Bill Clinton Plays to 1/3-Full Gym: Bubba's Crowds Stayed Home in Blue Michigan

Bill Clinton could only fill one-third of the gym at a rally at Renaissance High School for Virg Bernero and other Democrat candidates. Bernero is hoping to become Michigan's next Democrat governor, and Clinton's appearance at the free and open event was expected to draw big.

The First Black President (who is more than half White, as far as we know), addressed the audience with a rousing and elegant speech:

“These other guys are playing you. They say they’re mad, they’re frustrated and want something new,” Clinton said. “But this country is coming back.”

And they tried to tell us Bush was an embarrassing speaker.

Same thing happened to Obama last month in Cleveland. Remember...they had to recruit students to fill the seats.

Shortly before Clinton took the stage, the Rev. Wendell Anthony, president of the Detroit branch of the NAACP, urged attendees to leave bleacher seats along one side of the gym and try to fill the area in front of the podium before Clinton began his address. 

Nevertheless, the Wayne County commissioner said "Clinton is a rock star in Detroit."

Let's face it, the Comeback Kid can't make a comeback unless Hillary is President - even in a blue, blue state like Michigan.

I wonder how many in the one-third full gym were high schools students who are not legal to vote?

Christian and Robbins opine that Bill Clinton lowered the morality bar, which in turn lowered the "tone" and "strength of the nation." That opinion is also my long-held belief.

Once a State head could be kept cooling his heels in the White House Rose Garden while Monica Lewinsky tended to the President's urges, the image of the Oval Office was forever tainted. Even if the leader was Palestinian Yasser Arafat, who shouldn't have been invited to the White House anyway, Clinton's behavior was atrocious.

Knowing that Lewinsky described how she walked down a hallway with Clinton watching, lifted her jacket and flipped her thong undies, we no longer had illusions that voter's revered the esteemed nature of the office of the President of the United States. We had the goods on Clinton's marriage-straying ways before he was elected, but as with Barack Obama, people tend to vote for charming guys with charmless wives. Perhaps Democrats live vicariously through their pitiful leaders.

Obama is building an imperium of public debt and crushing taxes, contrary to George Washington's wise farewell admonition: "cherish public credit ... use it as sparingly as possible ... avoiding likewise the accumulation of debt ... bear in mind, that towards the payment of debts there must be Revenue, that to have Revenue there must be taxes; that no taxes can be devised, which are not ... inconvenient and unpleasant ... ."

Government Worker Benefits Getting Rich on Backs of Private Sector

"David Walker, the U.S.Comptroller for Clinton and then G. W. Bush says under the Obama administration, government workers, through pensions and salaries, are growing "prosperous" on the backs of the private sector. Walker says the only way to stop this is to inform the public, and for us to understand that "We the People" have the power to do something about it.

“There is a huge gap. State and local plans on average … are much more lucrative than typical plans for employees. State and local government employees, on average, have greater job security than people in the private sector. And state and local government employees, in the middle of government, in many cases make more money than their private sector counterparts,” Walker said during a speech at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. According to Pew numbers provided by the Chamber, the budget gap to cover state employees’ benefits totals $1 trillion.

“Therefore, if governments expect taxpayers to pay more taxes to fund lucrative benefit programs that are much better than the average employee gets, in jobs that more job security and in some cases make more money than their private sector counterparts, that ain’t gonna happen,” he said. “But the only way it’s not going to happen is if there’s transparency and if the cover is blown, so that pressure is brought to bear to make changes.”

"We the People" will have a private sector rebellion on November 2nd.

Bill Clinton Goes Rogue: Bill Clinton Backs Incumbent Challenger to White House Pick

Bill Clinton has gone rogue and endorsed Andrew Romanoff, the Democrat challenger to Colorado's Senator Michael Bennet. Romanoff has been in the news lately, as he says the White House offered him other jobs if he would drop his challenge to Bennet. Don't confuse these claims of White House bribes with Joe Sestak. Romanoff is the second claim of such illegal shenanigans.

This report says Romanoff is the first candidate Bill Clinton has endorsed since leaving the White House. While Clinton didn't endorse Senator Blanche Lincoln, he campaigned with her, and is credited with giving her a second chance to come up for air and face the Republican candidate in November.

