Palin on Alaska's "Corrupt Bastard" Reporters Video

Another one of those phone exposés where the party on one end thinks they have terminated a phone call, but fails to break the connection. In this case, CBS KTVA in Anchorage is recorded trying to link Joe Miller, the Republican candidate for U.S. Senate to a sex offender(s) who might be in Miller's political rally audience tonight. Sarah Palin, discussing the revelation on Fox News Sunday today said, without a pause, Alaska reporters are "corrupt bastards." See the Palin video below.

The recording was left on Miller's campaign spokesman's voicemail...accidentally:

A reporter can be heard saying, "We know that out of all the people that will show up tonight, at least one of them will be a registered sex offender."

TRANSCRIPT:

MALE REPORTER: OH Yeah...Can you repeat Joe Miller's...uh...list of people, campaign workers, which one's the molester? [inaudible] 

FEMALE VOICE: We know that out of all the people that will show up tonight, at least one of them will be a registered sex offender. [laughter]

MALE REPORTER: You have to find that one person... [inaudible]

FEMALE REPORTER: And the one thing we can do is ....we won't know....we won't know but if there is any sort of chaos whatsoever we can put out a twitter/facebook alert: saying what the... 'Hey Joe Miller punched at rally."

FEMALE REPORTER: Kinda like Rand Paul...I like that. [laughter]

FEMALE REPORTER: That's a good one.

After the Fox News report hit, KTVA General Manager issued a statement saying:

"While the recording is real, the allegations are untrue.

"The perception that this garbled, out of context recording may leave is unfortunate, but to allege that our staff was discussing or planning to create or fabricate stories regarding candidate Miller is absurd. The complete conversation was about what others might be able to do to cause disruption within the Miller campaign, not what KTVA could do."

Well...gosh, CBS was so concerned about Miller, the Republican, they were concerned about what "others might be able to do." Most benevolent, don't you think. It is always someone else's fault.

Watch Carl Cameron's face as he expresses how "extraordinary" it is, that the press might target people attending political rallies. I'm thinking Cameron agrees that, at least, these reporters are, indeed, corrupt bastards."

Burt Reynolds Loni Anderson: Burt and Loni Reuniting

A new TV show will star formerly married, now 16 years divorced, Burt Reynolds and Loni Anderson.

In a replay of real life, the once-feuding couple will play bickering seniors living in a retirement home - and the show will be scripted by famed All in the Familycreator Norman Lear, The ENQUIRER learned exclusively.

Both Burt. 74 and  Loni, 65,  are veterans of sitcom hits. 

Loni was the busty blonde hottie of WKRP in Cincinnati. And Burt made Evening Shade a hit.

During the Burt and Loni marriage, they adopted a son, Quinton Anderson Reynolds, who would be about 22 years old now. It appears that Burt has not remarried after his divorce from Anderson. Loni married Bob Flick, a founding member of The Brother Four folk band, in May 2008.

There are reports that Reynolds had quintuple bypass surgery in March of this year.  Just dreadful that the new show will be filmed in a "retirement home." No word yet on which network will air the episodes. Source for news of the upcoming show: National Enquirer

But, that's not all the Enquirer has to say about this pair. In an August 2010 article. Apparently Reynolds had to enter "alcohol and pain pill rehab in 2009 after collapsing at his home in Hobe Sound, FL. Loni said he owned her $400,000 in back child support. She said she felt sorry for him, and did not want to tag him a "deadbeat dad."

His child support was set at $4,000 a month, which Anderson said was only paid sporadically, although he made more than 20 movies since their divorce. So now we get the story. Loni would not demean the man she hopes to have a TV hit with, and perhaps a part of his pay check will go to Anderson. See the Enquirer article.

W. was in office and among other names, called "Satan's Monkey,"or General David Petraeus tagged General Betrayus by Obama funder George Soros? No one wants to talk about the real reason that Doug Hoffman lost the NY23 special election race for the U.S. House. Doug Hoffman had zero support from the GOP. In fact, the party fathers supported the RINO (Republican in name only) DeDe Scozzafava who dropped out of the race, on Halloween, after the GOP had already flushed $900,000 down her liberal toi-ty. To repeat, Doug Hoffman lost by 3 points with no support from the GOP. You won't hear that anywhere but in blogs.


 Rush Limbaugh prediction November 3, election day a.m.:

ABC News radio at the top of the hour here on cue -- by the way, CNN is doing the same thing -- said that the White House is insisting that these governor races should not be seen as a judgment on the White House.


It's tough being CNN today.  They've got a poll out that shows Obama at 54% approval.  Now, what timing, the day of the election and the day before the results are analyzed.  So if Obama is at 54% approval and the Democrats get shellacked today, why, it has nothing to do with Obama.  But they bury something very important in their own poll.  Obama health care approval: 42 for, 57 against in the CNN poll.  

I think the video below was taped just before election results were announced. In the video, Obamacare is tied to the evening's elections. Listen to James Carville: if Democrats do not pass health care, the Dems might lose both Chambers [in 2010] - "they'll get slaughtered. Carville also tries to suggest that low health care approval polling is due to Americans being upset that Obama is taking so long to get the job done. They are desperate.

Valerie Jarrett on Obama's Bipartianship: Stephanopoulous on Obama responsible for health care failure?

George Stephanopoulous asks Valerie Jarrett, known as the other side of Barack Obama's brain, if the president "bears" any "responsibility for the failure to get Republican votes" for the health care bill. Jarrett has a lot to say about Obama's bipartianship. See video below.

Stephanopoulous, host of ABC's This Week with George Stephanopoulous cites the polls and says that "the partisan divide persists on issue after issue after issue," and then asks what responsibility Obama bears for not bringing the parties together for health care reform.

Jarrett cannot answer the question about responsibility, because this is a concept foreign to this White House,  but she has plenty to say about how Obama has "been forthcoming," "is constantly reaching out to Republicans," how he "is known for listening most closely to those with whom he disagrees," and the best one, the president "has been consistent not just here, domestically, but also around the world in the way he has reached out."

But, Stephanopoulous says, he has not included "their ideas in the legislation." Well, that's not true, Ms. Jarrett says. She obviously cannnot name one, because she doesn't. "Ultimately, whether they vote for [the bill] or not, doesn't mean that it hasn't been an open and fruitful process."

The question is, what kind of fruit will this thorny bush bear?

Jarrett ends with "the President is accountable to the Republican people -- to the American people, sorry." ABC Charlie Gibson to Host Health Care Forum From White House

An ABC anchor will sit in the White House during prime time programming - onair. Charlie Gibson will give President Obama a forum for his health care plan. Later, a townhall-type get-together will commence within the halls of the People's House. Details below.

Conservatives and "real" Democrats must seriously boycott this attempt to sabotage all dissent on the nationalized health care being foisted upon us. I don't watch ABC anyway, but sometime before and after the June 24th lovefest, I will be noting advertisers and doing what I can not to send any business their way - for a very long time. Perhaps the advertisers for this "special event" will be leaked. I'm also boycotting CBS for calling Ahmadinejad Iran's G.W. Bush and NBC for so many things, but selling critical parts to Iran's military is first on my mind (language alert), then there's the GE bailout. GE is NBC's parent company as well as MSNBC, and CNBC. Remember NBC's Chris Matthews who got a tingle up his leg, or down his leg, each time he was Obama? So pitiful. They are all pitiful. Good thing I don't watch any of them - although I do visit their blogs to see what they're up to. Anyway, here's the report. I can't say it any better than Drudge:
