Laura Ingraham John Eastman: Federal Law Requires Illegals to Carry Papers: Does Judge Susan Bolton Know That?

I'm awaiting the video of Laura Ingraham in for Bill O'Reilly tonight. So important is the news tonight, that she skipped the Talking Points. Her first guest was John Eastman, who is an attorney running for California Attorney General to replace AG Jerry Brown, who was voted the worst Attorney General in the U.S. by the Competitive Enterprise Institute.

Laura Ingraham

Eastman, who is the director of the Center for constitutional Jurisprudence at Chapman University school of Law,  spoke on many of the points of Judge Bolton's ruling but one thing stuck out: Bolton ruled that illegal migrants do not have to carry I.D. papers. Bolton said that is "preposterously" wrong. U.S. Federal Law, in Title 8 Section 1304 clearly requires that identification be carried by all migrants at all times, according to Eastman. I'll look it up tomorrow. I'm closing up for the night.

I hope to have the video with the entire conversation with Ingraham and Eastman in the morning. John Eastman's website is here. (Thursday morning: still looking for the video)

Jerry Brown ACORN: ACORN Brown Document Dump:

California Attorney General, Jerry Brown, was interviewed by KABC's Peter Tilden about thousands of documents found in a trash dumpster outside the San Diego ACORN office. Once again, Brown seems to be protecting ACORN in the latest scandal - a garbage can document dump.

Jerry Brown

In this case, an "investigator" saw someone from an ACORN office dump "things" into an outdoor dumpster. The investigator took a look and found twenty-thousand documents with personal information about, presumably, ACORN clients who filled out paperwork with personal information like social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers and perhaps banking information. No care was taken by ACORN to block out the sensitive material by disposing of it.
ACORN's political agenda is also exposed, with thousands upon thousands of documents revealing the depth of the political machine that is ACORN, and its disturbing ties to not only public employee labor unions but some of the most radical leftist organizations.

The laws governing how sensitive, personal information such as social security numbers, driver's license numbers, immigration records, tax returns, etc. must be treated are very stringent, and thus it seems as if ACORN may have committed serious violations in that department alone, with thousands upon thousands of potential plaintiffs.
ACORN may fall into a category of lenders and tax advisers which is federally regulated by how a client's private information can be disposed of. Your bank cannot simply put your private information in a trash bin. Can ACORN? But Brown believes we have an "expectation" of privacy in our trash bins? ACORN may, but you can bet, you and I do not have that same "expectation." The other side of this story is that Jerry Brown supposedly has an investigation underway into ACORN, and so we might think he would be a tad upset that the office is dumping documents of any kind.

We would be wrong with that assumption. Jerry Brown has some major fondness for ACORN.  Recently, David Lagstein, the "chief" organizer for San Diego's ACORN office, was caught on tape saying that Jerry Brown had just called for an investigation into ACORN, specifically prompted by the famous "pimp and prostitute" tapes recently exposed by BigGovernment.com. Lagstein is heard, and recorded, saying that Brown's office "suggested that the fault will be found with the people that did the video and not the people with ACORN."

But the investigator is the one being scrutinized. Who is he working for...who paid him? Listen to the audio of Brown and the Tilden Show. Brown almost immediately quotes a poll saying 52% of Republicans believe that ACORN actually stole the election for President Obama." He rambles and his behavior is bizarre - but he promises an unbiased investigation! Notice there are no questions about David Lagstein's claims that the fix is already in on the pimp and prostitute investigation.

Andrew Breitbart Eric Holder: Breitbart More Tapes, Whistleblowers, Acorn and More

Andrew Breitbart helped expose the ACORN 'pimp and prostitute' investigation. After seven tapes, and billions of dollars to ACORN, Breitbart is outraged that Congress has not called for an investigation and neither has Attorney General, Eric Holder. Breitbart says there are more tapes, there whistleblowers just dying to get the word out, and oh...by the way, Breitbart has the skinny on someone...some organization...something...it's not just ACORN, according to Andrew Breitbart. There's breaking news that may explain why Holder is not investigating this corrupt organization:

On November 19th Breitbart appeared on Hannity and sent a message to Eric Holder (see video below):

And this message is to Attorney General Holder: I want you to know that we have more tapes, it’s not just ACORN, and we’re going to hold out until the next election cycle, or else if you want to do a clean investigation, we will give you the rest of what we have, we will comply with you, we will give you the documentation we have from countless ACORN whistleblowers who want to come forward but are fearful of this organization and the retribution that they fear that this is a dangerous organization.  So if you get into an investigation, we will give you the tapes; if you don’t give us the tapes, we will revisit these tapes come election time.
If you have missed the 'pimp and the prostitute,' or the 'prostitute and the boyfriend' investigation, the short story is James O'Keefe, posing as the pimp, and Hannah Giles posing as the prostitute, visited numerous ACORN offices across the U.S., seeking help with their business of 13 year old girls brought to the U.S. illegally, for prostitution. O'Keefe and Giles also wanted information on how to avoid the IRS.

The tapes are stunning. Never would I expect this kind of corruption and willingness to set up a business of this kind, using children - even from ACORN. But guess what, it happened over and over. - and remember millions of taxpayer dollars are funneled to ACORN every year.

