Obama Birth Certificate

I have transcribed Fraud in the USA Blue Hawaii video. It moves fairly quickly and it's difficult to grasp the content. I've combined some of the frames because they repeat the same information for emphasis, I think. The beginning of Fraud in the USA Blue Hawaii begins with references to Bikini Atoll, etc. Disclaimer: 8-15-10 - This post was reposted accidentally today. I do not know the original date of the posting but it was awhile ago. Rather than backdating it to some obscure date, I'll leave it up and I have added the actual video below with the description that comes from the poster.

Hawaii is the home of the most powerful and influential person in the entire world. This person has already changed the course of modern history as we know it. ...AND NOW FOR HAWAII'S BOMB!

Sometime between October 31, 2008, and July 27, 2009, the dates of Fukino's two press releases, Hawaii "amended" Obama's birth record. A brand-new Certificate of Live birth was produced and his prior vital records were sealed.

This is Barack Obama's brand-new "original birth certificate." [see graphic] The form is a "Certificate of Live Birth," and not the old "Certification of Live Birth" that is posted on his Campaign site.

So the point here is, two versions have surfaced.

This form was specifically designed with Obama's birth records in mind. It added new fields and changed existing ones. Obama can use it to "prove" he's a natural-born citizen.

On June 16, 2008, before the "new form" mentioned in the video, the LA Times said the following birth certificate was provided to them by "the Obama campaign...". To see it enlarged click here

It differs from from the one in the video which says State of Hawaii, Department of Health and gives the certificate number in the right corner. Notice the LATimes version says State of Hawaii, Honolulu and then Department of Health, Hawaii USA and the certificate number is dropped a line or two. Both documents say Certificate of Live Birth.

On the LATimes bc it does not give the parents State/Country of birth. It gives only the county/city and island of the baby's birth. The video bc shown adds "Mother's State/Country of Birth - Kansas and Father's State/Country of Birth Africa.

The next video frame shows a bottom corner of the bc showing a revision date: (Rev. 10/08). The LATimes revision date is 11/01.

The video explains the legality of Hawaii changing Obama's birth certificate.  Next Frame:

[Statute]338-17.7 Establishment of new birth certificates of birth when. (a) The department of health shall establish in the following circumstances, a new certificate of birth for a person born in this State who already has a birth certificate filed with the department and who is referred to below as the "birth registrant:"

Hawaii Statute 338-17.7 permits the Department of Health to issue a new birth certificate to a registrant who already has one on file. There are five conditions under which the Department would grant this request.

Three are relevant to Obama. Subparagraph (2) refers to a name change following a divorce decree. Subparagraph (3) refers to a similar request following an adoption decree, and Subparagraph (5) permits law eforcement to request a new birth certificate to ensure the safety of the birth registrant.

The DOH accused "Birthers" of inciting others to bombard them with emails demanding to see Obama's long-form birth certificate. They fear that it is inflaming rightwing extremists to make threats against Obama and DOH employees if they do not release a certified paper copy of his birth certificate.

Therefore, the DOH cited these "threats" as relevant to Option (5) in issuing a new birth certificate to Obama.

(5) Upon request of a law enforcement agency certifying that a new birth certificate showing different information would provide for the safety of the birth registrant provided that the new birth certificate shall contain information requested by the law enforcement agency, shall be assigned a new number and filed accordingly, and shall not substitute for the birth registrant's original birth certificate, which shall remain in place.

(b) When a new certificate of birth is established under this section, it shall be substituted for the original certificate of birth. Thereafter, the original certificate and the evidence supporting the preparation of the new certificate shall be sealed and filed. such sealed document shall be opened only by an order of a court of record. The video certificate shows the father's race as black and his country Africa. The LATimes certificate shows father's race as African.

Fukino has been at the center of the birth certificate controversy from its beginning in June 2008. Fuino's Oct. 2008 press release created more controversy by only stating that Hawaii "has Obama's original birth certificate on record."

Dr. Fukino never said that she saw Obama's paper birth certificate or any other tangible birth document. But the mainstream media, led by the Associated Press, lied to the public by saying that Fukino had confirmed Obama's birth in Hawaii. 

