not all: the "government" will double the amount it pays to lenders that help modify second mortgages.

Rep. Speier:

"It has failed," said Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA-12th)., at hearing of the House oversight committee. "It has failed miserably and unfortunately we are incapable of saying: OK, this was an experiment, it didn't work, let's try something else."

Neil Barofsky, the Inspector General (independent watchdog) for TARP, said the original program was not well-though-out and went through constant changes. Then, the program dropped the requirement to provide written proof of their incomes! A huge backlog occurred - months of waiting for the applicants, and they still can't afford their homes.

Then, in early 2010 another change: Treasury said homeowners would need to show proof of income upfront before the process can go forward. That makes sense - one year later!

Today, Barofsky says "many borrowers are at risk of re-defaulting on their mortgages even after receiving help under the federal program --especially those who owe significantly more than their homes are worth or have second mortgages."

Underscoring the depth of the foreclosure problem, more than half of the borrowers who received loan modifications on delinquent mortgages defaulted again after nine months, according to a federal report released Thursday.

There has been a lot of craziness and inconsistency coming out of this Administration. Some homeowners awaiting qualification were foreclosed on anyway. Today 500,000 homeowners are awaiting their verdict.

Tulsa World Leonard Pitts Racist Remarks About Tea Partiers

This is as unprofessional as a newspaper gets. Columnist Leonard Pitts, printed in the Tulsa World has decided to take as gospel the claims of members of the Black Congressional Caucus that Tea Partiers called the Caucus the "n" word, and someone even spat on Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO-5th). Pitts carries the lies like a badge of honor and doesn't even bother to the us "alleged" word.

Before printing an incendiary piece like this, I would think there should be some proof - some confirmation, before you begin labeling people racists. This is a low as a newspaper and/or a columnist gets. There are many, many videos of the Congressmen walking through the protesters and in not a single one of can you hear the "N" word. The group was videoed up close and personal. You can tell the camera was very close to the protesters. Really, it is just vile to do what Leonard Pitts has done.

So it turns out that, contrary to what I argued in this space a few weeks back, racism is not "a major component" of the so-called tea party movement. I am informed of this by dozens of tea party activists indignant and insulted that I would even suggest such a thing.

In other news tea party protesters called John Lewis a "nigger" the other day in the shadow of the U.S. Capitol. For the record, Lewis wasn't their only target. 

Pitts just thinks it is a shame that Black Caucus member, and civil rights activist Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) had to hear these terrible words. After all, Lewis "faced it in Nashville in 1960," "he faced it on the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma."

Lewis said "they were just shouting, harassing...." Really...shouting? No one heard it.

"Never did I hear any type of racial slur," said William Owens, a black Tea Party activist from Nevada who joined in the D.C. protests Saturday.

In fact, Lewis didn't hear it either. He passed the charge to a "colleague." Remember when Lewis compared John McCain to George Wallace? Remember that Whites are not allowed membership in the Congressional Black Congress. I assume the current members believe Whites, or Hawaiians, or Native Americans, or Asians have no good interest in the welfare of Blacks.

Mr. Pitts, meet your Congressional Black Caucus, the CBC, that fawned and swooned all over Raul and Fidel Castro in their 2009 visit to Cuba. Digraceful! Despicable!

Last week, the Stalinist regime that jailed and tortured the longest suffering black political prisoner in modern history (Eusebio Penalver) rolled out the red carpet for six gullible  members of the U.S. Congressional Black Caucus. All of these U.S. legislators met with “President” Raul Castro while a lucky three secured back-stage passes to meet Fidel himself.

“He looked directly into my eyes!” gasped Rep. Laura Richardson (D-Calif.) “and then he asked: how can we help President Obama? Fidel Castro really wants President Obama to succeed."  

"It was quite a moment to behold!" hyperventilated Rep. Barbara Lee. (D-Calif.) “Fidel Castro was very engaging and very energetic." 

“He’s one of the most amazing human beings I’ve ever met!” gushed Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.)   

“Raul Castro was a very engaging, down-to-earth and kind man,” according to Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) “someone who I would favor as a neighbor. It was almost like visiting an old friend," (A Freudian slip, perhaps? Bobby Rush, after all, was a card-carrying Black Panther who did prison time.)