A SurveyUSA poll taken this month suggested that Mr. Romanoff has an uphill battle against Mr. Bennet, who was appointed to his seat after Ken Salazar became Interior Secretary. Mr. Bennet registered 52 per cent support in the poll compared to just 36 per cent for Mr. Romanoff.

So for Bill Clinton to step out and endorse a candidate who is not an incumbent is huge mammoth when you consider the White House did everything they could to remove Andrew Romanoff from the horizon of the U.S. Senate. Things must be getting a bit testy for Hillary.

Andrew brings to this race both an extraordinary record of public service and an extraordinary capacity to lead. I believe that those assets, as well as his deep commitment to Colorado, give him the best chance to hold this seat in November," Mr. Clinton wrote. "I support Andrew Romanoff, and I hope you will too."

Don't forget, Obama sent Bill Clinton to Rep. Joe Sestak to make the illegal bribe, which Sestak did not take, but spilled to the press. Romanoff has already received his bribes and refused them.

If Bill can pull this off, he and Hillary will seriously be considering another White House run in 2010. It is always about Bill, and going rogue for Bill Clinton is nothing new.

Obama First Female President - Offensive to all Conservative Women

Bill Clinton was the first black president in the U.S. The Washington Post posits that Obama may be the first woman president. On behalf of all Conservative women, I take umbrage and say this is incredibly offensive to each of us. To the Washington Post, make it clear, puh-leese that Obama may be the first Democrat female president, but in no way resembles any Conservative woman.

No surprise here. The Obama administration believes they can withhold evidence at any time. No different in the confirmation of a Supreme Court nominee - always one of the most important events in the governing of our Republic. This time, the Judiciary Committee is requesting the memos of Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagen, written while serving in the Clinton White House.

Obama and Bill are getting together to decide which documents to block. Obama's personal counsel, Robert Bauer, suggested the Judiciary Committee request the documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Republicans say that is "bizarre:"

...because...the Judiciary Committee's request is privileged, unlike a FOIA request. In other words, while Clinton can block the release of documents requested under FOIA, he can't block documents requested by the Committee....

Republicans also believe that between Bauer's statements and those of the White House, the plan might be to dump "hundreds of thousands of pages of documents as late as June 27, the day before the hearing...." Republicans, as the minority party, cannot reschedule the hearings, and apparently Democrats don't care what Kagen wrote, believed or believes.

A final issue of dispute regards whether Clinton retains authority to assert executive privilege over the documents. Under Executive Order 13489, enacted by Obama, only Obama can asset executive privilege to block the documents.

Kagen's paper-trail is almost non-existent, so the Clinton documents might lend the only insight into the beliefs of Elena Kagen.

If Rahm Emanuel was involved as Greg Sargent at The Plum Line is reporting, we know that Obama had his Chicago hands all over it:

But the news that Clinton is at the center of this whole story is noteworthy on its own because of the former president's stature, and underscores how heavily invested the White House was in dissuading Sestak from running. The White House sent Clinton to talk to Sestak because Arlen Specter, constituting the 60th Dem vote in the Senate, was viewed as key to enacting Obama's agenda.

 Can it get any uglier than a former President doing this? Can you imagine George W. Bush offering a bribe like this - or any bribe for that matter?

1) There were "factual errors" in reporting
2) Sestak was not offered the job of Secretary of the Navy
3) At no time did Sestak seek the job of Secretary of the Navy
4) The offer was of uncompensated advisory board options
5) One option was for Sestak to stay in the house, and serve on advisory positions to President without compensation.
6) White House staff did not discuss the options with Sestak
7)Emanuel talked to Clinton about optional positions to offer
8) Nothing nefarious about it, and other administratons have done the same thing.

Just minutes ago [11:42 a.m.],  Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) was on Fox News and said the "Statute" says that nothing of value can be legally offered, either  directly or indirectly, He also said Sestak has said that the White House had conversations with his [Sestak's] brother, who is his campaign manager

Update 1:00 p.m. EDT:
So, the White House and Sestak have their story worked out on Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend - what a classy bunch - absolutely not respect for American voters:
Sestak has issued a statement, but I'm not yet finding it on line. Originally, Sestak said Clinton/Rahm Emanuel offered him a" job, not an "advisory position." Today's story from Sestak, however,  says he was only offered a position on a presidential board, with no compensation, while remaining a U.S. Representative in the House.

Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey on FOX said "this is politics as usual." To that comment, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) said if that is true, let it stop now, and he said he would stop it! Mukasey said this would only break one of the statutes if the offer was for a position created by Congress, such as Secretary of Navy. Others are seeing it differently.

Clinton Presidential Library Visitors Down 50%

The William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Massage Parlor Museum saw the number of visitors drop by 50% from its first year in 2005. Abraham Lincoln's presidential museum is the most heavily visited of all presidential museums, and averages over 400,000 visitors a year in Springfield, Illinois. The Clinton museum drew 223,345 visitors in the last fiscal year.

Julie Tauber McMahon was Bill Clintons Mistress? HuffPo Hides Bill Clintons Serial Cheating?

Oh well, it's only sex. The National Enquirer reported in June 2008 in a front page spread, that Bill Clinton's "longtime mistress" Julie Tauber-McMahon had dumped the former president, and on the campaign trail with Hillary, the distraught Bill cheated "non-stop" on the woman who-would-be president. It's only sex. No big deal. Right? No need to worry that a philandering First Gentleman is ripe for blackmail. Huffington Post reporter Mayhill Fowler knew the story, and said she "passed on it."

Julie Tauber-McMahon, 48, is a very wealthy woman and the reports says she and Bill were together for years. She is the daughter of millionaire Joel Tauber. Both are huge Democrat donors. Julie reportedly  lives in Chappaqua, New York, a mere five miles from the Clinton's happy homestead.

The joke is on the American people. We need to get the message and peruse the pages of National Enquirer as we dither in the grocery line. The mainstream media will not report negatively on Democrats, even when national security could be at stake, because...it's only sex, with a side of blackmail possible - for the U.S. Secretary of State and her husband. Clinton Foundation Donors Revealed

The Clinton's, Bill and Hill, are honoring Barack Obama's commandment that they reveal, annually, all donors to Bill's Clinton Foundation. The latest list is out. Note this oddity:

It gave only cumulative ranges rather than precise donations, and didn't provide a fundraising total.

 In other words, Norway gave $10 million to $25 million. Oman gave $1 million to $5 million. (See the list of donors here)

Saudi businessman Hamza B. Al-Kholi, whose companies operate in the Middle East, Europe and United States...He gave at least $100,000.

Celebrity businessman Donald Trump, who gave $50,001 to $100,000 in all.

What's the difference between a few millions, huh? I think I'll report my charitable giving to the IRS as somewhere between $100,000 and $500,000 and see what happens.

Bill Clinton President for Life: Bill Clinton Term Limits a Good Thing

Lesson for America: term limits for Congress. Now! Bill Clinton admitted he would have preferred leaving the White House in a coffin.

The former President says he loves his current life and will leave the "politics to my wife...." We see the power grow in mammoth leaps in Washington, D.C. We must have term limits in Congress.

"It's good that we have a (term) limit. Otherwise I would have stayed until I was carried away in a coffin. Or defeated in an election," Clinton said at a conference in Istanbul. "I loved doing the job."

All we need is another narcisstic president with his own "national civilian security force," as well funded as our military, and a power-mongering, lying, devious Speaker of the House and a weasel guiding the Senate, with massive funds going to ACORN's voter fraud unit - and we have a fight on our hands.

I thought the teaming of the two past presidents, G.H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, to raise funds and awareness for very worthy philanthropic missions, like Hurricane Katrina, and the 2004 Tsunami, the embodiment of all that America is about, but 41 seemed so genuinely fond of 42 that it became nauseating after awhile. Clinton never really returned the affection or the compliments in full measure, and more than once publicly criticized the sitting president,  George W. Bush, who  always looked a bit like an intruder when the elders got together.  I wanted 41 to be friendly without being so chummy. It should be noted that 43 refused to utter a word of criticism about the Clintons.

Now that G. W. Bush is back home in Texas, he and Clinton, who G. W. says his mother treats as her son, are pairing up to take on national and international politics. Maybe 43 is filling-in because "Dad" can't get around so well these days - and of course, there is the money.  In May, former Presidents G. W. Bush and William Jefferson Clinton took the stage in Toronto. In the meantime, this week in fact, Clinton's wife Hillary carries on the blame-game for her husband. In February 2010 the "Presidents" will speak at the TD Ameritrade national conference. Looks like this will be a regularly appearing duo.

