Hacking Update

A quick update on the hacking of this blog. The IP host in California found the hackers and suspended the account. I expect them to quickly set-up again with another host and come back. I'm making plans for that event. They know how to do it now, so no Blogger blog is safe. Google/Blogger did not respond to any of my pleas for help.

I still am not clear about the motive, whether Liberal operative or the sons of Islam. Across the web these people are identified with the country of Kurdistan and their pings are associated with the flag of Kurdistan. Their website is/was written in Arabic.

Since you are visiting here, do not be concerned about visiting a hacked site. There are NO VIRUSES, my contacts are safe - my computer is not compromised.

Bloggers, remember, if you see links from Maggie's Notebook on your posts, click the arrow next to the link. You'll see the excerpt there, and if the excerpt does not seem related to my post title, I did not put the link(s) there. The only consequence of the hack, as far as I can see, is linking each one of my posts to other conservative blogs. That's it...nothing dangerous, but obviously annoying for my friends.

Allen West and Outlaws: Outlaw Bikers Support Allen West

There is new smear on Allen West for support from The Outlaws Motorcycle Club (AOA). Retired Lt. Col. West is vying to take Democrat incumbent Ron Klein's congressional seat in Florida's 22nd District . The Outlaws support the Colonel. They are arch-enemies of Hells Angels. Both clubs have members in prison.

But here's the thing about The Outlaw's support of Allen West: West is a patriot, he reveres the U.S. Constitution and he talks about it. He reveres our Republic and our democracy, and he talks about it. If the Outlaws are supporting West, then they must also support the same. If the Outlaws are ruthless and involved in criminal activity, our laws will deal with them, but apparently the Outlaws that West has had contact with are free citizens of the U.S. They are free to vote, and I believe they will not vote twice, will not vote a non-voter's vote, and will not sign-up illegals and escort them to the polls - all of which Liberals engage in in every election year. Infamously, if you are a Liberal, and famously if you are a Conservative, West gave a belligerent Iraqi civilian police office the opportunity to tell him who was killing soldiers:

After about 20 more minutes of useless questioning, West grabbed the man, held him down near a box full of sand used to discharge jammed weapons, and said something like, "This is it. I'm going to count to five again, and if you don't give me what I want, I'm going to kill you." West held the man down, counted to five, and then fired his pistol into the discharging box about a foot from the Iraqi's head. He began talking. Over the next few minutes, the prisoner gave very specific information about the plot. He named the conspirators, gave times and dates of the assassination plan, and even described how attacks would be made.

After the Iraqi talked, there were no more attacks on U.S. forces. For this, Lt. Col. West was relieved of this campaign:

He was told he would go through an Article 32, which is about the same as a Grand Jury hearing. At the hearing he was asked if he would do the same thing again. West replied "if it's about the lives of my men and their safety, I'd go through hell with a gasoline can."Congress sent a letter to the Secretary of the Army in support of him with 95 signatories.

Brendan O'Rourke is Kelley Elementary School Gunman: Brendan O'Rourke Has Security Guard License

Brendan O'Rourke has been named the gunman in the Carlsbad, California, Kelly Elementary School shootings. Today we know that O'Rourke holds a valid security guard's license, issued by the state of California. The license does not permit him to carry a gun. With 5 shots fired, two girls, ages 6 and 7 received grazing wounds to their arms. One of O'Rourke's neighbors said he "screams out things, like "I'm going to burn your eyes out."

From CBS KFMB-TV, at least one of O'Rourke's neighbors has previously called the police due to his "erratic behavior."

Records show O'Rourke has previous addresses and relatives in Illinois. He currently lives in the Canyon Creek Apartments on Garrison St. in Oceanside, records show. Neighbors in the complex described O'Rourke as a loner with a temper. Resident Vickie Roe-Mitchell told News 8 she has called police on O'Rourke in the past for his erratic behavior.

"I'm not surprised.  I'm kind of scared of him," Roe-Mitchell said.  "He'd scream out things like, 'I'm going to burn your eyes out.  I'm going to kill you.'"

O'Rourke is 41 years old and reportedly has no prior felony record, although he has "several minor traffic violations in Illinois - assuming that does not have a record under a false name.

Terry Lynn was the O'Rourke jump the fence and fire.

"He was saying something about the president, he was ranting," Lynn said.

There seems to be no news about the presidential rantings.

A 6 year old student, Kenny Speck, said he heard classmates crying and say some of them "went over the fence." Kenny said he ran to Room 23 for safety. The school has about 450 students.

