Steve Brown Image Hijacked by Dem Party in Fake UPS Ad: Martha Coakley Backs FedEx Unionization
Republican US Senate candidate for Massachusetts, Steve Brown, had his image hi-jacked by the Massachusetts Democrat Party in an ad that rankled an Atlanta UPS operation, and Martha-the-Mouth Coakley is backing FedEx Unionization.
The ad asks "What can Brown do to you?" - a take-off on the UPS campaign "What can Brown do for you." The answer:
He can reward corporations that ship your job overseas just like George W. Bush.UPS is asking that the Massachusetts Dem Party stop the ad - right now!
Brown's opponent, Martha Coakley, promised to support unionization of FedEx carrier workers yesterday. She promised to "level the playing field" for workers prohibited from organizing under the federal Railway Labor Act.
If the efforts of Coakley and others are successful, "thousands of workers" would be pulled from the railway act to join unions.
...a spokesman for Memphis-based FedEx said the workers are part of the company’s vast airline carrier fleet - and airline workers fall under the railway act.

Chuck Schumer Scott Brown Far Right Teabagger: Foul-Mouthed Senator Schumer
Classy: Schumer Calls Scott Brown a "Far Right Teabagger
by Lonely Conservative
Chuck Schumer is an embarrassment to the State of New York. In his latest fund raising email he sunk to a whole new low.
Martha Coakley is running to fill the rest of Ted Kennedy’s term, and her opponent is a far-right tea-bagger Republican.
It would be bad enough to lose his seat — and Democrats’ sixtieth vote in the Senate — right before the final health care reform vote. But it would be even worse for the decisive “no” vote to come from Ted Kennedy’s old seat. This is some brave new world we have here.
The best way to shut the Chuck up is to help Scott Brown win this election.

Black Panther DOJ Coverup: Civil Rights Commission Request Ignored: In Your Face DOJ Racism
The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has, for months, sought an explanation from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) of how the dismissal of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case was handled. Finally, subpoenas were issued to DOJ attorneys and those subpoenaed have been instructed to not appear in court, and not to give over any subpoenaed documents. That's your Obama Justice Department at work folks.
The background on the story is that three New Black Panther thugs, garbed in para-military-looking garb, planted themselves outside a Philadelphia polling place during the November 2008 presidential election day - one wielding a nightstick. It was caught on tape. A voter intimidation lawsuit was filed. For five months the men refused to show up in court. A judge asked for a final judgment. Then DOJ civil rights attorneys got involved and completely dismissed the case. Now we know why.
From Jennifer Rubin writing for Commentary Magazine:
The Justice Department has ordered its career trial lawyers who have been subpoenaed by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights not to appear to provide testimony or give documents in the investigation of DOJ’s dismissal of the New Black Panther Party voter-intimidation case. The Washington Times explains:
Todd Gaziano, a member of the Civil Rights Commission says the guidelines cited do not apply...Joseph H. Hunt, director of the Justice Department’s Federal Programs Branch, ordered the lawyers’ silence in a letter to the attorney for J. Christian Adams, the lead attorney for the department in the New Black Panther case. The letter said “well-established” and “lawful” Justice Department guidelines prohibited Mr. Adams’ cooperation in the commission probe.
Our job places a premium on our role as a watchdog of federal and state enforcement agencies, and to that end, Congress has instructed all agencies to comply fully with our requests,” he said. … [Gaziano] said the Justice Department “had it exactly backwards” when it suggested that there could be negative consequences for those who comply with the commission’s subpoenas. He said a lawyer cannot refuse to comply with a subpoena he knows to be lawful.I say good luck to Mr. Gaziano. He should watch his back. The Walpinization of Gaziano is being planned as I type. You may remember Inspector General Gerald Walpin who was fired by the White House for doing his job and revealing millions of stolen funds by AmeriCorp. The White House illegally fired Walpin - but hey so what (thumbing of haughty noses). Gaziano will be next.
Rubin says a source told her that that J. Christian Adams was "not quite" threatened with the loss of his job, but plainly...
...he and his colleague, Christopher Coates, the voting rights section chief, are being strong-armed to disregard a lawful subpoena. This is abject lawlessness, the sort of executive imperiousness that, if practiced by a Republican administration, would bring howls of protest from Congress, the media, and liberal lawyers’ groups. While the DOJ spokesperson continues to claim there never a case supporting voter intimidation, Rubin says DOJ lawyers object
The Obama Justice Department doesn’t want to respond to a subpoena because they have a personnel rule? Next thing you know they’ll be claiming executive privilege for a social secretary. Oh yes, that’s right … [already done that!]