We ignored the opportunities for blackmail at the highest levels of our Government. America embraced all of it. We loved his less than full measure of integrity. We knew everything about GWB. He admitted his alcoholism, and his need for God in his life. He admitted he was a randy college student and an onery son. He admitted that his faith, and his wife and daughters had changed his life. He admitted he had been down a lonely and dangerous road, and turned back, vowing to make a difference in the lives of others. We watched him over the past eight years improve the lives of many around the world. The press hated it. He was ridiculed for his decency. Exit George W. Bush. Why I'll Miss President Bush Wall Street Journal by Jim Towey

Mr. Towey was director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives from 2002-2006. He is president of Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa.

President Bush will soon be heading home and for many that day cannot come soon enough. Count me among those who will miss him and his bedrock decency.

He had a rough road from day one. His first inauguration struck me as a portent. I was there, shivering in the grandstands on Pennsylvania Avenue. At the exact moment the president heard "Hail to the Chief" for the first time and was announced to the audience, a sleet storm descended from the skies.

It has never let up.

Through it all Mr. Bush kept his head up and soldiered on. He took the criticism in stride. I remember riding with him in his presidential limousine to the Washington Hilton for a speech. A woman standing at an intersection directed an obscene gesture at him that I had hoped he missed. The president waved to her and with a bemused look said to me, "Did you see what she did?"

Many other Americans, particularly the "values voters" who helped elect him twice, will miss him because of what he achieved: Samuel Alito and John Roberts on the Supreme Court, children in schools that now are better because they are accountable, African women who now have medicines for their HIV-infected babies, and religious charities that are finally being treated by government as partners instead of rivals.

I remember coming to the West Wing one morning before the daily 7:30 senior staff meeting and seeing Mr. Bush at his desk in the Oval Office, reading a daily devotional. I remember the look of sorrow on his face as he signed letters to the families of the fallen. When he met with recovering addicts whose lives were transformed by a faith-based program, he spoke plainly of his own humiliating journey years ago with alcohol. When a Liberian refugee broke into tears after recounting her escape to freedom in America, the president went over and held and comforted her.

Little acts behind the curtain like these inspired intense loyalty by staff members. They spoke of someone never too busy or burdened to care -- Read more.

Bill Clinton's Twist on Obama-Ayers: Hillary had the Ammo

It didn't happen...but why? On the campaign trail, why would Hillary not use the terrorism-card against Obama's high-profile friendship with a man who spent some time on the FBI's 10 Ten Most Wanted List? It must have occurred to Hillary that being friends with a man who was in on the bombing of the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon and the U.S. State Department might escalate her opportunity to become the Democrat nominee for President. But Hillary remained silent about the relationship between Weatherman terrorist, William Ayers and his equally terror-mongering wife, Bernadine Dorn. Did America come to believe that this personal and political friendship was of no importance...that surely it was overstated...that it couldn't be proved? Bill Clinton, Hillary's biggest obstacle to the White House, got in Hillary's way again, but it began many years ago. Hillary had the ammo but couldn't use it, according to Andrew McCarthy, contributing editor at National Review Online (NRO):

The embassy bombings were almost a distant memory. Not three months had passed since terrorists bombed the U.S.S. Cole, murdering 17 American sailors and nearly sinking a U.S. destroyer. No matter. Clinton’s last official acts in office included the pardons of Susan Rosenberg, a Weatherman terrorist serving a richly deserved 58-year sentence, and Linda Sue Evans, a Weatherman terrorist serving a richly deserved 40-year sentence. The short story and then some related links: William Ayers, the former Weatherman, became a professor at University of Illinois at Chicago. He founded the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC) in conjunction with $50 million funder, the Annenberg Foundation. Barack Obama was brought in to be CAC's first Chairman of the Board. Obama, along with ex-officio board member Bill Ayers, spent over $100 million dollars on failed programs to supposedly boost the learning skills in Chicago public schools. Within the program, schools WERE NOT targeted to receive grants directly. Grant requests were given to "chosen" "external partners," to which schools needed to attach themselves. Bill Ayers' Small Schools" program qualified for money, and it is reported that Obama's former church, Trinity United Church of Christ, headed by Pastor Jeremiah Wright also received funds. The District 5 Math project was rejected, The Chicago Algebra Project was rejected. The South Shore African Village Collaborative was accepted. Chicago public schools did not improve. In Spring 1995, Bill Clinton's Chinagate stood wide open. $625,500.00, at least, flowed into DNC coffers over the next 1-1/2 years from the Chinese, before the gate slammed shut resulting in prosecutions and another pustule on the Clinton legacy. As Hillary has self-expounded on her vast foreign policy experience, it is fair to ask if she knew about her husband's China dealings, if China was then on her radar screen at all, or was she busy manipulating Monicagate, back in the day. Media Research Center: Media Watch: Back in the day of Chinagate, Monicagate took center stage and the media were not talking about loss of America's crucial missile technology or illegal campaign funds. MediaWatch concluded that Chinese Missiles Aren't Very Sexy. NBC's Claire Shipman said:

"Who's thinking about Buddhist nuns when the issue is illicit sex in the White House?"