A neighbor and two construction workers helped apprehend the gunman. Reports are mixed. Some say the shooter jumped over a fence onto school grounds, and others say he was outside the fence, shooting in. One student said "I looked in his eyes and it was scary."

Construction worker Carlos Partida said he saw the suspect firing his gun at the children. He said the gunman appeared to be reloading and trying to leave the scene when he jumped in his truck and rammed the man, knocking him down.

“My reaction was to get him. Get him away from the kids,” he said. Partida said he and two other construction workers held the gunman down until police arrived.

Scott Chandler, a professional surfer, lives across the street from Kelly and helped apprehend O'Rourke:

"There was a lot of screaming and hard to tell who was screaming. I've heard different slurs he was saying from other neighbors but he was. At that time, put it this way, the construction workers I believe were all wearing steel-toed boots, and he took a pretty good beating. I looked at him eye to eye, what are you shooting at kids, what's your motive and what you are doing? He kind of grunted, didn't make any comments, just looking into his eyes, he had the crazy look in his eyes. He wasn't all there." 

Along with Carlos Partida and Scott Chandler, Steven Kane and Maro Contreras are hailed as heroes.

Police recovered a 5-gallon gas can and a propane tank in the suspect's car. The bomb squad was called. His pockets were "full of" cartridges, a flashlight and "other electronic devices. He was reported to be carrying a Jack-o-Lantern in one hand as he charged toward the children. O'Rourke gave Police three different names, one a female name. The weapon used was a .357 magnum and is in police custody.

I'm still looking for the mugshot. O'Rourke is held in a San Diego County jail in Vista, California under six counts of attempted murder and numerous weapons violations. Police say he is not cooperating and "probably has some mental health issues."

A West Haven, Connecticut police officer grabbed the arm of Roderick Lewis as Lewis demanded drugs (angel dust) and reached into his waistband. Lewis then struck Officer Scott Bloom in the face. Bloom's police dog, Onyx, jumped from the police cruiser and latched onto Onyx's leg. Lewis then bit into the dog's side...and held on until Bloom eventually pulled the looney off of Onyx. Along with other charges, Lewis is charged with cruelty to animals. Bloom and Onyx were both treated for injuries. Source.

Russ Carnahan's Office Firebombed by Employee - Blamed on Tea Parties

Democrat Congressman Russ Carnahan's (MO) office was firebombed on August 17th in the wee hours of the morning. An arrest was made almost immediately. The Looney-Left quickly blamed Tea partiers,...then the "suspect" was released and the Carnahan office clammed-up. Reportedly, the perpetrator is Chris Powers, a "progressive activist" working for Carnahan.

Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit has the story of Chris Powers, the "disgruntled" Lefty who didn't "get paid" for canvassing for Carnahan. According to Hoft, Powers is a TMP blogger under the name Ripper McCord.

 Dana Loesch blasts the rush to judgement and asks if Carnahan's office knew the perpetrator but kept quiet about it.

Take a look at this quote in the Riverfront Times Blog about the suspect that was released before the Carnahan employee (Powers) was identified:

Police aren't releasing the man's name until charges are officially filed. No motive was given for the attack, though one could suspect that the perpetrator is not a fan of the congressman. Given what we know of him -- 50, white, angry -- he certainly fits the demographics of a Tea Party member.

Jose Rojas Ute Linhart: Jose Rojas Pushes Ute Linhart into Speeding Train - Identifies Himself as Osama bin Laden

Ute Linhart, a New York creative director for stars like Elton John and Katy Perry was pushed into the side of the fast moving, 400-ton, Manhattan "R" subway train by Jose Rojas who identified himself to police as "Osama bin Laden,  f--k you!" Linhart survived the blow into the train, which threw her violently back onto the platform. She said she saw the tracks but realized she was still alive because she was "in so much pain, she couldn't possibly be dead." Can we ask if Jose Rojas is legally in the U.S.?

Linhart had left her Fifth Avenue office and was on her way to meet a friend at Times Square. She said she saw Rojas come "creeping up on me." "He stood next to me for a few seconds and stared at my face. He looked insane." He pushed her from behind into the train.

Ute Linhart is in Bellvue Hospital with a punctured lung, three broken ribs, her left arm broken in two places and bone fragments in her right cheek, along with other cuts.

Linhart said a quick-thinking good Samaritan grabbed her right arm to soften the blow.

"I would love to find the person who pulled me back," she said, adding that hordes of riders circled around and told her to hold on.

"A woman came over and told me she's a nurse and to stay calm," Linhart said. "I felt well taken care of."