[HUMBERTO FONTOVA] Racism is one of the cornerstones of the Castro regime. As Fidel's close friend and ally, the murderous Ernesto "Che" Guevara, once said, "The Negro is indolent and spends his money on frivolities, whereas the European is forward-looking, organized and intelligent...We're going to do for blacks exactly what blacks did for the Cuban revolution. 

Remember when Rep. Barbara Lee, Caucus head, said Rep. Joe Wilson's yell "you lie" during an Obama speech was racist? What? Wilson was referring to Obama's spin on health care, and today we know Wilson's words to be true, and none of it has anything to do with race.

The Portland Civil Rights Examiner pointed out that many of the 42 members of the CBC ended up in Congress courtesy of the disgraced ACORN facing multiple charges of voter fraud.

To further the hypocrisy of this group, a very high percentage of these people got into their offices through what is now a Taxpayer funded partisan Democrat group. ACORN, which according to its own manifesto reads like The 25 Points of Hitler's Nazi Party  - which they mildly name “ACORN People's Platform”  the only difference being that ACORN’s Manifesto is written in less threatening language, the better to be consumed by those who refuse to disseminate what their words and goals actually mean! The icing on this cake of hypocrisy is they claim to be Non-Partisan…. If this is their definition of  “Non-Partisan” then indeed, pigs are flying. (Or is that Swine Flu?)

These claims are likely a battle cry for Tea Partys. The Temple of Mut reports that their Tea Partys will now do their own videography of their events to guard against charges from those following in the footsteps of the Congressional Black Caucus. Isn't that sobering? The American people must defend themselves from Congress.

Our Tea Party group is now actively seeking videographers for our events. We are planning ahead, as it has become obvious that when the media want to promote a template, they are willing to buy any statement outright to promote that world-view. No investigation needed — move right along people and accept Obamacare as a done deal. Therefore, we intend to capture and release as much videotape as we can get of our future rallies, including our April 15th events. THIS is how true Americans respond under the pressure of lying, tyrannical representation.

Caucus member Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) said he heard ni**er at least 15 times - yet not another soul heard it. Cleaver said it was a "chorus." No one other than the Caucus heard it - in fact no other Caucus member is claiming to have heard it. Watch the videos. If this epitaphet was uttered 15 times you would hear it on at least one of the videos all over the Internet. We will see how this fleshes out as Andrew Breitbart has offered $10,000 to be donated to the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) for proof of just 1, not 15, audible utterance of the "N" word coming from the crowd around the Caucus that day.

Rep. Emanuel Cleaver said he was spat upon. There are stories of arrests - but the Capitol police said they arrested no one. That story proved to be that Cleaver was accidentally "sprayed upon," not "spat upon." A Capitol Hill policewoman was standing right next to Cleaver and there were no arrests. It was an accident and not a significant one. Cleaver magnanimously said he would not press charges. I would think not, and besides, Cleaver couldn't i.d. the man, or he probably would have stooped that low.

However, U.S. Capitol Police said the protester was never arrested. He was only detained and put in handcuffs, then released.

Sgt. Kimberly Schneider, spokeswoman for the Capitol Police, told FoxNews.com the individual was released because Cleaver couldn't identify him.

"There were no elements of a crime, and the individual wasn't able to be positively identified," she said. "(Cleaver) was unable to positively identify."

Mr. Pitts, need we remind you that the CBC shot their own video footage - and it proved nothing. There weren't even any cell phone photos from staffers. What you have done is inexcusable, and it is a disappointment that my own paper, The Tulsa World, stooped to print it. It is a terrible, terrible thing to label a group of Whites, or any group, racist with no proof...no proof except the word of the Black Caucus which has never hesitated to label anyone and everyone a racist if it benefitted them.