Certainly, neither Bill, or Hill, were thinking about Tibetan nuns or monks. Perhaps Bill got lucky in more ways than one. Monica deflected any serious attention to ChinaGate.

...the Times revealed that Clinton fundraiser Johnny Chung told investigators he gave the DNC thousands of dollars from China's People's Liberation Army.

China's Human Rights atrocities received no attention from the Clinton Administration until early 2000 when President Clinton needed a way to obtain Most Favored Nation (MFN) status for China. He railed about human rights abuses in his first presidential race, but after his inauguration, not a word more was said and he followed the lead of his predecessor, President Bush 41. Robert Kagan, writing for the Carnegie Endowment - Clinton's China Two-Step, January 2007, put it this way:

The Clinton administration inaugurates a big push to grant China the biggest prize in the history of U.S.-Chinese economic relations and, in the next breath, singles China out for special condemnation as a world-class violator of human rights.

It [the Administration] has to "address members' concerns." And if this means annoying the Chinese with a public dressing down in Geneva, so be it.

NewsMax.com Richard Poe, writing NewsMax.com - The Idiot's Guide to Chinagate (my thanks to Mr. Poe) said this:

When Bill Clinton took office in 1993, China presented no threat to the United States. Chinese missiles "couldn't hit the side of a barn," notes Timothy W. Maier of Insight magazine. Few could reach North America and those that made it would likely miss their targets. Poe points out what follows:

Poe's take on Clinton's "purpose," as I understand it from The Idiot's Guide, is Clinton's deep roots in globalism which:

...promotes...the doctrine that no country (such as the USA) should be allowed to gain decisive advantage over others.

Anti-nuclear activist, Hazel O'Leary, was appointed by Clinton to head the Department of Energy, where she, according to Poe, declassified millions of pages of documentation on American nuclear weapons, as well as reduced security at weapons laboratories. FrontPageMag.com The deception didn't stop there: Jean Pearce, writing for FrontPageMag.com headlined How Chinagate Led to 9/11, in May 2004. Remember Jamie Gorelick, the 9/11 Commission member who, it was revealed during the hearings, was instrumental in changing the rules of intelligence-gathering for the FBI, CIA and local law? No more cooperating between agencies, no more "intentional" sharing of intelligence reports which may have stopped the four 9/11 hijacking attacks. Pearce referring to Gorelick's infamous memo, says:

...she began acting as the point woman for a large-scale bureaucratic reorganization of intelligence agencies that ultimately placed the gathering of intelligence, and decisions about what – if anything – would be done with it under near-direct control of the White House.

After Gorelick was sworn-in as the Justice Department's Deputy Attorney General for the Clinton administration:

Bill Clinton issued Presidential Decision Directive 24. PDD 24 put intelligence gathering under the direct control of the president’s National Security Council, and ultimately the White House, through a four-level, top-down chain of command set up to govern (that is, stifle) intelligence sharing and cooperation between intelligence agencies. From the moment the directive was implemented, intelligence sharing became a bureaucratic nightmare that required negotiating a befuddling bureaucracy that stopped directly at the President’s office [emphasis Maggie's}.

So, right here in America, according to Pearce:

...the only place left to go with intelligence information...was straight up Clinton and Gorelick’s multi-tiered chain of command. Instead, information lethal to the Democratic Party languished inside the Justice Department, trapped behind Gorelick’s walls.

