Carson-Gore Academy Toxic: Carson-Gore Academy of Environmental Sciences Built on Toxic Dirt

The Carson-Gore Academy of Environmental Sciences is scheduled to receive 675 high school students on September 13th, 2010 in the Arlington Heights area of Los Angeles. But...the monument school named after Rachel Carson and Al Gore has been built on "toxic" dirt. The $75 million school "naming" committee chose "Carson-Gore" to first honor Rachel Carson, the killer of millions of African babies after successfully getting DDT banned almost world-wide, and the former Vice-President and author Al Gore, who has worked feverishly to murder the America economy and steal the wallets of all Americans through his "green" initiatives. After cleaning up the toxic dirt under the school, if that's possible, Gore and Carson will remain toxic to humans. Do we have any doubt that the teachers at this "academy" will be toxic to our children?

This LA Times article says construction workers worked "up to" the Labor Day weekend replacing the toxic dirt from two 3,800 square-foot plots - to a depth of 45 feet - enough to hold a four-story building. It is unclear whether the building has now been deemed safe. The school principal plans to install an organic food garden, but the seeds will not be sown in above-ground planters.

In the spring, a school-naming committee received six options, including Pete Seeger Community School. A representative from school board member Marguerite suggested that the folk singer’s “affiliation with the Communist Party among other factors, made that choice inappropriate, two in attendance recalled.

Read more about Rachel Carson who convinced environmentalists, and governments, that spraying with DDT to kill mosquito-borne diseases...the only effective preventative for malaria, was harmful when in fact, it was life-saving. Keep this in mind, a child dies of malaria every 30 seconds. If you survive it, it reoccurs all though-out the life-span. There is no cure. World-wide, there are 250 million new malaria cases, and 1 million die every year. The Natonal Institutes of Health in 2007 said, "the ban on DDT may have killed 20 million children." If you are worried about DDT and a connection to the eagle population, you'll find this interesting.

Aside from naming a school after Carson and Gore, what's up with a $75 million school in a state on the verge of bankruptcy with a governor begging the fed to bail him out?

US Intelligence Fails Again: New York Christmas Attack: No One Rang the Bell

Katherine Herridge is on Fox reporting a possible second terrorist attack planned on Christmas Day to coincide with Underpants Bomber, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab attack, which barely failed. An unnamed official said "[We] were aware of something for Christmas and didn't ring the bell...didn't warn the airlines, didn't warn everyone that, "hey, we were made aware of this so just tighten up. And look what happened. Obama is quoted saying we had information on Abdulmutallab's attack but "our intelligence community failed" to "connect the dots." Look how our government failed our soldiers at Ft. Hood. The trail to terrorism was hot and everyone had the actual messages from Nidal Hasan to Anwar al-Alwalki before he committed jihad. What's wrong with this miserable, irresponsible government?

An explosive devise was to be moved from East Africa to London to New York to be used perhaps in a restaurant or other busy venue bombing. The devise would have been assembled in New York City.

Someone named "Mohammed" is involved. Ya, sure! Fox News says "intelligence from overseas three weeks earlier indicating that a plot targeting New York City on the same day may have been in the works, according to an FBI report obtained by Fox News."

The final target of the attack was not known, but extremist members had allegedly discussed restaurants and night clubs located in New York City," the FBI's assistant legal attache in London wrote in a threat report dated Dec. 4, 2009. "The extremists allegedly discussed conducting the attack on 25 December, to coincide with the Christmas holiday."

The report, sent to U.S. and British counterterrorism officials, warned that "extremists allegedly planned to conduct a test run" that evening, hiding components for an improvised explosive device in a shipment of khat, a plant often chewed like tobacco that has become a tradition for many in East Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.

The FBI is warning these reports might be a "coincidence," and not to draw conclusions. "Hundreds" of threat reports come in for the month of December each year - 83,000 to the FBI each year. Obama said "The U.S. government had sufficient information to have uncovered this plot and potentially disrupt the Christmas Day attack. But our intelligence community failed to connect those dots."

Kenya Draft Constitution Allows Path to Sharia Law: Kenya Explosion at Protest Rally Kills Three

Kenya's draft constitution is under fire for leaving a path open to expand the kadhi (khadi) courts to include Sharia law. Today, an explosion at a protest rally in Nairobi has killed three and wounded seventy-five. Is it difficult to believe that the violence involved Sharia Law? This brings to mind the agreement that Kenyan presidential candidate Raila Odinga reportedly signed to give an organization of Muslims their deeply held desire, that Sharia would rule in some portions of Kenya, in exchange for the Muslim vote. See more of that discussion below.

Nairobi Uhuru Park

According to this Kenyan official the rally was a protest against the draft Constitution, which the country will vote on in August.
The blast took place in Uhuru Park in the middle of Nairobi. According to this article, the explosion was not the work of those protesting the draft Constitution:

A prominent backer of the campaign against the draft constitution, Agriculture Minister William Ruto, attended the rally.

"We want to tell those responsible for this that Kenya will not have a new constitution through intimidation, through blackmail, through bribery or through violence," Ruto said.

In 2004, Christian leaders filed a lawsuit against the constitutionality of khadi. On May 31, 2010, a Mombasa high court dismissed the 2004 case filed by the Mombasa Pastors' Fellowship.

Opponents of the khadi courts argue that the new constitution allows the courts to extend their jurisdiction from the majority-Muslim Kenyan coast across the whole country, which they claim will open the way to strict sharia law.

But on May 25, 2010, a three-judge panel ruled that khadi courts are discriminatory.

A three-judge panel said May 24 that the khadi court system, which arbitrates on matters of marriage and inheritance for Kenya’s Muslim minority, is discriminatory as it is based on religion. Kenyan law stipulates separation of church and state, though both the current constitution and the new draft constitution permit courts. A nationwide referendum on the draft constitution is set for Aug. 4. 

 If you remember the astounding news that Obama friend, or cousin, Raila Odinga signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Muslims to gain their support in Odinga's bid for the presidency in 2008, then you can see that this possibility of creeping Sharia Law being a reality.

The Evangelical Alliance of Kenya printed the document on their website at the URL linked in this sentence. I saw the document many times as I was reading about the story, but today it is gone. There are many opinions as to whether or not the document was real. If it was real, it was signed on behalf of the National Muslim Leaders Forum (NAMLEF) by Chairman Adbullahi Abdi and on behalf of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) by Raila Amollo Odinga.

The problem with that document, if it was real, is that it pledges support of Kenyan Muslims for Odinga's presidential race, in exchange for a rewriting the Kenyan Constitution to allow Sharia Law in some portions of Kenya, here are snippets of the unconfirmed document:

a) Ensure that the Coast Province shall henceforth be known as JIMBO LA PWANI and shall have full autonomy in Governance in all matters apart from National Defence and International Accreditation. In addition, while freedom of worship will be upheld [in the area] the Council of Islamic leaders shall be permitted to have an oversight role to monitor activities of ALL other religions and any applications for religious activities and institutions will require their approval. They shall have the right to deny approval to cults and other evil practices. 

f) No Muslim residing in Kenya whether a citizen, visitor or relative of any of the above shall be subjected to any process involving the laws of a foreign country and in particular any Muslim arrested for or suspected of Terrorism or any other International crime shall only be tried within the borders of Kenya and shall be granted a competent lawyer of his/her choice at the expense of the Government.

g) Within 1 year facilitate the establishment of a Shariah court in every Kenyan divisional headquarters.

h) Popularize Islam, the only true religion, in the Coast and North Eastern Regions by ordering every primary school in Kenya in the regions to conduct daily Madrassa classes.

i) Impose a total ban on open-air-gospel crusades by worshippers of the cross in the Coast and North Eastern regions.

j) Outlaw gospel programs (preaching, purported faith healing, etc) on KBC, the National Broadcaster.

 This blog looked into the truth of the matter and appears to have been present for some critical information. He says he heard it sworn swear in Nairobi's Mumuia mosque, that this version is not the correct version:

Now, my interest is not about which is which or what is what about ODM and NAMLEF little secrets. O.K. sometimes it makes sense to first back down from your own truth so as to give room to “that divergent view.” That is why I for a brief moment hold it that this MoU I have seen is not the correct copy... 