Ahmed bin Zayed al-Nahyan Missing: Brother of Dubai Ruler Missing

Ahmed bin Zayed al-Nahyan is Dubai ruler, Sheikh Kahalifa bin Zayed's brother. Sheikh Ahmed has been missing since the glider plane he was in came down in a lake. The pilot was found safe, but there is not sign of Sheikhm Ahmed. See 3-29-10 update below. Latest Update 3-31-10: The body of Sheik Ahmed was found in Lake Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah, near the Rabat, the Moroccan capital city. The family is reported to be frequent visitors to the area and owned a palace overlooking the lake reservoir.

A lake in Morocco, about 20 miles southeast of the capital city of Rabat, was searched yesterday. Sheikh Ahmed is the youngest brother of Sheikh Kahalifa and is not in immediate line for the throne.

Ahmed bin Zayed al-Nahyan (41), is listed on Forbes World's Most Powerful list at No. 27. He is the managing director of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. The fund is considered the most "discreet" of the Abu Dhabi funds, and the fund's risk is diminished by holding less than 5% of corporations around the world, with total assets estimated between $300B and $800B. This piece in the L.A. Times says the fund is estimated to have $627 billion in assets and has stakes in Citigroup and Hyatt.

BusinessWeek described the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as the "world's largest sovereign wealth fund."

Robert Harding Withdraws as TSA Nominee

One more down. Maj. Gen. Robert A. Harding withdrew his nomination abruptly on Friday night.

Retired Army Maj. Gen. Robert Harding took himself out of the running Friday night as head of the Transportation Security Administration, another setback for Obama after his first choice withdrew in January because he faced a tough confirmation struggle in Congress. The Obama administration has called the job the most important unfilled position on Obama's team.

Harding's past as a defense contractor raised complications for his nomination. Source

I might not understand the process, but Obama unleased about 15 recess appointments today - the minute Congress left town. Couldn't he appoint Harding? Hmmmmm. Maybe there is more to Harding's story than we know. Maybe this:

Christians Discriminated Against in Britain: Nurse Banned for Wearing Cross

Shirley Chaplin, a nurse in a British hospital, is banned from working hospital wards for wearing a small cross on a chain around her neck...a cross that she has worn for 38 years, including all of her time at Exeter Hospital.  Muslim nurses wear head coverings, and if you know anything about our friends across the pond, you know that Islam is protected at great lengths to the detriment of English citizens.

The problem stretches farther than the practice of Christianity. Some 640 teachers, school governors and "faith leaders," are decrying compulsory sex education for primary school students - even as young as 7 years old.

This is an important story. It will be the "story" in the U.S. before long if we are not vigilant.

Health Care Mandates Not Enforceable? Health Care Penalties Interest Not Enforceable?

As we wade through the numerous ways that the health care legislation may be unconstitutional, here's one saying the mandate to purchase may not be enforceable, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation. This is well-worth paying attention to - don't leave without reading the red text below.

[Richmond] "However, it turns out that the Democrats who crafted this bill significantly – and I mean significantly – hamstrung the ability of the IRS or any other federal agency to enforce or collect on this mandate. Here is what the federal Joint Committee on Taxation had to say about this issue in a report released earlier this week:

The penalty applies to any period the individual does not maintain minimum essential coverage and is determined monthly. The penalty is assessed through the Code and accounted for as an additional amount of Federal tax owed. However, it is not subject to the enforcement provisions of subtitle F of the Code. The use of liens and seizures otherwise authorized for collection of taxes does not apply to the collection of this penalty. Non-compliance with the personal responsibility requirement to have health coverage is not subject to criminal or civil penalties under the Code and interest does not accrue for failure to pay such assessments in a timely manner.

[Richmond] In other words, as the law is written the federal government has no legal authority to enforce this mandate, nor will it have any recourse to collect any penalties that go unpaid! ...

[Richmond] The net result will be an ever increasing shift of healthcare costs on to those who remain in the insurance system (or to tax payers), and possibly even the bankruptcy of the insurance industry. Given all the double-talk the past year over the public option, and the demonizing of private insurers, it is hard not to wonder whether this was by design...

Reports are around that Elin Woods, Tiger's wife, repeatedly said to him: "you slept with a porn star.' Now how would someone know this? I mean, I'm sure she did say it, but I doubt that her friends or family would quote her. If you want to make something up and spin it as a unnamed source, this one is a good bet.