The lessons of the Clinton's in the White House are many; among the most serious is that intelligence was at a standstill in America while President Clinton attempted to cover his own covert dealings with the Chinese. Hillary has said: "If I want to knock a story off the front page, I just change my hairstyle." Another lie. She hasn't changed her hairstyle since the first Clinton Presidential term - but she has tried to change the subject - in fact, desperately needed to change the subject, at times. America ignores both of the Clintons at its own peril. The latest plea for the Tibetans is simply changing the subject from an exiting campaign advisor, and grandstanding to put Bush 43 on the spot. The time line of Bill Clinton's willing ear, and receiving hand, as recorded in the Congressional Record is at the end of this post. Both deeds and monies passing hands are chronicled. To get the Congressional Record rolling, I'll end with this quote from the Congressional Record's "Chinese Espionage (House of Representatives - April 15, 1999)": Speaker Pro Tempore calls upon Rep. Dan Burton [R-IN]:

Mr. Speaker, I rise to address the issues of Communist China's efforts to steal our most advanced nuclear secrets, their funneling of illegal contributions to President Clinton's 1996 reelection campaign, and how the Clinton administration, either intentionally or through incompetence has irreparably damaged and compromised the security of every man, woman, and child in the United States.

As the Clinton administration debated whether to allow U.S. satellites to be lofted into orbit aboard Chinese missiles, Bernard Schwartz, chairman of Loral Space & Communications, and Democratic fund-raiser Johnny Chung, allegedly using money from the Chinese army, gave more than $500,000 in soft money, ostensibly used for `party-building efforts,' to the Democrats. The Justice Department and Congress are investigating how a technical report on the explosion of a Chinese missile in 1996--a report that could help China assess the reliability of its missile arsenal--found its way into the hands of the Chinese. That report was prepared by employees of Loral, Hughes Electronics and other firms. In a statement issued May 18, Loral said that `Bernard Schwartz, chairman of Loral Space & Communications Ltd. . . . was not personally involved in any aspect of this matter. No political favors or benefits of any kind were requested or extended, directly or indirectly, by any means whatever.' The firm also declared that: `Allegations of a connection between the launch failure and a subsequent presidential authorization for use of Chinese launch services for another [Loral] satellite to China are without foundation.' Nonetheless, Justice Department and congressional investigators are sure to scrutinize the chronology of gifts and decisions. But Berger adds that `the advantages of this project outweigh the risk,' and `it is inappropriate to penalize [Loral] before they have even been charged with any crime.' Hillary Clinton, Chris Matthews and MSM Perpetuate the Lies

Update 9:20 a.m.: Calabrese is posting this a.m. on Zeifman's site: He clarifies Zeifman claims that Hillary removed impeachment documents concerning Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas from a place accessible to the public to her own office, or a House Judiciary committee office, where they were no longer public.

FLASHBACK: Former National Security Adviser Sandy Berger in the Clinton administration. Berger stole, and secreted, papers from the National Archives and Records involving terror threats against the U.S., presumably to protect the reputation of Bill Clinton.

FLASHFORWARD: Berger is now an advisor on Hillary Clinton's 2008 Election campaign staff.

Keep in mind, all this happened in the environment of the United States of Representatives.

The crux of Zeifman's writings and interviews seems to be that a precedent had been set with impeachment resolutions for Supreme Court Justice Douglas. Douglas was allowed counsel. Hillary was instructed to change no procedures by her supervisor, Zeifert as well as House leaders. Instead, she hid what had gone on before, drafted new procedures and denied that she had made any changes - attempting to keep Nixon from attaining legal counsel.

Calabrese quotes Zeifman as saying that her legal brief(s) was so "fraudlent" that he she could have been disbarred if the impeachment had gone forward and Nixon had not resigned.

Here's the history:
On March 31, 2008 (not April Fool's Day) Dan Calabrese at North Star Writers Group posted a column about 27 year old Hillary Clinton - about her work on the Watergate investigation and her unethical practices: attempts to deny President Nixon counsel, attempts to protect secrets of the Kennedy administration, actually removing certain impeachment documents from public view against the direct order of her superior (remember her good friend Sandy Berger who stole documents on behalf of the Clintons?), among others, and her eventual firing by her Supervisor, Jerry Zeifman, General Counsel and Chief of Staff of the U. S. House Judiciary Committee.

The accusations were, and are, strong and direct from Zeifman. Why haven't we heard of this flagrant and illegal behavior before? I think there are two answers: (1) We are simply numbed to her abuses - they've all run together - Watergate, Travelgate, and... (2) We haven't been reading or listening.

Zeifman has been telling the world about Hillary for some time now.