But of course the lawyers disagree, claiming that their best legal judgment was overridden by political appointees without justification. They have a story to tell, with documents, firsthand accounts of meetings and conversations and e-mails with the political appointees’ own remarks, which they say will substantiate their position. But the Justice Department won’t let any of that out, nor will it say what specifically about the case lacked factual or legal support. The options according to Rubin are for attorneys to appear before the Commission in defiance of Obama and Holder et al, and risk their jobs, or some kind of deal may be negotiated to help the DOJ cover their tracks or "Congress might wake up, fulfill its obligation to conduct some real oversight of the Obama administration, and actually hold a hearing on the matter."
The administration acted upon their own racial prejudice and said that voter intimidation is fine and dandy when the Black Panthers want to take control, complete with nightstick to protect their vote, but not yours or mine. Can you imagine, had any Republican ignored and then thwarted subpoenas from the U.S. Civil Rights Commission? The DOJ's actions are blatant, in-your-face racism. I encourage you to read Black Panthers Win: Voter Fraud Wins: Voter Rights Lose and hear Bartle Bull's account of that day in Philadelphia. Mr. Bull's civil rights activity goes back to Senator Robert F. Kennedy's 1968 presidential campaign. As an American voter, you need to know what Bull had to say about Philadelphia. Thanks to the incredible news-sleuthing abilities of Larwyn.
Linked by Storm' Normn' - thank you!

Bill Owens NY23 Campaign Promises Trashed: Owens Sworn In Abandons Campaign Promises
Just like a lying Democrat, Bill Owens the Democrat winner of the NY 23rd District special election race for the U.s. House of Representatives, was sworn in and minutes later abandoned his campaign promises. Today he will vote for PelosiCare.
Owens was against a public option - that was "then," and "then" was during the campaigning period. According to The Gouverneur Times, he now supports PelosiCare:
A spokesman for Congressman Owens indicated correctly that Mr. Owens had recanted his solid position against public option later in the campaign, clarifying that he did not wish public option to be a 'litmus test' for the Health Reform bill and that on Oct. 30th, several days prior to the election, in a debate had stated that he generally supported the public option as it was now written (at that time.)Obviously, Owen needed to lie to win the election. This is a good sign for the November 2, 2010 House race when Owen will have to defend his ascendancy to Capitol Hill, probably facing off with conservative Doug Hoffman.
Mr. Owens also indicated during his campaign that he was firmly opposed to cutting Medicare benefits, taxing health care benefits, and increased taxes on the middle class in any way as you can see clearly in the screenshot below, taken directly from Mr. Owens' campaign website.

Liberal Post Election Headlines: Anderson Cooper James Carville Video
After Republicans take the governing of Virginia and the very blue New Jersey, writing headlines had to be a headache this morning. Here's a sampling: (see a video below)
CNN - Elections not a referendum on Obama
ABC: '09 Exit Polls - "Voters Wary of Economy, Obama Not a Factor
MSNBC: Democrat wins seat in heavily GOP area of N.Y.
CBS: Corzine's Fall has been Festering for a while
No one wants to talk about the real reason that Doug Hoffman lost
the NY23 special election race for the U.S. House. Doug Hoffman had
zero support from the GOP. In fact, the party fathers supported the
RINO (Republican in name only) DeDe Scozzafava who dropped out of the
race, on Halloween, after the GOP had already flushed $900,000 down her
liberal toi-ty. To repeat, Doug Hoffman lost by 3 points with no
support from the GOP. You won't hear that anywhere but in blogs.
Rush Limbaugh prediction November 3, election day a.m.:
ABC News radio at the top of the hour here on cue -- by the way, CNN is doing the same thing -- said that the White House is insisting that these governor races should not be seen as a judgment on the White House.I think the video below was taped just before election results were announced. In the video, Obamacare is tied to the evening's elections. Listen to James Carville: if Democrats do not pass health care, the Dems might lose both Chambers [in 2010] - "they'll get slaughtered. Carville also tries to suggest that low health care approval polling is due to Americans being upset that Obama is taking so long to get the job done. They are desperate.