What Dr. Fukino saw was an index record indicating that they had an entry for Obama's "original birth certificate" in their database. That is what her "on record" comment meant. If Obama was born in Hawaii, then Fukino would have confirmed it.

On July 27, 2009, Fukino issued a second statement, nine months after her first, with no mention of "Obama's birth certificate." What she claims she saw this time was his "original vital records on file."

 [Fukino] "I have seen the original vital records on file verifying Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born citizen."

These statement seems to be from whomever made the video:

I have also seen "records" that allegedly verify Obama was born in Hawaii: Every one of them is a forgery.

The time for taking Hawaii at its word is officially over.

Dr. Fukino violated Hawaii's laws by disclosing personal information from Obama's birth record without receiving prior authorization for it. 

Conversely, Dr. Fukino has refused to confirm that Hawaii produced the COLB posted on Obama's website.

 On February 23, 2010, Dr. Fukino testified at a State Senate hearing in Hawaii regarding the so-called, "Vexatious Requester Bill," saying "President Obama has posted a copy of the [birth] certificate on his former campaign website."

 Not only is Fukino's statement a blatant lie (and perjury), it shows more violations of Hawaiian Law:

(1) disclosing the name of the vital record issued to a named individual;

(2) conducting an illegal investigation into the identies of UIPA requesters.

"For more than a year, the Department of Health has continued to receive approximately 50 e-mail inquiries a month 

seeking access to President Barack Obama's birth certificate in spite of the fact that President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website."

 I receive approximately 50 e-mail inquiries a day - it's called SPAM and it doesn't need an unconstitutional law to have it stopped, no matter how "vexatious" I think they are. 

 These requests wanted Hawaii to release a genuine copy of his birth certificate and not a COLB copy that Fukino knows was forged

For the past two years, Hawaii has refused to confirm that the online COLB copy is a genuine 2007 COLB issued to Obama on June 6, 2007

 For the past two years, Hawaii has refused to provide any verifiable evidence that the original birth certificate they claim to have on record has the same information as in Obama's COLB.

 By blurting out that "President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website," Fukino repeated the Official Obama Party Lie and created a conundrum for herself and the entire Health Department. 

The only way to resolve the conundrum of refusing to authenticate the online certificate while saying that "Obama posted a copy of it on his website," was to amend his birth record, so as to make it match the information in the online COLB! 

There are audios and quotes from Governor Linda Lingle referring to Fukino's confirmations. The filmmaker says Director Fukino never said where he was born in her first press release. Lingle is quoted saying that she and the Health Director, "issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii."

The filmmaker says:

Lingle needs to get her lies straight. None of this ever happened.

Now, meet Janice Okubo, Communications Officer. The name, Janice Okubo, has become synonymous with Barack Obama's birth certificate ever since the political fact-checker, Politifact.com, anointed her (in June 2008) as the Official DOH Spokesperson for the Birth Certificate.

I [the filmmaker] caught Hollyfield lying about Okubo in a phony story that was backdated to June 13, 2008. It had a lot of quotes from Okubo, none of which had been corroborated, yet all had incriminating evidence.

 Hollyfield had many quotes from Okubo ("Obama's birth certificate: Final chapter") that were contradictory, like "A copy of the birth certificate was requested in June 2008" (but date-stamped June 6, 2007), and "it's a valid Hawaii state birth certificate" but she could not say for certain what it represented.

 Even more contradictory was the fact that Hollyfield and Politifact had no interest at all in proving that Obama was born in Hawaii.Their sole reason for obtaining a copy of Obama's birth certificate was to debunk the bogus rumor they originated: "Obama's middle name is "Muhammed!"

On July 27, 2009, Fukino issued the following statement: "I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen.

The vital records that Fukino cited in her statement refer to information from the original birth certificate and the amended birth certificate: It's called, "Mix-n-Match!

 What did Hawaii Health officials know? They knew that Obama was not born in Hawaii. They knew that they did not issue his online COLB. They knew that they worked with Politifact and Factcheck to forge a COLB. They Knew they had broken the law by disclosing personal records. They knew they lied and perjured themselves in covering for Obama. They knew that the Governor would cover for them while the Attorney General would not.