Last year, in the Daily Beast article linked below, from the set of The View - on air - she told Laura Ingraham she could "kiss my fat ass."   Appearing at the conservative Young America's Foundation this week, which apparently pulled funding for her appearance, she told the crowd "I'm not Ann Coulter, I'm not Glenn Beck...I'm not trying to get my own show on Fox...I'm adamantly against hate-mongering." Then she said Ingraham and Coulter were "nasty," and a few days later, went on The View again and said of Ingraham "By the way, she can continue to kiss my ass."

Michelle Malkin points out Meghan's "ideological principles," whatever they may be:

You know what's wrong with Meghan McCain? It's not her weight. It's not her voice. It's not her looks. She's a beautiful young girl with TV-friendly poise and natural charm. The trouble with Meghan McCain is that, like her father, she has no fixed ideological principles - conservative, liberal, or otherwise....She seems to have inherited the notion that playing the "maaaaverick" imparts her with moral authority and credibility as a fresh voice for the GOP. I'm all for peaking truth to power. But like her father, Ms McCain's maaaaverick-iness appears to be rooted less in any firm set of beliefs than in the need for liberal approbation.

Take her "beef with Ann Coulter." If Ms. McCain sincerely detests Coulter's "demeanor" and "extreme" thinking, statements, and behavior because they represent "hate" and alienate young voters, then how is it that the same genteel ms. McCain can cheer the cretinous, left-wing extremist Russell Brand?

Meghan tweeted about Brand being "freaking hilarious," and then linked to his website.

In a March 2009 Daily Beast column Ms. McCain blasted Coulter. Laura Ingraham responded:

[Meghan McCain] is "just another Valley Girl gone awry," and "plus-sized." 

That's what started the "fat ass" comments.

On the stage at Jack Morton Auditorium last night, she said this:

After urging the Republican Party to stop being "so stubborn and closed-minded," McCain added that Democrats are capable of intolerance as well. She accused MSNBC's Keith Olberman of doing just as much damage as Rush Limbaugh, worrying that the tenor of their political discussions will result in a whole generation that will have no desire to get involved with politics.

Pity isn't it? Rush will drive the young away from Conservatism? Oh wait - young people are more conservative today than ever, and Meghan, they don't like your message. A study by The Chronicle of Higher Education, says that 24% of conservative college students support gay marriage as you do, but that means 75% percent do not. In Meghan's mind, conservatives are:

Dad, John McCain, a loose political cannon if there ever was one, supporting amnesty for multiple-millions said back in the summer of 2008 that he has heard from "the people" and learned his lesson on amnesty, but...but...his campaign stage was shared by Juan Hernandez, who quietly joined the McCain campaign staff and hung out with Meghan. Hot Air has this quote from Hernandez saying "of Mexicans who move to the US:

I want the third generation, the seventh generation, I want them all to think of of Mexico first."

Meghan, if you follow Dad on immigration and amnesty, ignoring the enormous cost to the country, you haven't a prayer of being relevant in Republican politics. See Meghan and Hernandez photographed together here and read the details.

Young conservatives want smaller government - even those who weren't listening before the November 2008 elections and voted for Obama. This from TheNextRight:

They said we were going to be foundation of a new Democratic movement. They labeled us a generation upon which Democrats could build a political dynasty. They though we bled blue. They were wrong.

A little more than a year after Barack Obama won 18-29 year olds by a 2-to-1 margin, young adults are changing course. We were wooed by the promise of "change," only to find a year later that things have changed for the worse. Washington is different, but only because it is bigger...The reach of government into our lives has been altered, but only because their arm is longer. This is not the change we voted for and we're taking note."

Meghan alludes to being on a campaign to "hip up" the Republican party.  Being a Republican "is about as edgy as Donny Osmond," she said, and she slammed last year's CPAC speakers, young author/speaker Jonathan Krohn, and Christian-activist Stephen Baldwin, and dismissed them as though they had no political thought - especially when compared to her own.

No worries that Meghan will be a driving force in the party, in spite of the fact that she is Meggie McCain - or maybe because of it.