She was surrounded by people trying to help her, and as Rojas, 25, tried to run, bystanders held him for police. Jose Rojas has no prior record with the New York Police Department, but witnesses said he had been standing on the platform "pointing in a menacing gun-like gesture" at several others waiting for the train.

Jose Rojas, who works as a cook at Cipriani,  has been charged with attempted murder and assault and is held without bail. His attorney, Christine Delince, said the attempted murder charge against Rojas is "excessive." So what has she been smoking? Like a good Manhattan liberal, Linhart said if she ever sees Rojas again she would "want to know why he acted like a lunatic."

"I would say 'Hi, what's wrong with you? Whats your problem?"

Is there an interest in knowing why he identified himself as "Osama bin Laden? I'm asking again,  is he in the U.S. legally? The Huffington Post refers to Linhart as a "Fashion Big-Wig."

Elias Abuelazam Palestinian Arab Killer of Blacks: Antwoine Marshall I.D.s Elias Abuelazam

Elias Abuelazam, also known as Elias Abullazam, has been arrested and is believed to be a Palestinian Arab, perhaps previously residing in Israel...after first being reported to be White...and then Jewish. It is possible he is a Palestinian Christian..., and then again, maybe not. While he has not been charged, he is believed to be a serial killer of Blacks, suspected of some 20 stabbings. Antwoine Marshall, the first victim, identified an FBI photo in the early morning hours today. Five of the 20 did not survive. Police believe the attacks are racially motivated, and it is important to note that law enforcement authorities have not formally charged Elias Abuelazam/Abullazam.

Haaretz reports that Abuelazam is an Israeli citizen, formerly living in Ramle, Israel. The report says that he was living legally in the U.S. with a green card, and recently visited Israel for the wedding of a sister. Note that Haaretz says nothing about Abuelazam being Christian.

One Ramle resident said Abuelazam left Israel at age 19 or 20 after finishing high school.

Another resident said Abuelazam was orphaned by his father at a young age.

The resident added that Abuelazam was allegedly involved with criminals and had a violent streak, which led his mother to send him abroad.

However, other neighbors who studied with Abuelazam in high school said he avoided violence, despite his physical build. They added, however, that Abuelazam seemed to have undergone significant changes during his recent visit to Israel.

A., a former neighbor and classmate, said Abuelazam was pleasant during the time they studied together, but that lately he would picks fights with "anyone who looked him in the eye."

He added when Abuelazam got angry, it took three people to restrain him.

"In recent years he experienced something that changed him entirely. He started using drugs, so his family sent him abroad."

Other rumors in Ramle alleged that Abuelazam engaged in relationships with older women in the U.S. who then supported him financially.

Elias Abuelazam married American Jessica Hirth in mid-2004. They were married for three years and divorced in 2007. His former mother-in-law, Kimberly Hirth said Abuelazam "was just the sweetest guy." At the time of the marriage, he worked at the Piedmont Behavioral Health Center (now Northridge Behaviorial Healthcare). Jessica Hirth has remarried and is now Jessica Nimitz. Abuelazam has a sister living in Leesburg, Virginia.

The attacker has consistently been described as a tall, muscular white man who often wears a baseball cap. He often gets close to victims by asking for directions or for help with his car; other times he says nothing at all while he approaches his targets from behind. All of the victims were alone when they were attacked.

Abuelazam, 33,  was arrested at the Atlanta airport as he tried to board a Delta Flight 152 to Tel Aviv, Israel. He left a wake of victims in Michigan, Virginia, and Ohio. The first stabbing victim survived the attack and was visited by the FBI this morning, shown a photo of Elias Abuelazam and was able to identify him as his attacker. In this report, posted at 2:23 PM CDT, he is still identified as an Israeli.

The attacks began surfacing in late spring, and picked up the pace as the stabber traversed the country.

Police have said they usually follow a pattern: The suspect approaches black men late at night on lonely urban roads and asks for directions or help with a broken-down car. Then, without warning, he pulls out a knife and strikes. Then, he speeds away in his vehicle, leaving them for dead.

The brazen nature and the frequency of the attacks -- the assailant has struck an average of about once every four days since the first stabbing in May -- has terrified some of those in cities he's already targeted.

The youngest victim was 17; the oldest was 60. They ranged in size from 5-foot-4 inches and 120 pounds to 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds.

Sixteen stabbings of the 20 attacks happened in Flint, Michigan, where Abuelazam worked in a convenience store. He was stopped for a traffic violation in Arlington, Virginia last week. He was "wanted on a simple assault warrant in Leesburg," Virginia but was released on his own recognizance. He has a string of mishaps with the law, including an arrest in December 2007 for felony gun possession. Those charges were dropped in 2008.