Charles Djou Honolulu Republican: Charles Djou is Republican US House Candidate for Hawaii 1st District

Charles Djou will face a yet-unknown Democrat opponent for a U.S. House seat from Hawaii's 1st District. In March, he won a special election for a vacated House seat with the term ending with this session of Congress, unless he wins the National Election in November 2010. Update March and May 2010:
Charles Djou won Hawaii's special election in March 2010 and is serving in the U.S. House of Representatives. His win broke a streak of six Democrat wins for the 1st District, making him the first Republican to go to the House in 20 years, and only the second Republican from Hawaii to serve.

In the special election, Democrat Colleen Hanabusa was the second runner-up, and will likely be Djou's opponent in November. Hanabusa and her faction were Hillary Clinton backers. Ed Case and his faction were Barack Obama supporters. There is intense disunity between the Democrats.

Typical of a Liberal, Hanabusa did not congratulate Djou in her concession speech.

Update July 2, 2010:
In April, Hanabusa was slightly ahead of Djou in fundraising. By May Djou had a lead. Hanabusa supporting, Senator Daniel Inouye (D-Hawaii) has been raising money for her. Democrats will not give up Barack Obama's home district easily. Keep Mr. Djou in mind as you make your election donations.

Djou won the special election. Mr. Djou is running against Democrats, former US Rep. Ed Case, and Hawaii Senate President Colleen Hanabusa. Note in the second video below, Djou says "...unlike Ed Case and Colleen Hanabusa, I've never voted for a tax increase or supported wasteful government spending." Djou has received Mitt Romney's endorsement, and the RNC has hosted a fundraiser for him.

Mr. Djou graduated Punahou School (Oahu College) as did Barack Obama. He is an Army Reserve officer (Captain) and an adjunct professor at the University of Hawaii. He is a Rotarian and is has served on the Board of Directos of the american Lung Association. He was named "Legislator of the Year" by small Business Hawaii in 2002, 2004, and 2006.

Obama Bret Baier Interview: Louisiana Purchase will help with Hawaii earthquake

Hawaii must have funds coming to the state from the health care bill. President Obama told FOXNews' Bret Baier that like the Louisiana purchase monies which bought Senator Mary Landrieu's health care vote, "also affects Hawaii which went through an earthquake." See video below.

Media Matters is claiming that FOXNews "erases" 2006 Hawaii earthquake to attack Obama."

Brett Baier asked the President if there are special monies still going to Connecticut:

[OBAMA] 'll give you some exceptions though. Something that was called a special deal was for Louisiana. It was said that there were billions — millions of dollars going to Louisiana, this was a special deal. Well, in fact, that provision, which I think should remain in, said that if a state has been affected by a natural catastrophe, that has created a special health care emergency in that state, they should get help. Louisiana, obviously, went through Katrina, and they're still trying to deal with the enormous challenges that were faced because of that. 

(CROSS TALK) OBAMA: That also — I'm giving you an example of one that I consider important. It also affects Hawaii, which went through an earthquake. So that's not just a Louisiana provision. That is a provision that affects every state that is going through a natural catastrophe.

The most significant earthquake in Hawaii in recent years was a 6.7 in October 2006. It brought a 4-inch tsunami to the shores of the Big Island. The tremblor destroyed 61 buildings. Bridges and overpasses were down. Windows were broken and many homes received cracks to their foundations. The south end of the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel on the island of Hawaii collapsed. The Mauna Kea closed and underwent a $150 million rennovation. President Bush declared the area a "major disaster." So far, I've found no mention of deaths from this earthquake. No disrespect to anyone who did die.

So the question is: are there monies in the health care bill for Hawaii?

Hawaii to Ignore Obama Birth Certificate Requests: Requesters Restricted from Government Records for Two Years

The State of Hawaii is a tad tired of requests for proof that Barack Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States. They are considering a law to ignore your requests. If the legislation passes, SB2937, you will be declared a "vexatious requester" and your rights to government records will be restricted for two years!

Hawaii State Republican Congresswoman, Cynthia Thielen asks:

Do we really want to be known internationally as the Legislature that block any inquiries into where President Obama was born. When people want to get more information, the way to fuel that fire is to say, 'We're now going to draw down a veil of secrecy."