It's tough being CNN today. They've got a poll out that shows Obama at 54% approval. Now, what timing, the day of the election and the day before the results are analyzed. So if Obama is at 54% approval and the Democrats get shellacked today, why, it has nothing to do with Obama. But they bury something very important in their own poll. Obama health care approval: 42 for, 57 against in the CNN poll.

Matt Burns is DeDe Scozzafava Ex Campaign Manager: Burns Endorses Doug Hoffman
DeDe Scozzafava, a New York Republican, dropped out of her bid for the U.S. House from New York's 23rd district and endorsed her Democrat opponent, David Owens. Assemblywoman Scozzafava's ex-campaign manager endorsed Hoffman.
Republican Burns took a stab at defending Scozzafava's "capable" legislating, but said he disagrees with her decision to back Democrat Owens:
I am supporting Doug Hoffman, because denying Nancy Pelosi another foot soldier is vital to restoring fiscal responsibility and common sense in Washington.Mr. Burns said he agreed with Newt Gingrich:
...the party needs to recruit both moderates and conservatives if it expects to pick up seats in '10. He said he agrees with ex-Speaker/ex-Scozzafava backer Newt Gingrich (R) that the party needs to find candidates that fit their districts. Burns: "Otherwise, it's going to be tough to take back the House."Perhaps Burns didn't hear the latest from Newt:
The age of party leaders picking people is over.Burns did the right thing. Scozzafava was not statesman-like, and Doug Hoffman is the only conservative who has run in this race, or is running in this race.
This is both a tribute to the power of the national conservative movement to define an issue and a commentary on the populist anger against politics-as-usual.

John Edwards Sex Tape: John Edwards, Rielle Hunter Sex Tape?
Shocked to see a reporter, and without saying anything, Edwards ran up the stairs leading from the hotel basement to the lobby. But, spotting a photographer, he doubled back into the basement. As he emerged from the stairwell, reporter Butterfield questioned him about his hookup with Rielle. What a story that was. So here's what happened next: Andrew Young, a former aid to John Edwards claimed that Hunter's baby was his during the 2008 campaign - not Edwards. That was before the Young's book deal was signed. Funny thing, Andrew subsequently moved to a new home, unpacked and guess what he found? A videocassette:
Hunter had been hired by the Edwards campaign to videotape the candidate’s movements, but this one is said to have shown him taking positions that weren’t on his official platform.
The purported sex tape confirmed to Hunter that Edwards was even more reckless than he thought.
According to our source, Hunter confided to Young that she and Edwards talked about getting married should the candidate’s cancer-stricken wife, Elizabeth, pass away, even discussing what music they’d play at their wedding.
I predict Young's book will be a bestseller. Other Commentary on the despicable Edwards affair: Track-A-'Crat

Inauguration: Rev. Joseph Lowery Believes Obama will "Lead the World"
On January 20, 2009, just after Barack Obama is sworn in as America's 44th President, Rev. Joseph Lowery will deliver the benediction.
A few weeks ago, the UK's TimesOnline, reports that Lowery missed a personal telephone call from the President-elect, requesting that he give the inaugural's closing prayer.I called him back on his BlackBerry. I asked if I could speak to the 44th president of the United States and he said, ‘Brother Lowery, I believe that would be me.’Dr. Lowery says that from the inaugural stage he hopes to be able to see the Lincoln Memorial, where his close friend, Dr. Martin Luther King, delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech:“I told him I would be honoured and humbled. It’s a momentous occasion in history, particularly for those of us who have been engaged in the struggle for first-class citizenship,” he said.
I’ve been told you can see a portion of the memorial and I believe that in my mind’s eye I shall see Martin Luther King shedding tears of joy,” he said in an interview. He believes that Barack Obama is not only chosen as the American leader, but a leader of the world.