1995 - Zeifman's book is published: Without Honor: Crimes of Camelot and the Impeachment of President Nixon. Note here that, according to Amazon.com, the introduction to this book was written by John Dean!Here are portions of some reviews of Zeifman's book, taken from Zeifman's webpage:

Publishers Weekly: The House Judiciary Committee's recommendation in 1974 that Nixon be impeached was nearly thwarted by a sham congressional inquiry, according to this blistering expose....Finally, Zeifman maintains that Doar aide Hillary Rodham (now the First Lady) helped Doar gain control over the investigation through unethical tricks and faulty legal opinions

Edward Mortimer (Financial Times) The story is utterly fascinating and the
extraordinary quotes from his diary taped at the time surely make it a primary source
of considerable importance.

Henry Hyde (Chairman, House Judiciary Committee) After I started Jerry Zeifman’s extraordinarily insightful book I could not put it down -- and finished it in one sitting.

Also from Zeifman's website he recalls an incident that happened as he was promoting the book. Zeifman's literary agent arranged for John Dean and Jerry Zeifman to meet privately with Hardball's Chris Matthews (MSNB). Zeifman says that Matthews treated him "discourteously by ignoring Zeifman and talking only with John Dean. Zeifman finally did, however, get a word or two in:

I reminded him [Matthews] that I had worked with his former boss Tip O'Neill to oppose Ted Kennedy's efforts to keep Nixon in office and quoted the former Speaker as follows:"the Kennedys are not real Democrats like you and me. They've got their own Camelot Party. I was born a Democrat before I was baptized a catholic." Matthews reply was, "What did he mean by that?"

Still in 1995: Zeifman says the only television interview he was granted in Washington, D. C. about his book was by Reed Irvine for Accuracy in Media. Zeifman indicates that all the mainstream media doors were closed to him (my words, not his). He also states on his website, dated January 29, 2008, that he regrets not speaking out sooner and "urging readers to boycott him [Matthews] and MSNBC."

October 29, 1996 - it appears that Zeifman has a piece or is interviewed in the Wall Street Journal. While this piece is not about Hillary, it is about the time she was getting all that "experience" she's always telling us about. Titled Cancer on the Presidency - Speaking of today's possible First Spouse (Bill Clinton), Zeifman laments the corruption in the Clinton administration and summarizes:

The misdeeds of the Clinton administration have fallen into a pattern of
deceit and corruption that now clearly justifies denying Mr. Clinton a
second term in office. To date more than 30 high administration officials
have been investigated, fired or forced to resign, and the White House
has illegally obtained more than 900 confidential FBI files. Four
independent counsels have been appointed, three to investigate cabinet
members and one to investigate the president himself.

The White House suppressed documents under subpoena. The
Department of Justice, the FBI and the Treasury Department have been
politicized and misused to prosecute or investigate innocent staffers of
the White House Travel Office. The president's Health Care Task Force
operated secretly in gross violation of federal disclosure laws, misled
the federal courts and ignored conflict of interest laws.

2006 - Another Zeifman book is published: Hillary's Pursuit of Power
I found one review on Amazon. Zeifman describes the book much as the above Without Honor.

September 24, 2006 - Newsmax Headline: Democrat Insider: Hillary Unfit for President

And I also concluded that she had violated House and committee rules by disclosing confidential information to unauthorized persons�

Hillary's main duty on our staff has been described by her authorized biographer as establishing the legal procedures to be followed in the course of the inquiry and impeachment. A number of the procedures she recommended were ethically flawed.

I decided that I could not recommend her for any future position of public or private trust.

How the Presidency and America Will Be Changed by Immigration Fraud

Before Clinton ran for his second term in 1996, Meissner [Administrator of the Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS)] ensured that hundreds of thousands of illegals were fraudulently legalized, just in time to vote for the Clintons.

Lewis points to Congressman Rahm Emanuel (D-IL), "the 2006 Democrat Congressional takeover" and Al Gore as being "intimately involved with this massive Democrat immigration fraud...."

After the Clinton's and Gore took the White House, quoting a David Schippers piece in the WSJ:

The U.S. got 75,000 new citizens who had arrest records when they applied; an additional 115,000 citizens whose fingerprints were unclassifiable and were never resubmitted; and a final 61,000 who were given citizenship without even having their fingerprints submitted so that no check was possible...

Then this all too often forgotten reminder:

Oh, and by the way, Mohammed Atta was found and released twice by the INS for immigration violations. Before he knocked down the Twin Towers and killed 3,000 Americans.