An attorney present suggested rather than passing a bill, they simply honor the request from each person once, and refuse all subsequent requests from that person.

Two officials of Hawaii have "verified" Obama's original birth certificate, although copies of it have not been released. Government has seen it, you don't need to.

Hawaii Live Stream Awaiting Tsunami - Watch Live

At 12:05 PM Hawaii time (5:05 PM EST), reports are coming through that tsunami effects are being to be seen in Hawaii. Waters are receding, and the surge is beginning. In Hilo no water over the breakwall. Wave action with little to no impact at 12:13 PM Hawaii time - more than one hour later than large waves were expected. Don Sullivan of Denver, Colo., was vacationing in Hilo when he was awoken at 6 a.m. local time by tsunami warning sirens and forced to evacuate to high ground.  Sirens continued to blare every hour after than, he said.  

"The evacuation seemed smooth, but there were huge gas lines," he said.

He drove to a nearby scenic overlook about 100 feet above the beach, where he had a good view of the tsunami waves as they arrived. The sky was full of helicopters, he said, but there was no sense of panic among the evacuees.

Two hours before the first wave hit, at about 2 p.m. ET, Sullivan said "The whales (were) going nuts, very, very active," he said.  Then, about an hour before that wave, only a single whale remained in view.  [He was] "About 100 yards out, young, looks like he is confused, bobbing up and down, he is in trouble," Sullivan said.  

Then, just after 4 p.m. ET, the water receded with eery calm away from the coast.  

"The beach line quickly (got) wider," he said.  A few minutes later, the water rushed back in. "The bay (looks) bizarre, like a blender," he said.  The churned up bay filled with dirty water, he said.  There was no sign of the struggling whale after the second wave, he said.

Then, at around 5:45, after three "surges" of water, the whales reappeared, suggesting to Sullivan that nature might be getting back to normal. 

"The choppers are leaving and the whales are returning," he said.

But public officials continue to issues warning that the tsunami was still dangerous, so Sullivan, 47, had no idea what to do next.

"We don't really know what to do with ourselves," he said. "I've been up since yesterday morning and we don't know if we will be allowed to go back to our hotel."

Hawaii Chile Earthquake: Tsunami Wave to Hit Hawaii at 4:05 PM EST

The first waves are expected to arrive in Hawaii at 11:05 AM local time, 4:05 PM EST. Continuing updates as available. At 6:00 AM Hawaii time, 11AM EST, FOXNews reports live, that sirens are sounding now in Hawaii. There remains about 5 hours to evacuate tsunami zones. 12:05 PM Hawaii Time (5:10 PM EST) The first surge is nearing the island of Hawaii.

At 11:55 AM EST, Malia Zimmerman with the Hawaiian Reporter says waves are expected to be 6'-12', in long continuing waves - lasting several hours. Some sirens are not working.



WARNING from Charles McCreery: Do not go to the beaches to see the waves. The waves are unpredictable and you may not be able to get out of the way. Go to higher ground.

The tsunami is said to be moving across the Pacific Ocean at the speed of a jet liner.

Charles McCreery, director of The Ewa Beach, a Hawaii-based center, called for "urgent action to protect lives and property." McCreery said the waves are expected to be the biggest to hit Hawaii since 1964.

The state planned to sound warning sirens statewide at 6 a.m. to alert residents and tourists of the incoming tsunami, said Shelly Ichishita, spokeswoman for state civil defense.

People in coastal areas, such as tourist-filled Waikiki, will then be instructed on a possible evacuation. The sirens will also be sounded again three hours prior to the estimated arrival time.

"If you're in an evacuation zone, police or civil defense volunteers would instruct you to evacuate, or instructions will come out over the radio and TV," she said.

If coastal areas are evacuated, visitors in Waikiki would be moved to higher floors in their hotels, rather than moved out of the tourist district, which could cause gridlock.

At 11 AM EST Rick Reichmuth at FOX says warning sirens are sounding, which indicates that ocean buoys are indicating that there are tsunami waves forming.