[He has] ...been touched by the hand of God to lead this nation and, indeed, lead the world through leading this nation to an era of peace and abundant life...Dr. Lowery was instrumental in the most emotionally charged days of the civil rights period. He, along with civil rights icons, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Frank Abernathy, founded the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC). King asked Lowery to deliver the demands and the plans for the famous marches from Selma, AL to Montgomery, AL. to Governor George Wallace, infamous for his segregationist stance, and later famous as a born-again-Christian who asked for Lowery's forgiveness. The now retired, the 87 year old pastor of Atlanta's Cascade United Methodist Church, is known for his fiery sermons, and using his rhetoric as a mighty sword from the pulpit. He protested against the Iraq War with Cindy Sheehan outside the grounds of President G. W. Bush's Crawford, TX ranch, and memorialized Coretta Scott King, the widow of Martin Luther King, Jr. at her funeral. Many Americans were incensed at Lowery's insensitivity as, from the pulpit, he verbally attacked President Bush, who was present among the dignitaries
We know now there were no weapons of mass destruction over there," he said in a boisterous, rhyming oration. "But Coretta knew and we know that there are weapons of misdirection right down here -- millions without health insurance, poverty abounds. For war, billions more, but no more for the poor."The ever-respectful, ever-generous-of-spirit President George Bush, sitting just a few feet away, it is reported, "stood and embraced Lowery with a smile at the end of his comments." Lowery even rhymed his cheap shot. See video below. The FrontPageMagazine expose shows us this glimpse of Lowery:Lowery's remarks and other barbs were met with bursts of applause.
He once linked arms with PLO terrorist Yasser Arafat and sang "We Shall Overcome" He believes that the U.S. Government was complicit in Martin Luther King's assassination He believes that the CIA has imported drugs from Central America When Daniel Ortega headed the Sandinista Marxist dictatorship in Nicaragua, Lowery hosted a reception for him in Atlanta. He has been called Jeremiah Wright's "twin," and the "other" Jeremiah Wright. Comparisons to Wright are seen at two United Methodist Board of Church and Society events:
Cleveland 2000: We demonized the saints and canonized the Devil. We've sown the seed and now we're reaping the whirlwind [referring to the Cold War] Pittsburgh 2004: [urging the church to take a sinful America] down by the riverside....[low minimum wages and the absence of socialized medicine] weapons of mass destruction...[urged beating missiles into] morsels of bread, [and tanks into tractors]The article goes on to say Lowery blamed America's supposed "re-segregation" on Supreme Court Justices appointed by Presidents Reagan and Bush, and he accused America of "killing and outraging Muslims." He is a recipient of the NAACP Lifetime Achievement Award, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center Peace Award, the National Urban League's Whitney M. Young, Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award, and named one of the "Fifteen Greatest Black Preachers" by Ebony Magazine. He married Evelyn Gibson in 1948. He is the grandfather of model, actor, and comedian Vaughn Lowery, also known as "Joe Boxer" from a K-Mart Christmas commercial. Watch the video as Vaughn unwraps his "present"

Caroline Kennedy's Obligatory Upstate NY Tour
Cross Posted at The Lonely Conservative
It was reported at the beginning of the local news at noon that Caroline Kennedy arrived in Syracuse, NY for a meeting with Mayor Matt Driscoll. Before the half hour broadcast ended it was reported that the meeting was over and Kennedy was off to Rochester.
Upstate is New York’s red headed step child. Nobody wants anything to do with us until they want or need something. Then they make a token gesture and move along. It’s almost embarrassing. Does Ms. Kennedy believe her little trip will convince Upstaters that she gives a hoot about us? Is she kidding?
I wonder how her meeting with Mayor Driscoll went? I’ll bet it was something like this:
DRISCOLL: Wwwwelcome to Syracuse Ms. Kennedy. Would you like to stay for lunch?
KENNEDY: Sorry Mark, I don’t have time so let me get to the point. You’re a small city mayor, I’m a Kennedy. Support me in my quest for the open senate seat and I’ll be sure to remember you should you ever seek higher office. You’re term-limited aren’t you?
DRISCOLL: Let’s pose for a photo together. Can you get me an autograph from Uncle Teddy?
KENNEDY: Thanks for your time, Mark, but I have to run. I’m meeting mayor Buffy in Rochester.
One small consolation is knowing that Caroline Kennedy had to endure Upstate weather for a day.