Once a Green Chevy Blazer became the focus of the hunt, Abuelazam's time as a free man and a killer shortened considerably.

Abuelazam asked his first known victim, Antwoine Marshall, to help him with his green SUV. He was stabbed twice as he opened the hood of the car. The stabbing cut three of his organs. He has a long scar from his chest to his pelvic area.

On August 3rd a Leesburg, Virginia teenager was stabbed in the back while jogging. A few days later a 67-year-old man in the same area was stabbed while sitting on the steps of his apartment. On August 6th Abuelazam again asked a man to help fix his green SUV. He hit the helper in the head with a hammer. That attack was recorded by a nearby security camera.

A Flint, Michigan neighbor said she noticed the green Chevy Blazer in the driveway of a house, but did not call the police because he was "a dark Middle Eastern man," and descriptions always said the man wanted was White.

Other than the articles linked herein, there is not a lot of confirmation about who Elias Abuelazam is, if he indeed lived in Israel as an Arab citizen, and certainly little confirming that he is Christian. Updates coming as available.

Al Gore Portland Police Meet in San Francisco: Al Gore Questioned by Portland Police

Al Gore has been questioned by Portland, Oregon police about the Sex Poodle's reported sexual assault of hotel masseuse, Molly Hagerty. The report comes from The Enquirer who first broke the story, and their title says Gore was "grilled." Update: August 1, 2010: Whatever acts of sexual harassment Al Gore committed, they are not "appropriate for criminal prosecution," according to ABC News. See more below.

Apparently, the Portland police traveled to San Francisco to "interview," Gore. I assume "interview" means "question" the former Vice President who now has masseuses coming out of the woodwork around the country with their own stories of aggressive and lewd behavior.

"Al Gore has finally been interviewed face to face by detectives in the Molly Hagerty case," a close source told The ENQUIRER. "Details of what was disclosed in the police interview by Gore --and exactly how long the meeting lasted -- remain secret at this time."

Portland police reopened the case involving Hagerty after The ENQUIRER reported that Gore had been named in a hushed-up police report. Hagerty, a licensed massage therapist, claims the former VP fondled her in a luxury hotel room in Portland in October 2006. In an exclusive interview with The ENQUIRER, she's called him "a pervert."

 Rees noted that Hagerty sold her story to the National Enquirer, failed a polygraph test, thanked the hotel management two days after the alleged incident for sending business her way and "has not provided as repeatedly requested medical records she claims are related to the case."

Rees concludes, "This case is not appropriate for criminal prosecution. The matter is closed and the investigative materials will be returned to PPB [the Portland Police Bureau]."

We know the Portland Police are not reopening Al Gore's sexual abuse case because business is slow. Molly Hagerty is the massage therapist's name. Some are claiming the hotel's video surveillance may support her claims, and the Enquirer states there is DNA evidence, video footage and a "key witness." See a video re-enactment below. The Police A family spokesperson said further investigation will only benefit Mr. Gore. Here is part of Molly Hagerty's statement:

Gore "flipped me flat on my back and threw his whole body face down over atop me pinning me down and outweighing me by quite a bit,...he kept trying to have sex with me...."

A spokesperson for the former vice president said then that the family had no comment on the case.

According to a 73-page "Confidential Special Report" made public by authorities on June 23, the "licensed massage therapist" stated she was summoned to a suite at the upscale Lucia Hotel at the reuest of a gues, where "during the course of this massage session Al Gore did sexually assault me in his room.

I doubt the hotel would destroy surveillance of high-profile customers like Al Gore, and who is the "key witness?" Being known as "a pervert and sexual predator" are definitely and inconvenient truth, if true.

Bob Ethridge Assaults Student: Renee Ellmers' Republican Challenger Speaks Out

Democrat Congressman Bob Etheridge, embarrassingly representing North Carolina's 2nd District, struck a student on camera who asked the congressman if he "fully" supports the Obama agenda. Hi Congressman, the young man says, asks his question and gets punched in the face by the servant of the people. His Republican challenger, Renee Ellmers is speaking out. See the video below.

Congressman Bob Etheridge Assaults and Man-handles Student

A quick look at the video and you see the amazing arrogance of Etheridge. He not only hits the student, he man-handles him. Can someone explain why this Congressman says he has the "right to know" his victim's name and school?