Update 2-27-10:
Eucadorean President Rafael Correa said a tsunami has passed the Galapagos Islands, causing a swell but no damage.

In Hawaii, tourists in Waikiki may be moved to higher floors in hotels.

10:40 EST - This report says Hilo on Hawaii Island may receive the biggest waves. "The shape of the Bay [Hilo Bay] favors the waves gaining in height. Beaches throughout the Hawaiian Islands are being evacuated.

Get off the shore line. We are closing all the beaches and telling people to drive out of the area," said John Cummings, Oahu Civil

11:40 EST - The Mayor of Honolulu, on FOXNews said tourists will be moved to the third floor of hotels or higher.

Chile 8.8 Earthquake

Two million people in Chile have been affected.

The quake hit at 3:30 AM local time, and less than 100 miles north of the city of Concepcion, the second largest city in Chili. Power and phone lines are out-of-service. In Santiago, hospitals have been evacuated and the airport is closed. Santiago is located 200 miles from Concepcion.

Concepcion is the country's second-largest country. More than 200,000 people live along the Bio Bio river. It is reported that the Nuestra Senora de la Providencia church was heavily damaged and the bell tower collapsed.

Reports from Santiago, Chile, said 85 122 147  214 300 are known dead in the southern Maule region. President Michelle Bachelet declared a "state of catastrophe."

Chile Earthquake 

The U.S. Geological Survey said the earthquake struck 56 miles northeast of the city of Concepcion at a depth of 22 miles at 3:34 a.m. (1:34 a.m. ET).

Jessica Sigala, a geophysicist with the USGS told NBC News that the quake released 500 times more energy than the than the one that hit Port-au-Prince, Haiti, on January 12. The quake was felt in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which is located more than 800 miles away.

Tsunami warnings were issued for Hawaii, South America, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, the Philippines, Russia and many other Pacific islands.

Chile is the home to the world's biggest earthquake, measuring 9.5 magnitude, in 1960. At least 1,655 people died and 2 million were left homeless.

Today's earthquake is 64 times stronger than the one that Haiti in January 2010. It is deeper than the Haiti quake and due to the depth, it is hoped there will be fewer casualties.

P.J. Crowley, a U.S. State Department spokesman says there are 100 Embassy personnel in Chile and "all are okay and accounted for."

Update 2-27-10:

As of 10:20 AM EST, no American deaths have been reported.

Aftershock Updates:

6.9 reported the largest as of 11:20 AM EST.
USGS reported 11 aftershocks, of which five measured 6.0 or above.

Tsunami Updates:

A USGS spokesman speaking on FOXNews at 10:40 AM EST just said a tsunami wave is expected to hit the coastline somewhere in Hawaii at 4:19 PM EST.

11:00 AM Ecuador time: 11:0 AM EST - Ecuador's president, Rafael Correa said a tsunami has passed the Galapagos Islands, causing a swell but no damage.

A "huge" wave hit the Robinson Crusoe Islands 410 miles off the Chilean coast. There are no reports of injuries or major damage at this time.

 British experts said a giant wave was now spreading from the epicentre in Chile towards the famous Easter Islands and then outwards in to the Pacific.

The extent of the tsunami's strength is not yet known, but it has already reached the southern Juan Fernandez Islands, about 400 miles off the coast of Chile, where it was reported to have caused "serious damage".

"Tsunami waves in the deep ocean travel about the same speed as a jet plane and would take about 15 hours to reach Hawaii and about 20 hours to reach the other side of the Pacific," he added.

Tsunami warnings were issued for Guam, American Samoa and other Pacific islands.

All Hawaiian coastlines are under Tsunami warning, including Waikiki.

Update 2-27-10 12:20 EST: Four people died in a tsunami on Juan Fernandez islands.

In the City of Concepcion, a city of 670,000, a 15-story apartment building collapsed, along with many of the adobe houses. There is darkness tonight, light coming from bonfires.

Earth Frisk Blog claims that Honolulu hospitals have no record of Ann Dunham (Obama) giving birth to Barack Obama. According to admin at Earth Frisk, all of the following hospitals were:

You can file freedom of information acts, you can do everything and anything you wish. Barack Obama was never born in a hospital in Hawaii as claimed.