Another First For Illegal Aliens
Today I unpacked my winter clothes in preparation for a long winter, and a long winter is coming if not of the thermometer, then of the soul. A man that represents not simply an opposing view but the view of those who oppose America and all it stands for, will sit in the Oval Office. Worse still he did not get there through a democratic election but through fraud, voter intimidation and every dirty trick culminating in a campaign that had little in common with conventional American politics and a great deal in common with the cults of personality cultivated by totalitarian dictators. So, the voters of the United States have spoken. They have chosen – or we have chosen because it is important to treat the presidency with respect, something the Progressive-Left wouldn’t have understood until now – a 47-year old multiracial man, who had a decidedly “Progressive” upbringing, who taught community activist organizations to pressure financial institutions into embracing bad business practices, whose records when in the Illinois Senate were destroyed and who started campaigning for the presidency almost from the beginning of his US Senate career. Congratulations, President-Elect Obama. You pulled it off. We, as a people, chose Obama, questionable theology and all, to be president over an increasingly inclusive, reach-across-the-aisle, established war hero who proved his love of country through bone-breaking torture at the Hanoi Hilton. We chose Obama, questionable political ideological belief system and all, over a seasoned Senator with a proven track record of getting things done and a man the mainstream media used to adore before he dared to run against the “First Black President,” even though Obama really isn’t all that “Black” (a genealogical examination of Obama’s family line indicates he is 50% Caucasian, 43.75% Arab, and 6.25% African corresponding to the demographic of his Great-Great-Grandparents: 8 Caucasians, 7 Arabs and one African). The likelihood that the United States of America, the nation of liberty, would fall victim to the wiles of Socialism, seemed impossible. And when Ronald Reagan captured the presidency as the 1980's opened, the liberal attempt at gaining full power seemed to be defeated for good. The platform of Conservatism had produced landslide elections, created a prosperous economy after the economic darkness of the 70's, and reminded the world that America is the strength of the world and that peace comes through that strength. The Republicans in Congress have not stood up for Conservative Values and Principles since the early 90's, for the most part. And the candidate the Republican Leadership offered for president in this election, John McCain, is a moderate famous for bucking the party and sitting with his Democrat buddies across the aisle. The Conservatives like myself that did vote for McCain did so reluctantly, primarily because an Obama presidency was just too frightening to imagine. Don't get me wrong, I agree with McCain on many things, but in turn, there are many positions of his I disagree with as well. This is why Sarah Palin energized the Conservative Base so much. The New Battle: A Convening of Conservative Warriors
Today begins the new battle for Conservatism. There is only one place to start and that is with Republicans in Congress.
Let us not think back on the past weaknesses of our Conservative leaders. Now is the time to demand boldness from them.
Let us encourage the Republican wing of Congress to get to the microphones, write editorials, send emails, seek out Conservative radio, and take on the subtle issues that are designed to move Conservatism across the map.
Let us know that while the Conservative voice is not strong enough to make "all the difference," it is strong enough to make "some difference."
Let us get to know the Committees of Congress, identify the Conservative members and stay in contact with them.
Let us know the Bills coming to Committee, have a feel for their dispensation and make our arguments directly to the Conservative Committee members.
Let us never allow our Senators and Representatives to bow to the Majority without loudly and strongly making the Conservative case. Even when we lose - let them hear from us.
Let us know all we can about the United Nations. Let us note every word uttered about the U.N., by our President and our U.N. Ambassador. Blog about it. Watch it. Blog about it even more.
Let us be informed about Senator Obama's Global Poverty Bill (s.2433). Let us get to know that Bill intimately. Let us determine how tying the U.N.'s Millennium Goals to that Bill can be imposed on America.
Let us have conversations with our Conservative Congressmen about s.2433.
Let us renew the cry for Drill Here, Drill Now. This issue has not been defeated with an Obama-Biden win, but there is no doubt the struggle will be long and hard. Let us not make the battle easy for Liberals.
Let us demand that all those executives complicit in the bailout be known and punished. This must not fade away, lost in the helpless feeling that we can do nothing. We need a battle cry.
Let us not throw up our hands and wait for the next election.
Our Senators and Representatives receive a paycheck from us, and it has not been money well spent. Let us make them work for their pay, and in doing so, let us help them strengthen their voice in the hallowed halls of our Capitol.
Let us not just lie down and take it. Let us offer daily support against Senator Reid and Speaker Pelosi. Let us be in IM mode.
Finally, let us continue to seek answers to the questions we've been asking about Senator Obama's background. There will be a groundswell now to put all that behind us and move forward. If there is nothing worthy to be disputed, I'll accept that, but not until I know.
As I write this, Fox News has a clip of last night's rally for Obama in Grant Park. In the center of the screen is the red flag of Communism - the hammer and sickle flag is physically being help up for the camera.

