Rush Limbaugh Sarah Spitz: Limbaugh Answers Sarah Spitz Wish to Watch Him Die: Megyn Kelly Journolist Video

Sarah Spitz is an NPR producer. That means at least a portion of her salary is subsidized by American taxpayers, giving her the comfort to make the news, rather than report the news. Today Sarah is making the news, and many are reporting it. Sarah wants Rush Limbaugh to die, and she would like to be around to watch. Contrary to how most Americans would react to any person having a heart attack, even our enemies, Sarah Spitz said she would "Laugh loudly like a maniac and watch his eyes bug out...." Spitz commented that she didn't realize she had that "much hate" she had in her, but "he deserves it." Isn't that the Liberal way of thinking: I don't like him. He deserves to die. “Not having wished anyone dead, nor having fantasized about watching someone die, I cannot possibly relate to this,” Limbaugh responded.

I can only surmise. I think most people on the left live in a world where merit is irrelevant. Theirs is a world in which connections, networking, kissing ass and obedient sameness are rewarded. I am the antithesis of all that. I am a legitimate, achieved and accomplished Number One and I’ve made it on my own and without them and without having followed their proscriptions. I think they are also jealous that I just sold my NY condo for a 125 percent profit while their homes are worthlessly underwater.

Funny thing….a number of my friends sent me the Daily Caller piece and the most shocking thing to them in the story was the advocacy of having government shut down Fox News.  That the left wants me dead was not a big deal to them because it was nothing new to them. I think that’s hilarious.

So much for the idea that NPR is an oasis of civil discourse in a desert of vituperation. Spitz is a producer for trendy-hot NPR station KCRW and its nationally distributed talk show Left Right and Center (which could be called Three Leftists and Tony Blankley). But Spitz has also done stories for NPR's evening newscast All Things Considered.

The Daily Caller first reported the online exchange between about 400 "elite" media, academia and activists. This group is known as JournoList and they say they chat about sports, and "non-incendiary subjects." But what The Caller found when they obtained copies of the exchanges, is a group of people who worked hard to elect Barack Obama and deflect his detractors - especially the Not-Very-Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor. The truthful way to say this is, the group decided not to print the truth, or even print both sides and let the people decide what was truthful and what was not.

The Caller shows that some on the JournoList tried to turn focus on what Wright was saying by attacking prominent media and White House employees by calling them racist. Both Fred Barnes and Karl Rove were specifically targeted for the "racist" tag. We are naive to think they stopped at Jeremiah Wright. Volumes of real news, and real investigative reports never made it to sunshine because the media would not risk Obama losing. Read excerpts from JournoList here.

The JournoList even discussed how the FCC might pull Fox News' broadcasting license. Here's Limbaugh's response to that:

...how about the LAW professor who thinks the FCC can pull Fox’s license? Fox does not have a license. The FCC does not grant Fox its right to exist. And this guy teaches law.

The people on the JournoList deemed themselves worthy of shaping the outcome of the 2008 elections. I believe the same was done as we tried to bring out Obama's Socialist/Marxist background, his close associations with radical Weatherman Bill Ayers, and of course, the birth certificate issue.

In the meantime, Rush Limbaugh lives. If there is any justice in this world, Sarah Spitz' career on the taxpayer dime will die.

I made poorly considered remarks about Rush Limbaugh to what I believed was a private email discussion group from my personal email account. As a publicist, I realize more than anyone that is no excuse for irresponsible behavior. I apologize to anyone I may have offended and I regret these comments greatly; they do not reflect the values by which I conduct my life.

 The Daily Caller is correcting Sarah Spitz' employer. She is a producer for NPR-affiliated KCRW, but does not work for NPR. She has contributed six pieces to NPR's Morning Edition and All Things Considered.

As the Spitz story shows, there is a bit of blur inside the public-radio system when it comes to the programming and the payroll. Spitz worked for KCRW, but she offered freelance reports for NPR. KCRW gets taxpayer money from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and sends some of it back to NPR in fees for its news programming. Spitz's show Left Right & Center is on the NPR Podcast directory and airs across the country on almost 40 NPR affiliates.

Karl Rove Tweets Approve Tax Increases? CBO: Debt will Rise to 90% of GDP in 10 Years:

The Obama budget will pile up $10 trillion in cumulative budget deficits over the next 10 years and our nation's debt will settle-in at 90% of our Gross Domestic Product (GDP).The administration missed it's estimates, or lied to us, by $1.2 trillion - or just about the same as the under-estimates for the recent health care legislation. I can't think of a pithy intro to this, so I'll just blurt it out: Karl Rove is listed among Conservatives open to tax increases.

In its 2011 budget, which the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released Feb. 1, the administration projected a 10-year deficit total of $8.53 trillion. After looking it over, CBO said in its final analysis, released Thursday, that the president's budget would generate a combined $9.75 trillion in deficits over the next decade.

The debt your household was responsible in January 2008 was $56,000. In 10 years you and I will owe $170,000, according to the CBO. History shows that CBO estimates are always far too low. These are such dire times. If you think of nothing else in November, first remember that this administration has spit on the Constitution, and your household share of the country's debt will soon be $170,000+.

An additional $1.2 trillion in debt dumped on [GDP] to our children makes a huge difference," said Brian Riedl, a budget analyst at the conservative Heritage Foundation. "That represents an additional debt of $10,000 per household above and beyond the federal debt they are already carrying."

The federal public debt, which was $6.3 trillion ($56,000 per household) when Mr. Obama entered office amid an economic crisis, totals $8.2 trillion ($72,000 per household) today, and it's headed toward $20.3 trillion (more than $170,000 per household) in 2020, according to CBO's deficit estimates.

The Weekly Standard's Fred Barnes points to the futility of believing the administrations's deficit reduction claims:

One thread that runs through all these breathtakingly erroneous projections is the lowballing of volume, which is always far greater than expected.  This shouldn’t be a surprise.  When offered a free good or a good that’s highly subsidized and thus cheaper than its real cost, people act in a fairly rational way.  They demand more of the good than they would if they had to pay for it out of pocket.  Not only that, there are invariably more people who are demanding more of that good.

Adding all this up, the unavoidable conclusion is the newly enacted health care bill – Obamacare -- has approximately zero chance of cutting the deficit.   History says it will drive up the deficit, and history doesn’t lie.

The Future of Capitalism, via TaxProf says the chairman of G.W. Bush's Economic Advisers, Glen Hubbard's WSJ op-ed piece gives 3 elements for "a better way forward," the third of which is "Confront and propose significant, broad-based tax increases...." Rove tweets that Hubbard's op-ed is a "great piece. Tell me this isn't true.

GOP American Action Network: Move Over Tea Parties, or ....

Six Republicans are establishing a new political organization, the American Action Network, to organize "grass-roots support" and raise funds for the November 2010 mid-term elections.

The organization will be a 501(c)4 with Rep. Eric Cantor's (R-VA) senior aide, Rob Collins, serving as the first executive director. Founding Republican leadership: former Florida Governor, Jeb Bush, former Minnesota Senator, Norm Coleman, Republican strategist Ed Gillespie, Republican donor Fred Malek, and former GW Bush adviser, the Architect, Karl Rove.

Establishment conservatives apparently...finally, get it...maybe: grass-roots patriots mean business, and part of that business is NEVER supporting limp-wristed pretty boys and girls for candidates?

Is this a "move over Tea Parties, the big boys have arrived?"

If the mindset is constitutional conservatism, American Action Network will succeed. If the mindset is "business as usual," they better start looking for other sources for election funding.

At least Newt Gingrich isn't a part of this bunch.