Since the ODM and NAMLEF have publicly admitted that they indeed signed an MOU, if what we have is not the correct version, then, for clarities sake, where is the correct copy? Raila Odinga lost the election, but with the help of the U.N. he was shuttled into the government anyway, in the position of Prime Minister.

In 1998, two U.S. embassy bombings (Nairobi and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania) killed 258 and left more than 5,000 injured. The Egyptian Islamic Jihad was responsible - all connected to Osama bin Laden. So who caused this blast? 

DDT, Delta Smelt, Americas Water: Glen Beck Carrie Underwood Video

Glen Beck today was talking about many things, DDT, the Delta Smelt and America's water supply, among them. I'm bringing Carrie Underwood into it. Glen is talking about the California farmer's desperate need for water, and I have a terrific video under the terrific video from Beck today - 2 videos. Water is being denied to farmers to protect the Delta Smelt which is a minnow. There's more to that story however. There is an ultimate motive, as there is always an ultimate motive with our current Socialist government. The motive in this case is Senate Bill 787, authored by Senator Russ Feingold (D-WI). The idea behind the bill, The Clean Water Restoration Act, is that the government grabs America's water. I wrote about this in May, and here is the introductory paragraph, which will give an example of how water - the most important resource everywhere in the world - can be used to control a people:

I was doing a post on the plight of Israel in 1967 when surrounding Arab countries were attempting to divert Israel's irrigation water. That water was a key player in the start of the 1967 War. No country can survive healthily without crop water.

Okay, that's Israel and that was 1967, but it is not a stretch that the government, our government, wants your pond. OpenCongress.org says s.787 seeks to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to clarify the jurisdiction of the United States over the waters of the United States - which is a change from jurisdiction over only the "navigable waters" of the United States. The key words in the above paragraph are "water of the United States." Here is how the Clean Water Act defines these waters: The official term "waters of the United States" means, among other things (thanks to American Daughter ):

WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES- The term ‘waters of the United States’ means all waters subject to the ebb and flow of the tide, the territorial seas, and all interstate and intrastate waters and their tributaries, including lakes, rivers, streams (including intermittent streams), mudflats, sandflats, wetlands, sloughs, prairie potholes, wet meadows, playa lakes, natural ponds, and all impoundments of the foregoing, to the fullest extent that these waters, or activities affecting these waters, are subject to the legislative power of Congress under the Constitution.:

See what I mean about your pond? So Glen Beck today is talking about the lack of water in California and that the current focus on the "F" word, "fire," is not as important as another "F" word, "Farmer." Water is denied farmers because the Delta Smelt is protected. Here again is some of my commentary from May:

By now, you know that California farmers in the Central Valley are losing their farmland and their livelihood due to a two-inch minnow, the Delta Smelt. The government has taken the water from the farmers and given it to the minnow. What do you do when the gov'mt owns your pond - the pond your cattle drinks from and cools-off in, or the water in the fish-hatchery you own, or.... Senate Bill s.787 is not about the Delta Smelt, but the Delta Smelt is just one current and critical bit of evidence that proves what the government can do to us, if we allow it. Yes, you can put this off on the environmental "greenies" but, the governing body is "the government."