Obama and the DNC secretly Prepare for "another" Stolen Election
Cross-posted by FaultlineUSA
The Obama campaign is pretty confident that Obama is going to win this election eventually – one way or another. But just in case the election is close, their plans are already in place. Should Obama lose there will be a whole lot of litigation in several, if not all, states.
The majority of Americans think he’s going to win what with the multiple questionable polls designed to shape opinion, 90% of the media in the tank for him and telling us that he’s winning, and the Obamanists threatening riots if he loses. Naturally many conservatives are more than a bit concerned.
The primary question conservatives are afraid to ask is “What if the election is very close and Obama wins, then what?”
Will the McCain campaign protest? Is there a cadre of thousands of lawyers ready to jump on the ACORN voter registration fraud issue, or the Obama campaign pre-paid credit card donation debacle, or the many suspected votes cast for Obama by non-citizens?
Obama and his “thousands of attorneys” have answers to all these “trumped-up” complaints by the GOP. The DNC has convinced the Kool-aid crowd that Bush stole the last two elections, and they aren’t about the let that pass. So, hang on to you hats, and further down in this article you will find the Obama/DNC election fraud playbook.
Skinny Clue: (1)“Wholly unverifiable electronic voting machines” and (2) The “GOP attempts to disenfranchise voters.”
I suggest that McCain and his campaign study their playbook very carefully!
Brad Friedman, The BRAD BLOG (an” independent election integrity advocate and journalist,” with a overwhelming leftist slant), has been exceedingly worried that Obama's “much-vaunted” team of "thousands of attorneys" is not ready to pounce on any reported problems in the electoral system around the country.
According to Brad, there are already many reports from several states of votes being flipped “on completely unverifiable Direct Recording Electronic (DRE, usually touch-screen) voting machines from Democratic candidates over to Republicans and others.”
Apparently the machines only flip votes one way to hear Brad tell it. That’s because it’s a GOP conspiracy folks. And apparently the GOP, which hatched this sophisticated voting machine plot, didn’t have the smarts to flip a few votes the other way just for cover. Brad doesn’t worry because the Obamaniacs are easily led and willing to believe such tripe.
Brad is still skeptical but somewhat relieved, however, after talking to the DNC and the Obama campaign.
But now, it seems, the Obama/DNC has finally come out of hiding to share what they are doing. Unfortunately, they just can't tell us what that is...
Imagine that? Obama not being able to tell a comrade like Brad or anyone else exactly anything? Surely he jests!
Here’s an excerpt from Brad’s response to AlterNet's "Democrats Describe Efforts to Limit Voting Machines Problems"
. . .He claims, in the report, that Obama/DNC attorneys are "often behind the scenes, but always active." That assertion mirrors similar ones I've received from other higher-ups in the DNC election protection hierarchy. But with each such claim, I continue to ask for evidence to back up that "behind the scenes" work and have, to date, been given none. To the contrary, all evidence that I have been able to gather demonstrates that precisely nothing is being done, at least when it comes to the concerns about the wholly unverifiable electronic voting machines being used to count approximately one third of the votes that will be cast this year.
. . .I'm pleased to see that the DNC has created a database of jurisdictions, equipment used, security procedures and laws in each of the thousands of counties, cities and townships in the country, as I had recommended when addressing their lead attorneys on these very issues at the DNC's 2006 summer meeting in Chicago.
I have little doubt that their efforts, and their "thousands of attorneys", are an improvement over similarly lacking efforts by John Kerry and the DNC in 2004. Nonetheless, until actual evidence is offered --- any evidence --- to back up the claims of the super-secret, behind-the-scenes effort in what should be a 100% transparent democracy, you'll pardon me if I remain not just exceedingly skeptical, but downright furious at the party's brazen willingness to allow millions of votes to go either uncounted, incorrectly recorded, or recorded in such a way that is 100% unverifiable by any human being. . .
But until any such evidence is actually forthcoming, and while I've been receiving reports from some of those "thousands of attorneys" in the Obama/DNC attorney corps telling me what little efforts are being done, and until the claims that "we are on it" stop being countered by actual reported evidence on the ground, such claims are no more impressive or believable than George W. Bush's assertions over the last 6 years that "the War in Iraq is a great success," or that Brownie was doing "a heckuva job" down in New Orleans.
Brad has a lovely little story about the GOP’s “bogus ACORN voter fraud “scam”.