Former California Governor, and currently California Attorney General, Jerry Brown, has announced an investigation - not into ACORN, but an investigation of Giles and O'Keefe. How bizarre is that? Listen to audio that seems to say that Brown has assured a San Diego ACORN representative that the investigation will show the fault lies with Giles and O'Keefe. Incredible!

So Breitbart threw the challenge out there. What's next? Well, The Hill has just reported that ACORN and its affiliates received $200,000 in Justice Department grants between 2002 and 2009," this according to "the department's inspector general.
No DOJ grants went directly to ACORN, but a handful of grants were awarded either to ACORN affiliates or to other organizations that sub-contracted projects to ACORN.

The report, requested by House Judiciary Committee ranking member Lamar Smith (R-Texas), also found a few instances of ACORN mismanagement of federally contracted work.
No wonder we don't have an investigation into ACORN.
For example, ACORN received a $20,000 sub-contract to do community outreach on crime prevention in New York.
The organization that contracted with ACORN has not released the funds yet, claiming that ACORN submitted reimbursements "outside the scope of the agreement," including "fringe benefits" for the salaried staffer working on the project.
Sub-contracting "to do community outreach on crime prevention?" Yet, underage prostitution of little girls smuggled into the country is okay by several ACORN offices? Note that these grants date back to 2002.
The DOJ did not audit the funds that went to ACORN or its affiliates, but did conduct an audit of one of the organizations that contracted with an ACORN affiliate. That audit concluded that the organization "did not properly manage the grant and did not adequately monitor some of its 36 sub-grantees, including the [American Institute of Social Justice]," an ACORN affiliate.
An Inspector General found these descrepancies, and tonight with this breaking news, I bet he is fearing for his job. Inspector General Gerald Walpin found AmeriCorp misused $75 million in taxpayer dollars, and that report branched out to implicate Sacramento, California Mayor, former NBA star, and Obama donor, Kevin Johnson and an alleged inappropriate behavior with three underage girls. Johnson also allegedly diverted AmeriCorp funds for his own personal use. IG Walpin turned in his report and was fired by the White House. These are dangerous days for Inspectors General simply doing their job.
Because the Justice Department’s review found only small amounts of taxpayer dollars going to ACORN, it is imperative that the Inspectors General from federal agencies that have provided millions to ACORN undertake the same kind of review. The Justice Department IG’s report may prove to be just the tip of an iceberg-sized fraud.
In the video below, you'll see Hannah and James in an LA ACORN office. Notice the sign on the door: Program for Torture Victims. What's up with that? Breitbart needs to back up his tapes and put them in several steel vaults.

Jerry Brown ACORN: Jerry Brown David Lagstein ACORN Organizer: AG Jerry Brown Find Fault with Videographers?

ACORN spokesman, David Lagstein, recently spoke the East County Democrat Club in El Cajon, California. Lagstein is not just an "organizer," he is the "chief" ACORN organizer for the San Diego area. Listen to audio below.

California Attorney General Jerry Brown has announced that he has launched an investigation into two young videographers who taped ACORN personnel in serveral cities around the country, counseling how to set up a house of prostitution with 13 year old girls smuggled in from El Salvador, and how to report the operation to the IRS.

The videographers, Hannah Giles, posing as a prostitute, and James O'Keefe posing as her pimp, secretly made videos of the conversations.

ACORN is crying foul. No one cared, or cares, about the 13-year-old girls. Apparently the IRS doesn't mind ACORN advises on tax evasion. In one video, a woman told the couple she had murdered her mean and onery husband.

And Lagstein talked about the newly announced investigation into ACORN by James O'Keefe and Hanna Giles. Giles posed as a prostitute and O'Keefe as her pimp. ACORN reps in various offices around the country counseled the pair on how to set up a house of prostitution for young girls from El Salvador, just 13 years of age.  The task was to explain how such an operation could be reported to the IRS. Several supplied the needed information, and Giles and O'Keefe were videoing.

Lagstein's own ACORN San Diego office was visited by Giles and O'Keefe. Lagstein was forced to fire Juan Carlos Vera after watching the video. ACORN is outraged, as are most Liberals. No outrage about the young girls, but lots of outrage that ACORN was caught.

In the two audios below from Andrew Breitbart and BigGovernment.com you will hear David Lagstein speaking for ACORN. Both audios are short, but if you are even shorter on time, listen to the second one first. You will hear a person believed to be David Lagstein talking to the East County Democrat club about the AG Jerry Brown's investigation.

Here's the kicker quote:

...the attorney general is a political animal, but certainly every bit of the communication we have had with them has suggested that the fault will be found with the people that did the video and not the people with ACORN.
Lagstein seems to tell the East County Democrat Club that Jerry Brown is planning to blame the videographers, before the investigation is even underway.

BigGovernment.com has another tip - a bit of a secret, about something that may have happened in Brown's office. Please visit them at BigGovernment.com and read the rest of the story. Breitbart and his new, BigGovernment.com had done some amazing work on this story.

The video below features David Lagstein going "on the record" (but not with Greta).