We might want to dismiss any evil intent in s. 787, but changing the designation of the original waters as set out in the original Clean Water Act of numerous years ago, from "navigable waters," to "water of the United States," which includes ALL waters, is a bit of a jump, and I just wonder why the government feels it necessary to control ALL of America's waters. There are a lot of crazy things going on, all of which have years of planning behind them by those dedicated to Socialism, redistribution of wealth, and worse. Control the water, control the health care. The Delta Smelt deprives Americans of food and livelihood - you'll see more about this in the second video below. DDT? Well I began thinking about DDT again during the last days of this year's American Idol. Former idol, Carrie Underwood - you know that gorgeous Okie who is a role-model-exceptionale (just recently partnered in a huge donation of musical instruments to her former high school in Checotah, Oklahoma) - well, anyway, Carrie was in Africa handing out mosquito nets to African mothers to help protect them and their children from mosquito bites, which are often deadly there. That brought to mind the fact that Rachel Carson convinced everyone that DDT was dangerous and toxic. It was banned in the U.S. in 1972. It is still legal in Africa but the use is discouraged - even thought some 3,000 people die, every day, - an African child dies every 30 seconds - in Africa from malaria alone. DDT is also considered effective in preventing typhus and typhoid fever. Nevertheless, the UN is trying to ban it worldwide. I think it is a good bet that Rachel Carson can be attributed with killing more people in the world than any other single person. There is worldwide suffering, even though, as you'll hear Beck report, there are no reports of DDT harming humans. People are still dying today. The mission is to supply mosquito nets. Are we ignorant or what? The first video is Glen talking about all of the above, (except Carrie Underwood), DDT, the Delta Smelt, America's water . He includes Van Jones - the Green Czar. More on this later. The co-authors are many and include all the usual suspects, including Boxer,Cantwell, Dodd, Durbin, Kerry,Leahy, Levin, Sanders, Schumer and sadly, Joe Lieberman.

Standing-up for the Missionary's Right to Urge Against a Vote for Obama

I recently requested that Debbie at RightTruth share an e-mail from one of her readers with Maggie's Notebook. RightTruth said, right up front, they could not personally vouch for the missionaries. I asked permission to print Loren and Celeste Davis' e-mail because it echoed some heavily sourced information that I have published. Shortly after the post went up, a commenter dropped by and told me that I was spreading rumors about Barack Obama, and that the missionaries were on the record as saying (in the commenter's words):

They've claimed that the NFL, the National Football League, is part of a satanic conspiracy to destroy Christianity. They say that Wal-Mart's logo has secret satanic symbols too.

If you Google certain things about the Davis', who have their own website, the commenter's site comes up first - and he has posted about this several times. Around 5pm today he put up his own post, reiterating in the vain of his above partial comment. Back to why I published the e-mail - and I'm glad that I did. The e-mail mentioned the missionaries "living and working in Kenya," which fit perfectly with my research area and previous posts. The e-mail also mentioned the following confirming my post: (1) Obama campaigned for Raila Odinga for President in 2006 (2) Extreme violence accompanied the December 2007 elections (3) Odinga is a socialist and spent a lot of time in Germany (4) Odinga claimed the election was a fraud (5) Churches were burned and people inside died In addition, some of the e-mail confirmed some of my unreported research: (1) Obama and Odinga are cousins (2) Obama is a Muslim (3) Obama is a racist I cannot prove that the above three items are true. I CAN prove that the above grouping of five is reported by many sources, supported by documents in some cases, and photos in other. There is compelling reason to believe that the grouping of five is true. The missionaries did not mention this, which I reported: (1) Barack Obama's father had a very close relationship to Raila Odinga's father (2) Raila Odinga signed an agreement with the National Muslim Leaders Forum to allow and enforce Shariah law in certain areas of THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA. (3) Barack Obama's father published his advocation of "communal ownership of land and forced confiscation of privately controlled land..." (4) Barack Obama's father advocated the nationalization of "European" and "Asian" owned enterprises, including hotels with the control of these operations handed over to the "indigenous" black population. So, there is every reason for missionaries living among the inhabitants of a torn country, with the many complications of tribal politics, to see things the way the overwhelming majority of Christians there see them, rather than taking the view of the minority of Muslims. The Davis' are Americans. They do not like Obama. They have every right to put their bias in print and send it out to their readers - and the commenter's bias can prove no more truth than the Davis' - and you cannot get around the fact that the Davis' have more than a little experience in the area, among the people. Many of the Davis' claims are documented in the sources I linked to above. Whether Obama is a racist? Some, in fact, quite a few, think he is. Some also think he's Muslim. Some also think he is Raila Odinga's cousin. As I read about them, my opinion is that they: (1) Believe the Bible is the only word of God, just as it is written. (2) They are not new agers, or spiritualists. (3) They are, perhaps, of the pentecostal persuasion. (4) They believe in the anti-Christ and the mark of the Beast. (5) They believe every word of the Book of Revelations. (5) They teach and preach about both of the above. Wal-Mart: On the Davis' website they talk about the veri-chip and speculate that it might be "the mark of the beast." They do not state that Wal-Mart has anything to do with Satan (at least that I can find) - but they intimate that the veri-chip will make it easier for Satan to make his mark. Many companies use the veri-chip to identify their products. Whether Satan talked them into it or not, no one knows. The NFL: The commenter in his post today says that the Davis' "took down" their comments about the 2008 Pro-Bowl half-time entertainment. I, indeed, did see it there today, and it now appears to be gone. The commenter has it posted and I've borrowed it from him:

An interesting thing happened during the American Super Bowl which determines the NFL Football Champion, February, 2007. The half-time entertainer had a big cloth of some kind around the stage on which he was performing. There was an appendage hanging down from his guitar. This created a silhouette that LOOKED LIKE SATAN with a forked tail, and below him showed the silhouettes of people with their hands lifted as if they were WORSHIPPING SATAN. The secular news media was even talking about this. No one should be naive enough to believe that this was merely coincidental. The world is being conditioned to fulfill Revelation 13:4, to boldly and openly worship Satan. The Bible prophesies this is coming. These are some of the signs of the times. (Matthew 16:3)”

The commenter believes the Davis' are involved in a "bizarre conspiracy theory world view." Maybe they are. I don't know, but it has nothing to do with the information in their e-mail. The Davis' believe in the Book of Revelations. It's that simple. Some out there are trying to identify end times and some are not. African Missionaries Speak Out About Obama

After posting, a commenter suggested that the missionaries who wrote this e-mail were less than credible. I posted an answer here. The missionaries are urging American voters to be cautious about voting for Barack Obama April 19, 2008 Alert about Obama from African missionaries

I received the following via email from Mary Chamberlain, a staunch opponent of illegal immigration and proud American. I do not know the identity of the 'missionaries' is accurate, or the original date of the email, ... but I am posting it because the sentiments expressed are those shared by many people around the world. Read it and see what you think.

Celeste and Loren Davis are Missionaries in Africa and can shed some light on one of our Presidential candidates.

Thanks for sending out an alert about Obama. We are living and working in Kenya for almost twelve years now and know his family (tribe) well. They are the ones who were behind the recent Presidential election chaos here. Thousands of people have been displaced by election violence (over 350,000) and I don't know the last count of the dead. Obama under "friends of Obama" gave almost a million dollars to the opposition campaign who just happened to be his cousin, Raila Odinga, who is a socialist trained in east Germany. He has been trying to bring Kenya down for years and the last president threw him in prison for trying to subvert this country! December 27th elections brought cries from ODM (Odinga Camp) of a rigged election. Obama and Raila speak daily. As we watch Obama rise in the US we are sure that whatever happens, he will use the same tactic, crying rigged election if he doesn't win and possibly cause a race war in America.

What we would like you to know is what the American press has been keeping a dirty little secret. Obama IS a Muslim and he IS a racist and this is a fulfillment of the 911 threat that was just the beginning. Jihad is the only true Muslim way. We have been working with them for 20 years this July! He is not an American as we know it. Please encourage your friends and associates not to be taken in by those that are promoting him. It is world wide jihad. All our friends in Europe are very disturbed by the Muslim infiltration into their countries. By the way, his true name is Barack Hussein Muhammed Obama. Won't that sound sweet to our enemies as they swear him in on the Koran!

God Bless you. Pray for us here in Kenya. We are still fighting for our nation to withstand the same kind of assault that every nation, including America, is fighting. Takeover from the outside to fit the new world order. As believers, this means we will be the first targets. Here in Kenya, not one mosque was burned down, but hundreds of churches were burned down, some with people in them, burned alive. Jesus Christ is our peace but the new world order of Globalism has infiltrated the church and confused believers into thinking that they can compromise and survive. It won't be so. I will send you a newsletter we sent out in February documenting in a more cohesive manner what I've tried to say in a few paragraphs.