And then, right on schedule, in the days prior to the 2008 election, the GOP again hauled out their bogus ACORN "voter fraud" scam, as the latest battle in the ongoing "Republican War on Democracy".
Of course there’s another side to the ACORN story. See Obama and His ACORNs - What Tangled Webs Are Woven
There can be or, there should be no doubt that Barack's fingerprints are indeed all over ACORN. He has denied it but we all know that he, at one time, was a trainer for the ACORN activists. . . Gateway Pundit and Riehl World View have more information to the Obama-ACORN quagmire.

Back in July a sophisticated Hollywood feature-length documentary film called Stealing America: Vote by Vote was released by the far left. The very progressive Dorothy Fadiman is the Producer/Director. The film is narrated by Peter Coyote.
Dorothy Fadiman has been producing media with a focus on social justice and human rights since 1976. Her film subjects have ranged from progressive education in WHY DO THESE KIDS LOVE SCHOOL? . . .
Here are a few excerpts from some of the glowing reviews from the far left side which pretty well outline the plan of attack for Nov 5th onward.
OpEdNews. . .Those still confused by what happened in 2004 will be illuminated by this necessarily lengthy documentary film. Stealing America outlines the election of 2004 with brilliant continuity of subject matter and profound insight. . .
. . .Fadiman should be on the fast-track to an Emmy nomination for Best Documentary Film of 2008 with Stealing America Vote by Vote.
Why was there such an unprecedented disparity between the exit polls in the 2004 presidential election (which had Kerry over Bush by 51 to 48 percent) and the race's ultimate tally (in which those numbers were flipped)? That's the key question posed by this tersely sobering documentary. Its provocative thesis is that the age of electronic voting machines has actually made election fraud easier. If that sounds like a conspiracy theory, it is. But Stealing America: Vote by Vote mounts its case with hardheaded numerical logic. The result will leave you wondering if we're in for a fresh recount disaster this fall. B+
Documentarian Dorothy Fadiman was working as a volunteer on Election Day in 2004 in Florida when she heard one voter after another complain that their votes were “flipped”: they voted for one candidate but the name of another candidate subsequently showed up on the screen of the electronic voting machine. (In a wild coincidence, all the reports involve votes for Democratic candidates flipping to votes for Republicans.) . . .
. . . Citizens wrongfully purged from voter rolls, absurdly long wait times on Election Day (up to 12 hours in some precincts, which inevitably prevents some people from voting), votes not registered, vote not counted, easily hacked voting software, exit polls diverging crazily from “official” vote counts (when they previously were particularly accurate predictors of final outcomes), and more...
. . . but any concerned citizen should be outraged, particularly when it appears that any explanation that could encompass “mere” incompetence or random error must be discounted when all these “irregularities” invariably favor Republicans over Democrats -- there doesn’t appear to be a single disputed election that was thrown to a Democratic (or, heven forfend, a Green or Libertarian Party candidate); it’s always Republicans who benefit.
. . .But no recent film comes closer to showing the horrifying potential glitches in the electoral process than the new documentary “Stealing America: Vote by Vote.” . .
. . .— the 90-minute movie was directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Dorothy Fadiman and features a nonpartisan lineup of experts ranging from Ronald Reagan economics adviser Paul Craig Roberts to liberal activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
One of the experts who appears in the film is Ion Sancho, the Leon County, Fla., supervisor of elections who helped oversee the recount in Miami-Dade County during the 2000 presidential race. When we spoke to him late last week about the new documentary, Sancho said the subject matter is definitely germane to what’s happening this year, and he pointed to states such as Indiana and Pennsylvania as potential problem areas in the 2008 presidential race. “Pennsylvania and Indiana are jurisdictions with partisan election administrations, and that’s one of the things that the film tries to illustrate,” said Sancho . . .
Despite their concerns about possible voting mishaps, Sancho and Fadiman are encouraged by events such as the grass-roots efforts that helped New Mexico enact laws giving voters some verification of their ballots. “There’s a move among citizens towards the paper ballot option,” she said. “In New Mexico, activists reached the Legislature and the governor and, indeed, now there are paper ballots used there.