If a teacher or principal treated a student this way – it would raise serious questions and he would be suspended. This kind of behavior is equally unacceptable in a Congressman. Bob Etheridge needs to make a full, complete and candid public explanation for this behavior. His describing his behavior as “a poor response” is not adequate. Most important of all, Congressman Etheridge should apologize – in person – to the two students.

Etheridge has apologized. Don't they always? I noted though, that from the question the young man asked, Etheridge pegged him as "intrusive and partisan" in the LA Times article linked in this sentence.

That explains the sorry excuse for a press secretary, Robert Gibbs, who was a staffer for Bob Etheridge.

As Karen at The Lonely Conservative says, "you probably won't see this on CNN." I looked around online for CNN coverage, and I see CNN reporting the apology and the pic above, but I don't see them showing the video. Karen also has information on Etheridge's position on bailouts. David Paterson Aide Accused of Violent Assault: Paterson Aide David W. Johnson Suspended No Pay

An aide to New York Governor David Paterson is accused of violently assaulting an unnamed woman. Last Fall, the woman went to court to get a protective order against the aide, David W. Johnson. Since that time, the victim has had to walk a minefield to bring attention to her case. Has the influence of a Governor's office abused the civil rights of a victim of assault? One thing is not in doubt: it took 4 months to investigate Johnson and suspend his pay until the inquiry is complete.

The alleged assault is not the only thing raising eyebrows around the Governor's office.  "Current and former senior aides," have expressed concern about the influence Johnson has on the governor, but no specifics were given.

David Johnson, 37, has been with Paterson in several positions, beginning as an intern when Paterson was a state legislator. He has served as a driver, a "protector," and a scheduler.

In recent months, however, Mr. Johnson’s ascent has been striking: he is now one of the most senior people in the governor’s administration, paid $132,000. He is described as Mr. Paterson’s closest confidant, a man with a designated room for his overnight stays in the Executive Mansion, and a broadening role in areas like campaign strategy, government initiatives and the management of the governor’s staff.  

Recent investigations show that Johnson has been arrested twice on felony drug charges as a teenager, and at least one misdemeanor assault arrest sometime in the 1990's.

Johnson and the victim were apparently living together along with her 13-year-old son when the assault happened in their apartment:

The alleged assault happened shortly before 8 p.m. on Halloween on the apartment she had shared with Mr. Johnson and her 13-year-old son for about four years, according to police records.

She told the police that Mr. Johnson, who is 6-foot-7, had choked her, stripped her of much of her clothing, smashed her against a mirrored dresser and taken two telephones from her to prevent her from calling for help, according to police records.  

The victim has received protective orders against Johnson twice. She fears retaliation, and has asked that her name not be released. A protective order in New York State do not take effect until the person has been served. Apparently, Johnson was able to evade receiving the documents, or perhaps there was little effort to find him. It's unclear. She also told the court on several occasions that the State Police were harrassing her.

 In the ensuing months, she returned to court twice to press her case, complaining that the State Police had been harassing her to drop it. The State Police, which had no jurisdiction in the matter, confirmed that the woman was visited by a member of the governor’s personal security detail.

Then, just before she was due to return to court to seek a final protective order, the woman got a phone call from the governor, according to her lawyer. She failed to appear for her next hearing on Feb. 8, and as a result her case was dismissed.  

Many details of the governor’s role in this episode are unclear, but the accounts presented in court and police records and interviews with the woman’s lawyer and others portray a brutal encounter, a frightened woman and an effort to make a potential political embarrassment go away.   

Johnson has had three other known "altercations with women." Two led to calls to police. One of them required "the intervention" of David Paterson's chief of staff." That's of no consequences, however, according to Paterson whose office said "there had never been a judicial finding," against Johnson. When Paterson was a state senator, a witness said Johnson "punched a girlfriend" outside of Paterson's Harlem office. Johnson denied the report.

Paterson has asked that Attorney General Cuomo investigate his office and it's handling of the matter. David W. Johnson has been suspended without pay.

Here's how it works when you are connected to the office of the New York State Governor - the victim is given "options."

The State Police superintendent, Harry J. Corbitt, said he was told of the episode within 24 hours after it occurred. He confirmed that a state police officer had met with the woman, even though the episode occurred in the jurisdiction of the New York Police Department. He said the visit was made only to tell the woman of her options, including seeking counseling. 

...we never pressured her not to press charges,” said Mr. Corbitt, whom the governor appointed. “We just gave her options.”   

This article has more about the visit from the State Police and you can hear Corbitt spinning. We'll see what AG Cuomo's office says about David Johnson. It only took 4 months to get the investigation going and his pay suspended.