Community Organizing: Seizing Power, Creating Socialism
[transcription of above] Our final goal is the destruction of imperialism, the seizure of power, and the creation of socialism. Our strategy for this stage of the struggle is to organize the oppressed people of the imperial nation itself to join the colonies in the attack on imperialism. The process of attacking and weakening imperialism involves defeat of all kinds of national chauvinism and arrogance; this precondition to our fight for socialism. The above from Prairie Fire - written by William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn Zomblog has copies of a rare Weather Underground newspaper known as Osawatomie. Published in 1975 as William Ayers and Bernardine Dohn were hiding from authorities, and as Zomblog put it:
"transitioning from terrorism..."to inside work for the revolution...what we now know was a plan to overthrow the government of the United States, tells us what community organizing is all about, and it's all about the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis. If you are beyond weary of hearing about William Ayers' connection to Barack Obama, Zomblog makes THE point, and I'll use it here, because it cannot be said better:
Ayers was not simply protesting "against" the Vietnam War. Firstly, he wasn't against war in principle, he was agitating for the victory of the communist forces in Vietnam. In other words: He wasn't against the war, he was against our side in the war. This is spelled out in great detail in Prairie Fire. Secondly, and more significantly, the Vietnam War was only one of many issues cited by the Weather Undergound as the justifications for their violent acts. As you will see below, in various quotes from Prairie Fire and in their own list of their violent actions (and in additional impartial documentary links), Ayers and the Weather Underground enumerated dozens of different grievances as the rationales for their bombings -- their overarching goal being to inspire a violent mass uprising against the United States government in order to establish a communist "dictatorship of the proletariat," in Ayers' own words. The plan was to overturn the government by "creativity and AUDACITY." The following from Osawatomie:
[transcript]… the system itself is inhuman, and socialism is a real alternative; the energy crisis is the fault of Rockefeller and the oil companies, not the Arab people; unemployment is caused by capitalism not “illegal aliens” stealing jobs; war in Indochina or the Mideast is part of the problem, not the solution; political and social action can change things.
[transcript of above] Organizers must be intimately aware of every problem and each injustice, and they must show that underneath each particular problem lies another problem, and another and another until you reach the system of imperialism itself. The system is designed to create problems for poor, Third World and working-class people. Organizers need to find small solutions to small problems and great solutions to great problems. Our solutions should be drastic. We need to build a successful struggle, strong organization and a winning revolutionary party. This is a process, which will not emerge full-blown from our minds. It will emerge and change and grow from practice. We know where to begin. It is with all this in mind that we have created OSAWATOMIE, the revolutionary voice of the Weather Underground Organization. The following from Ayers and Dohrn's book, Prairie Fire (more at Zomblog):
William Ayers is a communist. But don't take my word for it. He said so himself:
[transcript of above] We are a guerrilla organization. We are communist women and men, underground in the United States for more than four years.
[Zomblog] And not some nicey-nice peace-and-love kind of communist. Through his group the Weather Underground, Ayers was planning to "seize power" in a violent communist takeover of the United States:
[transcript of above] We need a revolutionary communist praty in order to lead the struggle, give coherence and direction to the fight, seize power and build the new society.Manufactured Crisis:
[transcript of above] Our job is to tap the discontent seething in many sectors of the population, to find allies everywhere people are hungry or angry, to mobilize poor and working people against imperialism. You've heard by now that Prarie Fire was dedicated to U.S. "political prisoners,"...one of those deemed a "political prisoner" is Sirhan Sirhan - the murderer of Robert F. Kennedy. Here it is, scanned directly from the book:

Ayers - Death and Destruction: "A Joke About Distribution of Wealth
Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, kill your parents, that's where it's really at...In this 2001 article, he flirts with the issue of truth. Did he really say "kill your parents"..."kill all the rich people?" Maybe it's true, or it may not be true - he can't decide, BUT in the same interview, speaking of the quote above, he says this about it:
It was a joke about the distribution of wealth.'Death to family, destruction of life and property, it is all about the distribution of wealth. William Ayers helped shape Barack Obama. When Obama's career got its kick-start, it happened side-by-side with William Ayers. They conspired to funnel millions of dollars to far-left causes, including funding ethnic studies which denied the celebration as this Nation's Independence Day, instead recognizing Juneteenth. Math and science projects were refused funds. Of Ayers' vision for education, The Wall Street Journal put it this way:
...he views his education work as an effort to stoke resistance to an oppressive American systemBarack Obama help Ayers with this agenda, and they, together, failed miserably to serve the children of Chicago's public schools. He will fail our country miserably, as well.
